These people are scam artist, quoted one price but after reservation quotes something extra. They took my deposit and said they cancelled it but they didn’t. If you notice all the great reviews are people of Indian Decent, when you call in the person is Indian. DO NOT USE SCAM ARTIST

GREAT RIDE...made it very convenient for me and my driver was very courteous and friendly. THANKS!!!!! Cab driver was kind, safe and gave us info on surrounding areas of interest. We needed rides to and from airport, to and from Turner Stadium with our infant, he was on time, communicated throughout the weekend via text, and best of all... Very affordable. I was quoted by another company 3X more money for the same service. Highly recommended.

DO NOT USE!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! If there were an option for zero stars that would be the rating. We used this service to take our 6 year old cheerleading team to competition. The driver past our destination and spent 10 minutes waiting for another parent to guide him back to the arena. Upon getting to the arena all of the unloaded from the limo. We paid for an hour and even though the driver got lost we had 10 minutes to spare. As we unloaded the girls we were told we were at the wrong entrance. We decided to put the girls in our cars but the limo driver offered to take them to the other entrance. Again he got lost and took 15 minutes to turn around. After arriving to the venue the limo driver called his manager and we were told we owed an additional $150 for 15 minutes. We paid $100 for the deposit and an additional $300 cash upon pickup. A total of $400 for one hour! The driver was harassing our team moms and we had to call the police as the driver was very argumentative and would not give us a receipt as our children looked on. The driver finally drove off and did not give us a receipt. What a great way to start off our Cheer competition Mr. Driver.

Ive been using citinet Limousine for over a years and theyre the only ones I trust with my transportation needs. Whether its a trip to/from the airport or a night on the town, citinet is the only one I call.Always on time, friendly drivers, clean cars and overall a great experience.Prices are fair and their office staff is second to none. If you need safe, secure transport in the Chicago Land area you cant go wrong with citinet.

I highly recommend atlanta Limousine. Both of our drivers, Abe and Nathan were professional and very polite. I left my car keys in the car and Abe went above and beyond to get them back to me. He was off work and drove them back to our pick up location. The cars were clean, Abe and Nathan were both careful drivers. I will definitely use citinet limo again.

We had a wonderful and pleasant experience. Citinet atlanta provided transportation round trip for us and did everything they promised. Showed up on time, polite and drove safe. Worth every penny and I would use them again without question!

I called to book a reservation prior to reading reviews. Booked the reservation and within in an hour saw the terrible reviews. Since it was for my wedding I did not want to take any risk so I called to cancel. The lady who answered the phone said she sent me a cancellation confirm and I said I wanted a refund confirm as well. She said my boss has to do that. So I said well I need a confirmation sent to me. She placed me on hold for 10 minutes. Then I called back and she said I already told you I sent you an email. I explained there was no email and that she had placed me on hold. She said Ill send it again then. Long story short she never sent it again. No refund posted. I emailed them and they simply sent me my booking confirmation again. I had to issue a stop payment with my bank to prevent being charged for a service I did not want. Further note the receipt states cancellation prior to 12 hours before ride is allowed. As such this company is fraudulent and all of the negative reviews are an accurate picture of how they do business.

I had called around 7 limousine and about 3 taxi companies for a child seat. Limo Atlanta & Airport Car Service was the only one who was able to give me the information I needed and who had the correct child booster seat for my 5 year old son and 2 year old daughter. From the first phone call with them, I knew I was in great hands.

The worst service i have ever recieved in my life. The suburban that picked us up should not have been on the road. Engine light on the whole time, constant jurking when taking off. Oil light on, windscreenwhippers worn out and the car was filthy. Had i not had my 10 month old daughter in the car then i would have let it go. When calling the owner Muhammed, to make him aware of the cars condotion and my concerns for our safety. His approach was to swear at me, even went as far as to call the driver and told him to stop on the 75 and told us to get out.Thats me, my 68 year old mother, my wife and our 10month old, with luggage, car seat and stroller. This company has no respect for their driver or customers safety! Please dont make the mistake i did just to save some money, rather go with uber.

