They have some of the cheapest Wash and fold prices Ive ever paid and the cashier is one of the most polite that Ive encountered.

They updated all the washers and dryers..very nice place to wash and dry..the only thing I dont like is the prices changes a little bit

I always take my clothes to get wash and folded here. As a matter of fact I arrived this morning at opening expecting my load would be complete by noon. I was THE only customer in this place at the time and my load was 15lbs (so she said). It’s now 12:30p and the skinny employee that TOOK my clothes at 8:30 said she JUST NOW FOLDING MY CLOTHES and couldn’t provide me with an accurate time that my small load would be ready. This is exactly why I don’t usually endorse black businesses.

Lots of options for washer size / price. Free dryer. It’s clean, washers and dryers seem new or at least clean and don’t smell.

I really like this laundromat. Its always clean, well lit, and has friendly staff. Theres free WiFi, and plenty of outlets on the poles next to tables in the back.The washers range from $4-$7. You get a $1 credit for drying time per washing machine used. So if you use three washers, you get $3 worth of drying time for free. The dryers are huge, so its not a bad deal!

The customer service is so bad that I couldn’t get the right help to save money for washing my clothes. She didn’t even try to work with me. I have been there plenty of times. It’s just of today I didn’t like the service I was provided or saw with other customers.

I cant complain as far as laundromats go it was a pretty cool experience its very clean spacious always a machine available. The card system has well its a little getting used to but you know you always end up putting more on your card than you need but hey at least its there when you get back the next time.

They have remodeled this place so it is very spacious. I didnt have to wait on a machine. My son and I played board games while waiting.

This is a very nice clean place to do laundry. I will continue to use their services.

Bustinsuds Laundromat is by far the best laundromat in East Point, Ga. Having a cleaning business with over 30 properties that I provide laundry services for this laundromat make it so convenient and easy because they offer fantastic drop off rates and well as the machine rates are reasonable. Omar and staff is very professional and assist with any issues I have with learning and understanding how the new card machine works to how the new washer and dryers work with the card. They offer a prewash tub to pretreat stains prior to washing. This establishment practices Covid-19 standards. The remodeling is absolutely essential and beautiful. The community should be proud of this business because the hours of operation is prefect as well although its not 24 hours the last wash allowed is at or around 9:30pm. So even if you work early or late this laundromat can handle your laundry needs. The vending machines are fully stock so enjoy a nice snack with a refreshing beverage or just have an ice cream while doing laundry. You wont be disappointed.

Always clean facility, good customer service, machines always in good working order and enough machines so that Ive never had to wait. Dryers are large and heat very well so it doesnt take all day to wash and dry quilts, blankets and large loads. Good prices and free dry

The prices have went up and it has been under very loud renovations. And I can only Wonder why there is a card scanner outside both restrooms. Months of loud renovations are making it useless to after all this time. 😖

If the business closes at 10 but stops accepting past 9 then the closing time should be 9. I thought id be able to come wash clothes at an acceptable place after getting off work at 8:30 but the false schedule made me miss 1 of the few days im able to wash clothes. Was here a few times and things were ok but i hate when businesses falsely advertise.

Because My dryer wont be fixed until next week, I looked for a place to do My wash and dry at the same time. After researching a few places and reading reviews I decided on Bustin Suds @1907 Metropolitan Pkwy SW, Atlanta. As I headed to the door to check it out a few people were exiting. They all greeted Me and I responded with a greeting as well. One Lady who had an Extremely Warm Smile and disposition immediately struck Me to be the Young Lady that the positive comments were about. Mind You, I have Never been here before and I asked Her, Are You Shenika? She smiled even Brighter and said, Yes, Im Shenetha! I told Her that I read the reviews for this establishment and they reflected highly of Her. Her Vibration confirmed it. The place is very clean and lots of washers and dryers. In fact they are expanding!!! The dryers are 10 minutes per quarter...but FREE WITH a Wash. You receive a dollar back for drying time with each washer used. Ex: 3 washer used, $3 drying time. The 40 minutes Per washload is more that enough time to dry Your clothes. Common sense prevailing (not overpacking the dryer). The double is $4, the triple is $4.50 on up to $7 dollars I believe. I used the double and triple only. It is cashless. However, You can use debit, credit or purchase a wash card to load money. When You use Your card to wash it memorizes that and credits the dryer a $1 or 40 minutes of drying time. You MUST push the green button 3 times to reach 40 minutes and scan/use Your card to validate. It Does NOT take any extra money, unless You need MORE than 40 minutes to dry (the dryers get hot) which I doubt most people would need more than that. Any question Ms. Shenetha Barnes aka NeeNee will help You out with them...With a smile I might add.😊 I watched as She interacted with various People with the same Pleasant Energy. I truly Hope the Owner realizes the Gem She is and the Great Energy She gives to the Consumers who visit. I must say I have not been to a laundromat in years and this was a very Pleasant experience to say the least. But, dont take My word for it; go check BUSTIN SUDS out for YourSelf!! G☺☺D Day All!!!

