Very Clean and friendly service. I miss this place
Got to know this gym is permanently closed. I didnt even receive any communication regarding their closure. They were charging me for the past 3 months. Its fraud that they charge me money while they had plans to close it down for good. The corporate office of Youfit will not answer phone and they redirect you to this gym location and obviously its closed down. What a great money making scheme it is.You can charge members and not have to answer calls.
The thing that I have come to appreciate the most about Youfit, is people who work there. They are genuinely kind and concerned about the members who come to work out at the facility. Beyond that I am very happy with the location, which is near my home, the equipment which is pretty complete offering both weight training and cardio equipment, the other members who seem always to mesh well together and the fact that the gym and its equipment are clean. There has never been a time that I can recall being there without seeing a staff member working on cleaning equipment or some part of the gym facility itself.
Cleanest gym ever! They mop several times a day and I love the fragrance of their cleaning products (is that weird?). I highly recommend Kendra for personal training. She’s got a plethora of unique exercises that nobody is doing but that are fun and effective. She’s very patient with you. I had to reschedule many times and sometimes last minute as my work schedule changes all the time but she was always calm and kind about it. She’s got the skill set, personal background and personable demeanor to be a personal fitness coach. She used to be a professional bodybuilder and she has a degree in exercise science so she has that demonstrated love of fitness. Prices are reasonable too. As a young woman, she underyands where I wanted curves and where I wanted lean muscle and she taught me some key exercises to avoid or just avoid adding extra weight that nobody mentioned to me before. Thanks Kendra and also Kevin at the front desk. In fact everyone there is friendly and chatty I just can’t remember everyone’s names now but I’m very satisfied with this gym.
Great place to work out. It happens to be close to my house so its super convenient, but Id go there any way. The staff is really friendly, the facility is always extremely clean and there are plenty of machines and exercise options so you really never have to wait on anything.
This gym comes with everything you could possibly need at the best price. Staff is amazing! Ive been going for 2 years and only cancelled because I moved away. I wish they would open one near my new place!

Didn’t even send an email, phone call or snail mail letting me know.Had to call ABC financial, their processor to find out and then Crunch fitness in Roswell. Ate up about 2 hours of my day.Everything smells of fraudulent and negligent practices with this place.
I have been working out here for years! The staff is amazing. Its not everyday you walk into a business and they know you by first name. Mike the new manager is amazing. Hes always there to lend a helping hand with anything. Mikes perseverance pushing people to be - do better is astonishing for someone that doesnt even own the company. You typically see this level of service from owners not managers. Id highly recommend this place!
*update*The management finally got back to me and issued the most part of my refund. However, cancellation should not be this difficult.Customers should not have to get overcharged for months and call a number of times to get their money back.Management, please pay special attention to this procedure and train your staff well. Otherwise, you could ruin a customer experience completely, and most important, one less person to recommend your gym to his/her friends.---The gym itself is fine. Good luck canceling the membership though. I had cancelled mine in person and paid $10 cancellation fee, but kept on getting billed for months. When I called, the management told me that the staff didnt process my cancellation properly and I should get my refund. 2 more phone calls and 4 months later they were still charging my bank account and did not issue any refund. By the time they finally cancelled my membership they had already overcharged me $100. When I inquired about the refund status, they told me that membership fees were handled by another company. So they have control when the money comes in, but no control when the money goes out to customers ... that makes sense.Its either a scam or poor management. Be aware.
Let me tell you I have been a member since 2015 and I have had the best experience than I have had with any other fitness center. They never made me feel bad about my appearance, instead they encouraged me and made me feel like a part of the team instead of just another customer. The staff is very kind, personable and truly focus on your well-being. They welcome you with open arms and you leave feeling refreshed and renewed. Youfit is amazing and I would recommend them to anyone.
Awesome service, this gym has really turned around in the past few months. Since I started coming in January of this year Ive noticed a huge improvement in customer service, cleanliness, organization, and kindness. Has a great vibe and all of the employees are glad to make friends and guide you towards your goals. Recently I only had 20 minutes to work out, so I decided to do a light mile treadmill walk so as to avoid the need to change clothes and shower. Instead the front desk associate told me I needed to change clothes because jeans are not allowed on the machines because the buttons can rip the leather.I politely let her know that I was only planning on using the treadmill, but she still insisted I needed to change. I guess it felt kind of wrong that despite knowing my intentions, they wouldnt let me passlt the desk in jeans? Made me feel like I was an outsider and not a member....
My experience here at you fit has been AWESOME . Everyone here has been so kind and helpful. I originally came to fulfill physical requirement for a well course and was very scared to try something new but everyone was so welcoming and encouraging. They made me feel right home.King is be best fitness couch ever always push me to be better version of me.
Went to this gym for two years, unfortunately I had to cancel because we moved. I wouldnt have if I could, this gym was fantastic. Super nice and friendly staff and close by. Highly recommend!!

