I have been taking aerial silks classes at Atlanta Parkour for over a year and definitely recommend it for anyone interested in trying silks for the first time, or for experienced aerialists looking for somewhere new to train. Tiffany does a great job teaching to each students experience level and keeping the environment fun and supportive while also getting in a great workout.

The teachers here are skilled, fun, and teach well to any level practitioner. They perform well in everything theyre teaching and more.I enjoy practicing here, and Ive improved a lot in three months. Class sizes typically are small to medium, so you can get ample direction, and you can stay after class in open-gym to further practice and adapt what youve learned. Furthermore, the gym has plenty of movable pieces to rearrange for innovation. The students bring a good energy to the place, too. Many of them have given me several helpful tips, and none of the many regulars are arrogant about technique. Its a fun atmosphere conducive to learning. Ive seen all types of students come here multiple times: males, females, kids, teens, twenties, thirties, forties....The several birthday parties Ive seen the beginning of appear to be fun for kids as well.

The facility has, over the last 6 months, been completely rebuilt and now features a ton of new obstacles and a foam pit. A great place to try out all forms of acrobatics and take your skills to the next level in a safe and stimulating environment.

I am a student at Atlanta Parkour, and I take aerial silks classes. I really enjoy these classes, as they are a great and fun way to increase your strength, stability, flexibility, and overall health. Tiffany, our instructor, is very qualified for her job. She recognizes the needs of her apprentices, and knows how to work with us to make sure we do our absolute best. Tiffanys ever-present kind words and encouragement help everyone feel more at home and shine from within. Were all one big happy family! The gym itself is a very kind and open place. Many new people love to try out the classes, while others have been here for years. Overall, I love these classes so much and I HiGhLy recommend them!the tiff is one very cool dood, 10/10

If you are into calisthenics or parkour or gymnastics or silks this is an awesome place to train. Its tucked away and can be a bit of a drive but open gyms at regular times means you can drop $10 and get a great workout in.I have observed some of the classes and personal training sessions from the owner and they look awesome. The gym has a padded springy floor which is nice for working on tumbling and flips. Assorted Parkour obstacles and a rudimentary weight room are also available.

I did the beginners class (an hour long), and it was intense! It landed up being only me and one other fellow as the more advanced person in the beginners class did their own group. They adapted the class according to how well we were learning with an heavy focus on proper technique/injust prevention. With some pointers, I was able to run and get ontop of a 8 foot box as well as other fun obstacle navigation. But parkour is rough! It uses a lot more leg power than I imagined. After an hour of the parkour class, my legs were sore for 5 days. Leg day clearly is very, very important for getting around.

Small but has everything you need in a gym except a trampoline and bar setup. Open gym rarely has anyone here so you have the entire space. Only downside is the space

Perfect GYM for my severely hyper, non-verbal Autistic child with severe sensory issues. It met all thier needs. I have had the worst time finding a program or situation for my child who cant sit still or understand wait. The instructors and staff were kind and treated my child the same; no special rules because of my childs challenges and there were ZERO issues!! I could sit and breathe. Im even motivated to participate!! It was all hands on deck and everyone still enjoyed their sessions. And kiddo slept so well without meds (sleep is so bad my toddler has to take adult doses) A disabled parents dream!!