I found a laundromat that I love! They have brand NEW dryers and washers are in great condition. Prices are reasonable on the washers and dryers are FREE. You get free credits to dry for every washer you use. Love their customer service and the new setup they have. Very professional and organized.You can use loyalty cards, credit and debit cards. Multiple options and dont have to worry about inserting quarters into the machines. They are always cleaning the laundromat and have brand new bathrooms. The open early and close late at night.

Great place to wash and dry clothes. Someone always available for assistant and the employees and the owner are good people. I love that I can use my debit card because I never have cash on me. They have TVs, vending machine, pool table, video games, and a barber shop. This is a really cool laundromat, not to mention their right in the same plaza where the flea market and value village. The price to do laundry here is pretty fair.

This is the place to take care of your washing needs. Always a clean and inviting atmosphere, the and staff welcomes you. Always seeking to ensure things are working out. And did I mention they even offer “free drying” with a wash. This is a great benefit if your a budget. So don’t miss out on the pleasant experience. I did ten loads for under 15.00 bucks.

I have been to this laundromat for years and have never seen it this clean before. This place is obviously under new management with new washers and the dryers are not always broken. They are mounting TVs inside and have new vending machines and new carts. It looks great inside and is well organized. I’m very impressed with the upgrades and now I’m not ashamed to refer this place to my friends and family.

Always a safe, clean and temperature controlled environment. Free drying after you use the washer. You can use a card or your credit card for free dryer use. The credit card system is setup to automatically knock the dryer cost.

Dryers are NOT FREE. I paid $5.00 for their reusable card, then used THREE $7.00 MEGA washers to get free dryer use. They gave me $1.00 credit per washer. So I use the dryer $.25 per SIX MINUTES. Were my clother dry? No. Were they close to dry? No. So I further spend $2.75 and still some items were not dry. I am VERY DISSATISFIED with this under New Management with New Dryers Business. So now I must go OUTSIDE OF MY COMMUNITY for integrity and truth. SAD. Will NOT BE RETURNING.Signed,A Not Happy Customer

Dyers are no longer free = a high price laundromat - the service is mediocre and pretty much the thing that kept me loyal was free dryers... now they are an overpriced facility that takes advantage of folks. Sad times, this place was once the best in the neighborhood.

This Laundry mat has really improved in the last couple months with the new owners. It is very clean with a excellent staff of employees that are very friendly and customer service oriented. They have new machines with a resonable price for washing and drying. A game area and vending machines to occupy your time while your clothes are washing. They also offer a wash dry and fold service at a resonable price for those days you just cant find the time to do your own laundry. And last but not least very friendly down to earth owners who are available to answer any of your laundry needs.

The staff is AWESOME! THE BAD PART IS THE WASHING MACHINES ONLY FILL 1/4 OF THE MACHINE WITH WATER! CLOTHES DONT GET TOTALLY CLEAN NOR RINSE WELL. I RATHER HAVE CLEAN CLOTHES THAN FREE DRYING!

The FREE DRYER is a lie, a trick to get you in. Do not waste your time. The dryers are 25cents for 6 minutes for medium size machines and 8 minutes for the bigger ones. The dryers DO NOT DRY at all, which means, you have to keep on putting more money into the machines to get the real heat to really dry your clothes/comforters etc. They have very loud music l almost like in a club playing in the entire place, which can be very annoying if you want to make a quick phone call or even carry a conversation. The music is way too loud and the songs are explicit with dirty words. I notice they have play sections for kids. With these kind of songs playing, I personally don’t think it is appropriate for that public servicing place. Management should look into changing its playlists to a more radio friendly. Cleaninness is OK. The place is either in repair or needs to be at least. I won’t come back to Bustinsuds Laundromat. DON’T BELIEVE THE HYPE. No Free Drying for real.

Hi my name is Christian and I have beenwashing my clothes here for 7 years and I have seen a drastic changing in the decor, customer service and just overall look at the place. The employees here are awesome and I also get my haircut in the same building it is extremely convient and I love coming here and plus it has free dry you cant beat that nowhere. So whenever you get a chance stop by BUSTINSUDS ON METROPOLITAN

The woman thats there is very disrespectful.She assume the worst in people. She will not refund your money if there is a problem. Bathroom is nasty plus,no toilet paper. There are two bathrooms but the customers only get to use one. It is worth the drive to find someone that appreciates your money