As a recovering widow from Dallas, Texas where fitness was a big part of our lives, the staff at Youfit became family.In an environment that is warm, friendly, encouraging, and a super workout facility, my sorrow improved. Ive been a member here since 2014. They just changed weekend hrs without any prior notification. I guess their website hasnt been updated yet; however, they close at 6pm instead of 8pm on weekends. Not a bad gym, but I will find somewhere else with expanded hours.
I have been training with trainers at Youfit for the past 9 months. I cannot say enough about how awesome the training staff and gym staff are at this gym. I love walking into the gym because I always know that I am going to be greeted by the most professional and helpful staff. You can tell that the staff truly cares about people getting healthy instead of a person being just another number in the gym! I cannot say enough about the training staff. They all are the best and if you are looking to get in shape, get toned, learn more about nutrition and supplements- this is the place to go. The gym is ALWAYS clean and it does not smell like a gym, which is a huge plus. I would HIGHLY recommend this gym to anyone looking for a good gym in the Roswell/Sandy Springs area. Also if you are looking for a great trainer, ask for Nikki- you will NOT be disappointed.

They were very professional and helped me map out my goals and always encouraged me to come back and keep on track, I would definatly recommend this gym for anyone looking for a professional and kind service! Only recommendation I would have is possibly more locations or somehow making it 24/7 or longer hours
Ive been going to Youfit for the past 2 years and havent had any problems. It is a clean gym and the hours are flexible to my work schedule, plus it is close to home. The personnel are friendly and informative. The YouCoach staff are motivational, especially my trainer Nikita. She is a beast and well worth it. I would recommend this gym to everyone.

I have been a member since the beginning. About every 6 months a new crew comes in. Not impressed with any of them. However, several weeks ago new staff came in. Very impressed with Jamal and Nick. They took the time to show me how to do the exercises correctly. Previous staff never cared. Especially impressed with Nick. He saw me do an exercise incorrectly and politely asked me if I minded if he could show me the correct form. I greatly appreciated it. No one else at this gym ever cared. I would now recommend this gym, especially if you need guidance.This new team is trying to run this gym the way a gym is supposed to be. One negative, hard to get on equipment on busy days. Should get rid of some of the excess cardio and add more machines.

And the turnover in staff at the gym shows not only do they treat customers like they dont matter but obviously their workers dont either!And the lack of activities being offered or help when a need arises for a question...yup thats all a joke to you fit!

Nikki is amazing!!! Results are unbelievable - 30 lbs down, 5 inches off my waist, 40 second increase in plank, decrease in 1/2 mile of 2 minutes! All in 5 months!!! Come to Youfit and train - great monthly rate with many personal training options. Take it from this mom of 2 - anyone can do this!!!
Do NOT trust them with your money. Do NOT sign up for personal training. Cancellations is a horror. No one calls you back. They have terrible management skills. Personal trainers and front desk staff have high turn around. Not a good place of employment, they have poor leadership, and lack professionalism. Clients do NOT come first and everything is a blame game with them. Go to LA Fitness or another larger gym institution if you are seeking actual personal training results. Low monthly premium = Poor customer service and quality

This is a very good gym to join very friendly people great to work with they will assist you with anything and Joann is very good at her job always wears a smile and greets people with the upmost respect, only reason I had to cancel is because of me moving otherwise I would never leave this place the experience and The atmosphere in this gym is truly amazing
Buyer be aware! I should have learned the lessons from other reviewers. Horrible service. Communication is totally a disaster. When you sign for the membership, they tried to lure you to pay for the personal training sessions at a today only discounted price. They gave you false information about the payments. Soon, they will charge you much more. Its a shame that they keep cheating customers.
Cheaters and looters beware STAY WAY!!I cancelled my membership around April ie. physically submitted the signed cancellation form to them and they said form is now in June missing in file and charged me again for June month.I saw the reviews online saying that they do charge like this but not believed and it happend to me.And they have no shame at all in do this again and again to different customers . Its one of the worst fitness club i have seen. STAY WAY!!!!!
Really enjoy using the personal training services and the gym itself. It has all the basics I needed to work out along with the accountability that would keep me going. The staff is friendly and there is always someone keeping the facilities clean.
This is a review for the new facility at 8725 Roswell Rd. in Sandy Springs. If you want to go to a gym with the worst and rudest employees - this is your place. I purchased a membership for a buddy of mine and asked them to take off my billing information for month 2 and beyond. The employee, Mary, told me I had to put another card on their billing information - defeating the whole purpose. Nobody there knows how to navigate their systems nor are they knowledgeable of the fitness industry. I called Paul, who not only said I wasnt listening and informed me he was a veteran youfitness employee of 8 months. Losers, all of them. My friend cancelled his membership, paid $10 to do so, and then I was billed again for a month he will never use on a cancelled membership. I never received by email or snail mail any policies or information.I suggest you steer clear of this rip-off joint unless you want to end up paying more money for services you never received. They are rude, obnoxious, and not willing to help. They would rather keep their $19.99 than keep two customers happy. Join at your own peril.

