Literally the worst experience with any company Ive ever had. Call person was extremely unprofessional, kept going on tangents about unrelated topics but whatever that didnt even bother me. They told me the only option for wifi is Hughes Net?! Im in the middle of a major city ofc the only option isnt satellite thats b.s. Im so glad I used my intuition and hung up after that bc they are a SCAM!!!

Terrible company. Shame on GA Power for using them. I should have just called all the utilities companies individually. They gave me issues with AT&T, apparently they didnt even sign me up with them because AT&T had no record of my account. I was given the runaround and transferred back and forth between representatives that had contradictory information.

Representative was personable and polite, however, the high pressure tactics were a bit much. I called for one service and that was handled very well. Then the pressure to add other services was overwhelming, the call was so long, I ended it with a migraine. The idea of a one-phone call service is nice but this was NOT a good experience.

Was transferred to Allconnect through my power company. The first utility I called to change, needed to change several others and was surprised by this offer to transfer to a company that could do all of it but said okay since it sounded like a quick way to get it all done.Red flags immediately. This company does nothing but employ scummy sales tactics to get you into whichever service gives them the highest commission. In my case that was AT&T. They give fake explanations for why the competitor to their preferred provider is inferior. Fake explanations of inferior technology, fake explanations of inferior services. In my case, I am already aware that AT&T is widely considered to be inferior in every way to the competitor. They tell you theyre offering discounts you cant get anywhere else. They tell you that you can only get this amazing discount on the phone with them right now. When you say no, they ask you to acknowledge they are removing the discounts from your account for good. All the usual dirty sales tactics.Its all fake and slimy. Garbage company. I am ashamed of Georgia Power for transferring their trusting customers to a scam artist like Allconnect.

If I could give this company zero stars it would still be too high. I was pushed to contact all connect for a local gas provider—gas south. This company signed me up for a variable “ teaser” rate. The rep did not tell me all my options nor shared with me that this was a variable rate. Thinking that I was dealing with a reputable company, I just signed up. 5 months later I find that I am paying 1 dollar per therm and the going rate is 49 cents per therm. Your practices are disgusting and deceptive. I rarely write reviews but feel strongly that everyone should be alerted to these despicable business practices. Shame on you.

Call center company, first and foremost (despite occasional management attempts to extend into something else). Very useful service offered, assuming youre just starting out, or are new to an area and dont know all the providers. Great place, fantastic people, good opportunities to learn, but not a place for a career.

My credit was ran twice for internet service at my new apartment when I informed Lacena I had a fraud alert on my credit reports. I was put on hold during this time. No one came back to the phone the last time I was put on hold, so I hung up. I called back to speak to a supervisor and was told someone would call me back in 24hrs. Someone should have talked to me immediately. I work really hard to keep my credit in good standing. Im worried this is a scam.

As you can see from other reviews, this company and the employees have no idea what they are doing. I was transferred by Georgia Power to them and the representative on the phone told me that my current internet provider did not service my new address. I was moving a mile away. After she tried to check my credit and ask for my full social security number, I had a bad feeling and told her no thanks and hung up. I then called my current provider and lo and behold, they do indeed service my new address. Very happy I did not cancel my service and give my social to this company that flat out lied to me.

ALL WRONG INFORMATION AND THE TRANSFER OF SERVICE NEVER ACTUALLY GOT SENT TO MY LOCAL PROVIDER,whom I was supposedly having to wait for 1 week for a tech to show up....That would have been wonderful, a few days before the holidays, no internet in the new house. Or at least until I discover that no transfer was ever entered and as soon as I did it myself, all I had to do was plug in my router AND WAIT FOR NO ONE!AND I DID FORWARD THIS ON TO MY UTILITY COMPANYS PR DEPT.

**sorry for the long review**I was transferred to AllConnect by my local Power customer rep to help assist me in my natural gas needs for a new home. The first customer rep i spoke with was nice, but just picked the first company she saw after ensuring me that she was going to find the best rate. After I informed her that the home was already set up with Scana natural gas and it would be easier to just use them again, she decided to check their rates and they ended up being cheaper than her first choice (Georgia natural gas) - I thought she was supposed to be shopping for the cheapest rates for me - isnt that AllConnects job? So now my credit has been checked twice because she failed to locate the cheapest rate to begin with. I expressed my frustration with the level of service and asked that she please consult with a supervisor. After putting me on hold, she comes back and says I apologize, I understand your frustration, its my fault - so that tells me her supervisor could care less about the customer. So I reluctantly go through the motions of getting the gas service hooked up and am told that i should receive several emails - an email with coupons, 1 with a survey and 1 with my order confirmation. I received NONE of the said emails. I have now called Allconnect twice and gave them an additional email to send it to, and still havent received a single email. Mind you, I have checked all my spam and junk folders - nothing there! Again, I asked for a supervisor to get involved. After being placed on hold, the rep came back and said her supervisor told me to call me internet provider to see if I have certain blocks on my email. Again, he could care less about resolving the issue. Fail.I work from home, receive hundreds of emails a day from all sorts of people all over the country and have NEVER had an issue receiving emails. I even got in my car and went to a different location to see if the emails would come through and of course, nothing. I asked for the company to mail me some sort of confirmation verification and was told they could not do that. Im also worried that my credit may now be compromised, credit freeze is in order because of AllConnect.This company and its customer service policies are incompetent and unsatisfactory.

