The thing that sets him apart is working with you til the very end...I had some issues after closing relating to the seller and Cliff helped me sort things out. He made my experience of finding a home and closing so smooth. Cliff stepped in many times to find and coordinate work with the electrician and handyman on my behalf so that I could focus on my demanding job and still move forward with closing. He also understands the world of electric vehicle chargers - through his advocacy I was able to get my future condo association to clear allowing me to put in an EV charger. Highly recommend!

Wonderful agents. The house we were selling required a significant amount of cleanout and a number of repairs. Jennifer and Cliff were infinitely patient and handled virtually all of the logistics with only necessary input from us. They contacted and met contractors, obtained and reviewed quotes, made recommendations, and kept us well-informed along the way. They monitored the market very closely, particularly given that we didn’t get to market quite as soon as we wanted to (because of our delay in moving out) and did a great job of helping us have realistic goals and expectations. They were never pessimistic but they did not hesitate to tell us if their thinking differed from ours, and why. Also, they were just very, very responsive—usually within minutes of a text or email. They more than earned their commission, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is buying or selling in non-suburb Atlanta.