WORST SERVICE OF ALL TIME. Why is there not a NO stars option?!?! They were very nice while I booked. But- the car was late, the upholstery was stained, the glasses were dirty, the driver never held a single door, he got lost, and he tore up our yard!!! Then, they were an hour LATE picking us up from my WEDDING. We ended up canceling and having my MOTHER drive us home on our wedding night!!!! Ive been calling for a week solid and no one will call me back. SERIOUSLY. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I travel from Atlanta to Pittsburgh often. Limo Atlanta and Airport Car Service is the most consistent with being on time, quality of service and dependability. They are the best in Atlanta.

Do not use these scammers. Booked and paid for a trip to the airport. They call when they were supposed to arrive and tell me the driver had been in an accident and wouldnt be picking me up. No backup, just too bad. Dispatcher hung up when questioned as to why the driver was in Marietta when he was supposed to be picking me up for my international flight.

Rented Citinet Atlanta limo at the last min for my Daughter promise and all I can say that she was very happy with the service that they provided. A very nice car with very nice driver . I would recommend it to everyone.

Filthy limo! Beat up inside and out I was embarrassed to have my whole staff picked up in their junky limo but we had no other option. The radio didnt work so we spent the first half of our trip with no music just silence. I asked the driver if he could figure out how to get it working. He pulled over on the interstate. Wow! Unsafe to say the least. Then he gave us a cord to use and seemed terribly annoyed. He picked us up 10 min late then we got back 40 min after scheduled time. About 3 days later a charge of $110 came thru to my surprise. No call no heads up. They just charge what they want on your card and there is no small print on what cost is. I should have been charged a half hour and the limo driver could have forwarned me of it. When I called about the charge they yelled at me and told me I was a liar about the condition of their limos because I voiced my disgust in their vehicles. A lie? Well how can someone lie when its evident they are in terrible condition. My staff didnt want to touch anything and sat with hands in their laps and in discomfort. It was gross inside and out. Wow wow wow. Stay far far away!

Caught a Ride with citinetlimo Cab in atlanta, the driver was friendly, the Cab was Clean and got me to my destination safely. Thank you guys..

Driver was inept and glued to his phone/GPS the entire drive. He could not find the pickup location and called me in the middle of my wedding reception to ask for directions. He then asked my wife and I for directions back to the interstate once we got in. Because he was paying attention to his phone, he took a wrong turn which resulted in us ending up going in the opposite direction (for those who know/care, we were heading into downtown Atlanta and he took the exit for I-85N instead of staying on I-75S). As he realized his mistake and asked us for directions again, he slowed down to ~25 mph in the merging lane, causing us to almost get hit by several passing cars. After he (again with our help) got us back in the right direction, his distraction caused him to come very close to rear-ending a car that merged in front of us. He braked hard enough to sent our belongings flying through the car, damaging my wifes wedding bouquet, and to knock the wind out of us both. Instead of taking responsibility and apologizing, he insulted and complained about the other driver. I wont include the long details, but after navigating the run-around of their customer service, I was able to get a 50% refund. Even a full refund would not have made up for their horrible service, so 50% is very disappointing. Others have left positive reviews, so maybe my experience was the exception, but I will certainly not be using this company ever again.

The absolute worst experience. Limo was 15 minutes late, which made us late to our dinner. All of the glasses were dirty with wine still in them. The ice had hair in it. Limo was filthy on the inside. All they would do is add and hour and a half to the time that I booked, which I didnt need. I should have looked at these reviews before I booked them.

The title implied service and the staff is friendly, but that is where it ends. I ordered a car service to pick up my friend and his new bride for a trip to the airport to kick off their honeymoon. We updated the time by 30 mins at noon the day before by speaking with a rep, but apparently they never recorded it. As a result, the limo did not arrive (even later) and the driver never called me. We had to drive them to the airport ourselves. Ive been calling almost daily for three and a half weeks now and still cannot get a hold of anyone who has authority to refund the fully pre-paid amount that was supposed to be a wedding gift. How do you charge for a service, not provide it, and not issue a refund?

I have used Citinet for airport shuttle service and they are great, always on time, and very professional. I have never used them for limo services, but I only use them for shuttle services to and from the airport.

Use caution when you use this service - poor business practice and customer service. I booked a fare online which was prepaid through PayPal. The driver was great, very courtious. When I arrived at the airport the drver asked for my credit card for verification. The verification turned into a duplicate charge for $25.00 more than the quoted and prepaid fare. I emailed CitiNet Limo when I received another receipt on 12/19/2014. They continue to tell my creidt card company that both are valid charges. Unless you want to go through a long documentation process, dont use this company.