Worst experience dealing with their representatives. They should not be allowed to work for or represent reputable companies such as providers or utility companies.I feel a risk that identity theft could occur.Stay away from these characters.I wasted hours trying to get in touch with anyone to bring my circumstances with them to closure...and when I finally did, they made me feel as though they were doing me a favor.I had to go on their corporate website and look for executive management to speak with...here too, nobody cares.They only want their commission for matching up a consumer with a provider....and they have NO loyalty to anyone but their own pockets.

The sales man completely lied to me. I told him I would like an email of the prices so I can have a hard copy to go over with my boyfriend. I SPECIFICALLY asked him if I was going to have accounts or be charged for anything he said NO. Next thing you know I’m getting emails saying confirmation of my orders. I have to call each one and cancel before I get billed. Unbelievable.

These people told me that my bill was going to be $50 and start on X date and now its started WAY before I actually moved into my apartment. I would never use this company again. Georgia Power should be ashamed of themselves for partnering with this company.

Do not use them to transfer any services. Already had Windstream and just wanted to transfer to new address, and she lied about everything. Set me up as a whole new customer on a whole new plan and charged all kinda fees. Assuming it was bc they get commission on doing so. Called Windstream and they said she lied and didn’t do anything she told me. They’ll rip you off.

Wow so do NOT sign up for internet through Allconnect. They currently have me takes in a contract where Im being charged far more than what was offered through Allconnect and all they can do is transfer me to at&t to them be told nothing can be done. Terrible terrible service. Just go directly through provider.

Horrible company. Like many, I unfortunately got sucked into this scam. When I started a power account, at the end of the call, the representative offered to transfer me to Allconnect, and explained that this service would help me finish registering for all my utilities. I trusted the power company in that they were referring me to a reputable business that was connected to the other utilities, not some scam. The representative signed us up for gas and internet, and lied for both. She provided only the pricing that best provided her a commission and conveniently left multiple other current pricing offers out, and straight up lied about one, which we found out by simply calling the companies directly. For internet, she also completely lied about an extra fee. I told her we already owned an internet modem/router combination unit and did not need one. So, she said we could either have a technician come out for $65 or get a self installation kit for $15 and we were required to choose one. The kit seemed odd, but we went for that because no one really needs help setting up internet. After discovering the pricing she quoted was wrong, we called the company and also discovered the $15 charge was to overnight us a modem (so many things wrong here...not only do we already have one, which we told her, we also told her we werent moving in for another SEVEN days, so why overnight ship something to an empty apartment?). So the internet company thankfully refunded us. We cancelled the gas in time and got it directly through the gas company. Do not fall for this scam.

When I contacted Allconnect on the 25th of May 2017 I was never notified that I was dealing with a 3rd party marketer. I went through the signup process to change my Natural Gas provider including a credit check. After I went through this process I was told that I would have to pay a deposit I was approved for service and my gas would be turned on 6 days later on the 31st. I recieved a confirmation email fr Allconnect later on the 25th and received no other communication from them.Today was when the service was to be reestablished, but when I called to see what time to expect the Technician I was told the order had been canceled. apparently 15 years ago a former roommate used my information to open a fradulant account that he never paid and I was being denied service from Georgia Natural Gas. While this is unfortunate, it is not the fault of GNG that they denied service. the issue is that after an approved credit check by AllConnect and given a scheduled connection date, there was no communication about any issues. I now have to wait another 5 days for service to be reestablished. If Allconnect did their due dillagance when establishing an account this issue could have been easily avoided. When I called to find out what the issue was they did absolutely nothing to try and correct the situation.Avoid this company at all costs, their customer service is worse than the utility companies because they tell you everything is good when there is an issue. they will screw you!

I called our electric company (JCP&L) to transfer our service to our new home. Then, after the woman had my info, she said she was transferring me to finish the transaction, and sends me to some other woman who asks for all my info again and then starts asking about our cable service. Before I realized it was another company, I had given all my info. Turns out this was some sleazebag surreptitious technique to send me to some company called AllConnect who was trying to get in the middle of our comcast service, which I had already transferred, and somehow screw everything up and make a buck off that. Im upset that I was tricked into giving this company my info and not told what was going on. SLEAZY trick AllConnect!!
