Terrible service. We moved into a new home was told they would install internet on a particular day and when that day came said that they couldnt come until NEXT week because they couldnt confirm our telephone number...very unprofessional and unreliable

Internet constantly goes out. Repair guys never show up. Its impossible to get a human person on the phone to address issues. Horrible customer service.Use Google. SOOOO much better.If not an option, then xfinity. Which is 3 out of 5 starts.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They overbilled us and we have absolutely no recourse. On the phone for hours trying to get help from their over seas customer service. Terrible.

I’m being generous with one star and if I could select No stars I would. The cable and internet connections is horrible and is always disconnecting and then it takes days for a technician to come for repairs and plus given you a four hour window for them to arrive.I’ve only had them a couple months and I’m ready to cancel my contract but now I’m being told I’ll have to pay $180.00 for an early termination fee.Feel like I’m being penalized for not wanting to continue receiving faulty services. Maybe if your service was better then it would not be an issue but now you want to hold me hostage or pay the ransom money to be let go.This is just wrong on all levels and any customer should not have to pay if your services is not what you are advertising. “I’m just saying “!!!!!

Terrible company and I can’t leave because they’re the only service at my building.

I wish I saw the one review before I got this service. I only had this service for a month the internet is always disconnecting. Im already looking around for another internet provider.