YouFit is a great gym, clean, state of the art equipment, ample number of machines, conveniently located in Sandy Springs, open long hours, and with good personal trainers.
If I could give a zero star review I would. I called to cancel the membership and they wouldnt allow it. They wanted me to come in even though distance wouldnt allow it. Herman the manager didnt help at all. They continued to charge me and I had to dispute the charges with my bank. I will never do business with YouFit again nor do I recommend it. While I was there the male trainers hit on the females the entire time I was there and werent helpful at all. There were a few great employees but the overall experience was horrendous.

Good luck stopping the membership! Youfit continued to charge me fees for two months after I had terminated my membership following their procedures; 30 days verbal notice, written notice using a form that I signed and turned in, in person. I was later told by the Manager, I had to pay $10.00 on my credit card at the time I turned in my form. He said they had no record of it, and that I had to send in a check for $10.00, which I did. The continued to charge my account for three months after I had cancelled in the amounts of 19.99, 19.99 & 29.99, yet they still wanted me to mail in a check for $10.00!Why am I being held accountable for someone who didnt ask for $10.00 at the time I turned in a signed form which they now say they cannot find?I intend to cancel my credit card just You-suck cant keep charging me for a membership I cancelled after leaving town.You will definitely get a workout there... especially keeping their hands out of your pockets!
I haven’t been here in a while, so I forgot how clean they keep the place and how well they keep up the equipment. This is a great small gym that has aged well and I’ve been a member since it opened.
I dont understand the negative reviews. The gym is nice and clean and has the basic equipment that I need. I cancelled at one point because I was travelling so much that I wouldnt be able to make it to the gym and had no issue...like any other gym they tried to give alternatives to make me stay but not super pushy or annoying. Some of the personal trainers need some training on people skills but other than that, I like the spot.

This gym is great. As a workout novice, I dont feel out of place and I have seen workout pros there as well. The trainers are great and know what they are talking about, They are friendly as well as professional.

Nice and clean yes. Money thirsty scammers yes. I moved 50 miles away from the nearest club and called to cancel. I was told I not only needed to make the drive, bit then would.be. charged a $10 cancellation fee. This is NOT right. It is utterly ridiculous. Please find a gym or club with more honest practices.

Youfit charged me and other customers fees during covid-19 after the gym was closed and they were difficult to reach by phone. I placed a stop order in my bank account with them and will not be returning. I had to dispute the charges and luckily my bank refunded me.
What happens with this gym that remains closed but has 4 months that they continue to charge for everyone but the calls never answer them or they open or close their gym forever and stop charging us for a membership that we do not use because it is closed😠

I told the manager that I gave the associate 10.00 cash and that they would need to figure out what happen to my money and of course I never heard anything back.I emailed Jason Davis who is the Territory Manager and I told him that I wanted my money back because I ended my membership months ago.I also told him that if I did not get my money back that I would protest upon this location, contact the news (by reading these reviews, many people have similar complaints), and post bad reviews multiple times daily to ensure no one does business with this company.He told me that they would stop charging me (after about 200.00 later).This company is stealing from consumers! If you are saying that I owe you 10.00 to cancel, then why would not just take the 10.00 out of my account for the cancel fee instead of continuing to charge me from for membership? The experience here could not be worse. Do not sign up for the personal training, because cancellation will be a nightmare. You completed the right process to cancel PT, but they kept charging you for the fee. It has been about a year that I trying to correct this billing issue so many times. Every time the management admit that I dont owe them anything, but they cannot help to get the outstanding balance $960 out of my account. They kept telling me its the billing company ABC financials issue, and they are working on fixing it. It still hasnt happened yet. So exhausted!!!!

