Drove two hours to bring my 85 year old father for a new hair piece. I did not expect to have so much enjoyment out of this experience. The whole staff made our visit so wonderful. A Professional, CARING, wonderful team. My Dad could not stop talking about them the whole way home. Can’t wait to take him back again.

I called and requested a cut & color for an 18 topper with a 6 X 6 base. I was quoted $50 - a great price for services - and made an appointment. Just left the appointment because, after a 30 minute consult, I was told that they would not honor the telephone quote and would instead be charging me $120.I told them this was completely unacceptable, and they just said the cut/color was more labor intensive than they realized, and they were losing money by servicing me. (Cut requested was very basic - texturing the ends - no length change - and cutting in a few baby hairs at the front base to make it look more natural. Color requested was one all-over color/shade lighter than the topper hair).Even the stylist tried to tell the front desk that what I was requesting wasnt extensive and would be done in an hour. Didnt matter. They wouldnt honor their own quote.Unacceptable.*I did just call them, told them I was still very upset about how I was treated, and did receive an apology.

This salon and its staff are wonderful and caring. Their hair systems are perfect. Nobody ever can tell its not natural hair.

If you are considering to have a mens hair system, there is no cheap way out of you want the best looking hair ever! Pura did my hair today, and it looks amazing!
