This is not about Regus One Alliance Center specifically, but during this COVID-19 crisis, I can without a shadow of a doubt state that Regus is by far, by far, the worse company I have dealt with during the crisis. Most companies I dealt with ramped up there response and/or put programs in place to apply flexibility. Regus did the exact opposite. I couldnt reach them at all and they kept charging my credit card. They wouldnt let me change the payment options online. I had to call my credit card company and block Regus. The result? Debt Collection Agency demanding payment for services I cant and dont want to use. I finally got a helpdesk person on the phone. Response? Contract = contract, COVID or not: You cant get out of this and need to pay. I called the local Area Manager on her cell phone. Same answer. By far the worse company I had to deal with over the past few months. I urge anyone to NEVER get into a Regus contract.
Work
Nice Offices in there, but I was trying to buy a car but the people was very suspicious and Shady....
Very nice modern building, but Ive only there for business so its not exactly a destination to me.
Regus offers nice offices and service. JDs Cafe is quick and good for lunch.
Excellent gym facilities. Good management.
I used this parking lot twice in the same day and both times the lady behind the counter claimed I gave her $1 less than I did. She is pocketing $1 per car and I think she needs to be fired.
Great environment for work
