The girls at Cutie were not only super sweet and talented, but put up with me running around like a crazy woman in a towel while dealing with a dead car battery! They were unendingly patient. Literally could not recommend them strongly enough. My underarm and bikini wax was great and my nail tech went out of her way to try something new to fix one of my acrylics.

LOVE this black owned nail salon!!! My full set seriously lasted a month and the pedicure had my feet extra soft and moisturized. Staff was beyond friendly. You are offered a beverage when seated and they started on my pedicure right away. I recommend this nail spa to anyone looking for friendly, quality service in Atlanta!

This is a beautiful, cozy, and clean establishment that’s great for a relaxing mani and pedi, or any other spa treatments you may need. The receptionist is friendly and gave me recommendations of nearby eateries since it was around lunch time. Make sure you see Laura. She did an amazing pedicure. Finally found a black owned nail salon that did a fantastic job on all areas kalesia does amazing nails and kia does amazing pedicure and was able to do do a natural acrylic big toe the prices here are low and affordable so definitely would referred anyone to here !!!

They blocked off time for my 5yr old daughter and her bday crew (3 friends and her little sister) to have a girls day! They really made each little girl feel special! I really appreciate the time the took and the service rendered!!

This place is so greedy and unprofessional! I came in for a fill and asked for the ballerina shape. He ended up giving me a square shape. I told him that and he barely tried to fix it, leaving me with the same square shape! Secondly the color wasn’t what I expected so 8 mins after I left and got to my car I felt like I couldn’t deal with the shape and color being this way for a few weeks. I called the nail bar and the young woman who is always gossiping loudly about people with other customers answers the phone.“Hun, we can’t see you today for that but we can see you tomorrow. it will be an additional $27 for a color change and fix shape”........I JUST LEFT THERE! How are you going to charge $57 for a fill then an additional $27 to fix the shape the should have been right the first time!I have referred multiple people including my 4 coworkers and doctor to this nail bar! I made sure to tell them about this and they let me know they wouldn’t support this business anymore.There should be a level of customer service that is lacking at this place! I’m a regular and she knows it and this is how you treat people who help support this nailbar?Disgusting. And the front office young girl needs to talk to customers more professional in person also. Calling grown women “hun” and “sweetheart” and gossiping with regulars is such unprofessional! This isn’t your home and these people are not your friends!Will take my money elsewhere from now on.

Do not recommend. There is only one nail tech & 2 people who do pedicures. You will be there all day & they take anyone who walks in, even if they are behind, leading to them being overbooked. I hated my nails as they were different sizes and not the shape I requested. I vocalized this to the nail tech however she had little to no regard as her focus was getting to another location before 6:00! I was told to come back the next day to get my nails fixed. When I came (Mind you I drove across town) the ONLY nail tech they had was not in at the moment and I was asked to come back AGAIN in a few hours or to come back on Monday because they are closed on sundays. For the price I paid I should not be unsatisfied with the service. The lady who does feet does not even know how to take off Gel polish with a drill. I will never visit this establishment again. For the price they need to make sure customers are satisfied. Now I have to go and pay another nailshop to fix the mess they made.

Don’t go and get your eyebrows don here ladies! Brought my daughter here on her birthday and did her eyebrows crooked had to use the tweezers in the salon to fix them! Over charged and did not have a debit card machine to take a payment 😲

First place that I’ve gotten dips where they didn’t ruin my natural nails! I didn’t get tips.They looked great and they lasted for a week. Which, they would have lasted a lot longer but one popped off during my 10k tough mudder (I was scaling a wall using my nails and things to dig in, so its not the salons fault. Only 1 popped off! The rest lasted)I did take them off myself by soaking them.(I would add photos, but google is being difficult)

Came in from out of town and could not have chosen a better place. The ladies were so nice and welcoming. My nail technician did an amazing job and made sure I felt comfortable. My go-to nail salon in ATL! Its understated, located in a strip mall with simple decor, but the quality of service is some of the best Ive experienced in Atlanta. Clean, organized, professional, and owned by incredibly kind people who know their stuff. Not to mention that their prices are competitive and very reasonable. Will continue coming here for my regular SNS nail treatment!

I’ve come here for clear (just base) SNS with designs twice in the past 3 weeks (lasts a long time). Both Jackie and Ana were amazing. I am extremely picky and they both handled my desires with patience and professionalism. All while making me feel very comfortable.

The salon is clean and bright. The staff is friendly and talented. There is a phone charging station which is a really nice perk! Ive been very happy all the services Ive received!