Yet another cancelling personal training nightmare.The trainer I was with always had extremely limited availability and would try to double me up with someone else or drop me on another trainer (after selling me on her expertise).When I finally got around to cancelling I had to visit multiple times and send multiple emails to try and wrap things up to thier satisfaction, they kept autodrafting me anyway. Under no circumstances should you give them the ability to bill you!
Had a terrible & very bad experience with Operations Manager & General Manager . These guys.. ...1) Doing fraud business and Giving False information about contract membership and payment.2 ) Will not tell you about the hidden charges of your membership.3) You will End up in paying for the services that you havent availed at all. Ripped off by paying extra $432 for no service .And finally a simple Sorry for all their mistakes .So be cautious when you go for membership. Highly.... Not recommended.
The YouFit in Sandy Springs ga has been an excellent gym for almost two years. The staff is nice, polite and friendly. The equipment in great shape and the facility is clean. However, I had to cancel my membership due to a creepy guy that follows me around while I workout. Most unfortunate for the club! Ladies be warned if you workout early in the morning.

I have been a member since this location opened. They keep it clean, which is a plus. Negatives- I hate the music, the staff argues loudly about sports, and the treadmills and bikes have terrible reception on the TVs with no local channels- cant watch the Falcons. Good location, price is right are positives.Update- per another Youfit location, this site is being sold to Crunch and refunds will be forthcoming.
Dirty dirty gym! They sweep the floor right next to you kicking up dust and dirt. They cant even afford a nice vacuum cleaner. Theres a lady that just pretends shes cleaning but all shes doing is kicking up dust. The other day they were completely out of paper towel. This gym is filthy. This is all besides the fact that cancelling your membership is a nightmare.

Friendly Staff, although sometimes while scanning you in they can be too involved in their conversation to greet you. Facility is exceptionally clean. I always see a youfit team member cleaning a machine. Major perk for me is the quick drive over from the exit 6 ramp on 400. What happened to this place???? A year ago it had an amazing staff! Now it seems that management has either fallen asleep at the wheel or just hires a bunch of disrespectful and low class personnel from a perspective of certain bias! I specifically want to applaud the lovely miss nakita the so called fitness trainer! What a joke! I know sailors that would blush every time her mouth opens! She is the textbook example of what not to bring into your fitness establishment. From the way that she downs potential clients with her words to the cheap c250 baby Benz that she drives, I find it hard to believe that she even has a job! I know a lot of people in the Sandy Springs area and I will definitely make sure that they know the facts about this place and its staff!
Great gym all around. The only reason for 4 stars is due to some of the male staff. I usually do not go out my way to greet people, but when I am there and they scan my card, I say hello, hi etc, I never get a response back, and that is terrible customer service to me.(SandySprings)
That Does it!!!!I cancelled my membership in july, they still charged me for another month. Went back twice to put in for a refund and now its December and i still dont have my money. Was going to let $20 slide but now they call me out of the Blue and offer me a free personal training session. This gym sucks its constantly hot in the summer and no free wifi go to Crunch if youre in the sandy springs area. Same price points, way better equipment and facility. By the way see you tomorrow to try to get my money back.

The monthly fee is incredibly low for this facility, this gym has forced other gyms like LA Fitness to lower their prices. Very clean, great equipment, great hours, $15 a month, great gym!!!!
DO NOT SIGN UP AT THIS CLUB!!! After two years I was forced to cancel and once I cancelled I was told he printers were not working but I had to pay a $10 dollar fee to cancel so I paid in cash. 3 months later I am still being charged. I went to the facility and they printed my cancellation form that I had signed 3 months prior and the guy at the desk told me it would be taken care of that day. 2 days later some bimbo (manager) calls me to tell me the person working at the facility 3 months ago did not process my cancelation because I didnt answer his phone call. So that is why I have been getting charged. She also advised me that I have not paid the $10 cancellation fee and without it the can not process the cancellation. This place is a joke and so are the employees. I guess you dont need any credentials or skills to be a manager now a days. Ill be contacting my lawyer and moving forward with this lawsuit

I would not recommend You Fit. Ive been very disappointed. And if you cancel the membership make sure they really do it or they will keep charging you forever. I tried to cancel it 3 times and they still charging me. Worst GYN ever. And cancelling is the biggest nightmare! Stay away from these thieves and DO NOT give them your personal info, theyve ruined peoples credit and ripped a lot of people off!
This place is so hot and muggy you can literally smell peoples breath as soon as you walk in. So bad that the windows were soaking wet! They had fans on full blast like somehow thats supposed to work. This is at 7:30-8:00 pm... Id hate to know how bad it is around 5. Also they tie their cleaner bottles to the trash cans so good luck wiping off other peoples sweat off equipments before using them. Im canceling.
