Citadel Nutrition makes the absolute best supplements on the market, and their science-based approach is what defines them as a company (for me, as a scientist). The training center is incredible and I *never*, ever go to the Georgia Tech gym anymore. Its worthless in comparison.

Great equipment, no frills, just men and women into lifting. I found the more experienced members very welcoming and helpful, too.