I decided to have my nails manicured at this location last minute. When I arrived there were only two ladies working on two client pedicures so I sat quietly for about 20 or so minutes. They did greet me when I arrived.I was then given a seat at the nail station. The older woman, Nellie I believe, was who did my manicure. She was kind. As an ex-nail technician I’m always picking up on details when others are doing my nails. Nellie did well with prepping my nails. She did however clip the cuticle of my pinky a tad too deep so it did burn when polish was applied. Before washing my hands, she massaged them, only applying lotion and (cuticle) oil to one hand and only lotion on the other. I will say the hand massage wasn’t done “with love” just sort of felt like a “I’m only doing this because its part of the service” feel.When it came to applying the polish - I brought my own color as I always do when I visit a nail shop. She used a very old clear coat - time to let it go. When applying the color, she did okay. It was a blue. But attention to detail is everything - instead of two coats - three would have really given the nails full coverage. You should always hold nails up to the light before handing them over to a fan. But no worries. It was only $12 and I still tipped her $3 just because. Good service but just needs a little tweaking.I will likely return and if I do will know what to expect and what to further request.

They take the time to do a good job without being too slow. My nails arent lifting either. Obviously this varies from nail tech to nail tech, but Ive gotten my nails done by 2 different girls there and was happy with the service and results.

I have not gone anywhere else for a yr. Ana does a great job with detail and especially nail art, gel and powder dip. Before that, I was beliving gel nails had damaged my nails but once I realized it was the other nail techs elsewhere who would file down the nail polish too deep such that it was removing a nail layer!!

Theyre nice enough, but dont go on a Saturday. It took me and my friends about 2 hours before we were seen, and they didnt even tell us that. We wouldve left if they did. Also I got very simple gel nails done, no acrylic or anything, and they all peeled of within 3 days. I got them done on Saturday, and on Tuesday after I took a shower, ALL the nails had peeled up from their corners and were getting caught on everything, and they came off entirely, each nail being one sheet of gel. I also got a white color put on my nails, from OPI, and the girl only did two layers. The color difference between the tips of my nails and the rest were still very evident. The shaping was overall okay, but left some very rough edges which I had to go in and smooth out once I got home.

Not impressed. Did simple gel nails, color is uneven, didn’t go to the ends and shaping isn’t uniform. The tips of each nail are unpainted. You can get the same price elsewhere for way better work.

I got sns and paid $40 here. The polish began lifting off the nail within a week. So far 2 have completely fallen off. It’s been extremely annoying because my hair is constantly getting caught in the gap behind the polish. It’s been more difficult that I got my nails done than if I hadn’t.

I’ve been here a few times because it’s cheap but the work isn’t always the best and today sealed the deal for me never coming back. They claim to open at 10, I got there at 10:15 and the door was locked. I called and someone came to open the door and ask what services I wanted. I said color change, full set and eyebrows. Apparently the person who can do full set won’t be there for another 30-45 minutes?! So you’re not actually open then. She asked me to sit and wait as if I don’t have other things to do plus the time it takes for my nails to be done I don’t have 2-3 hours to spare so she told me to go somewhere else which I gladly did and will continue to do. Don’t waste your time ladies.

I tried to like this salon. I’ve been here quite a bit (maybe 7 times) and every time it’s the same issues. Long waits (when there is only 2-3 costumers in the entire salon), service is slow and not consistent with quality of work.

Very poor service. Its been exactly 4 days since I got my nails filled in and two nails are already broken. On top of the VERY UNPROFESSIONAL nail tech whos nails were so long that she could bairly hold the electric filer correctly, she knicked me at least 5 dang on times with the electric filer/buffer on my hands. NEVER EVER going back. I advise you to not even waste your time and money!

Anna, owner of Cutie, has done my nails for several years. Since I met Anna, I won’t let anyone else do my mani, pedi, or brows. She is a good and lovely person as well as a very precise nail artist. Her salon is clean, and her practices are very sanitary. The salon has a warm, family atmosphere. Her adorable son is often present to give you a smile.My mani and pedis are always flawless. I got an sns manicure. The lady who did my nails was very nice and the lobby was very clean and welcoming. Unfortunately the work done left much to be desired. Came in with my friend. We got seated at the same time and after the lady was done with the powder on my friends nails she left! The girl who was working on mine then had to start doing mine and my friends nails simultaneously going back and forth between the two of us. Picked out a sparkly blue which after the mani was done, turned out to be lavender unlike the swatch which was a very pretty light blue with glitter. My nails are uneven on the side making them look very bulbous. I even had to reshape them after got home because they just looked like bubbles and not coffin like I asked. after I further inspection at home I noticed that she got the sns all over my cuticles as well. I wanted to like this place since they are so close to where I live and very convient for me but unfortunately I will not be back.

The quality of work was horrible, and I was also way overcharged 95$ for a gel set and 45$ gel for toes. It has not even been a week and I am missing two nails! I would never do business with them again. Very disappointed!
