Pricing aside, Roger and another gentleman that came to remove the couch were polite, kind, and respectful of my home. They even offered to help move my new couch around if it was too heavy. Looked up lawn debris removal. I had cleared a lot of shrubs and limbs and you name it in my back yard and made a huge pile. It was clear I was in over my head to get rid of all the stuff. I called and within 2 hours Jason was at my house to give me an estimate. Made clear what budget was and he ensured it would not go over. I received the mattress via UPS, but then had to figure out how to get rid of the old mattress. At the time, I put it up against the wall till I could figure it out. I recently had a very complicated situation that I was trying to arrange. I probably placed at least 10 calls to Ryan at Peachtree Junk Removal and he always responded in a timely manner and was very friendly and professional. It was obvious that he is very busy because the company is so fantastic, but he never made me feel that I was bothering him even though I had not confirmed that I was going to do business with him iniitally. He even offered me suggestions on economical ways to deal with my situation. I had placed an order for new furniture and was told that the company would not remove my old furniture just to the curb but that I could offer a tip and the delivery people would probably accommodate me. During the many calls to Ryan, he told me to call him if the delivery company wouldnt remove the furniture. They arrived with my new furniture and the delivery people(supposedly professional movers) told me that the furniture in my house would not fit to be removed down the steps. My furniture was an old, heavy reclining sofa and loveseat but it did fit to be brought in the house. They would not take it out to the street even for a very generous tip. In the end I called Ryan back at Peachtree Junk removal and their service was efficient, professional and the price was very fair. They didnt have any difficulty removing the furniture down the steps of my split level home. I will always use them for any needs with junk removal or similar situations.

The three gentlemen movers came to my home and moved the items on my lawn before I arrived (after confirming with me first that it was okay), which was great! I sent an email quote and Ryan wrote me back almost immediately.They were able to send somebody out the same day and gave me a VERY fair price to remove my king mattress, especially when compared to what the 1-800 guys charge.I dont have any other junk right now but when I do Im definitely calling these guys. Friendly, communicative and fast. Great experience!

I emailed Peachtree Junk Removal via the form on their website on Monday just before lunch to set up junk removal, submitting a picture of the pile of old lumber and other refuse I needed hauled away from my backyard. The website says they call you back quickly, usually within the same day.They didnt call or email me back Monday, so I called them Tuesday, again just before lunch. Ryan answered the call and soon referenced my website inquiry, telling me theyd been a little busy and that he was currently on a job and needed to have someone else with the company look over my picture to get an estimate. He said hed call me back within the hour.Here we are, two days after that and Ive not heard back.I guess Peachtree Junk Removal has so much business they dont need to worry about getting back to potential customers to get more.I called another junk removal service yesterday who was at my house within two hours of my first call and hauled away my junk in about half an hour.Thanks, Peachtree Junk Removal!Update: guess who couldnt stop calling me twenty minutes after I left this review?I appreciate Ryan calling me back, even if it was only because he saw my review. I want to write about the phone conversation we just had. Ryan was upset about my review and said it wasnt fair that I left one star when I didnt even see/get their services. I think when a business cant get back with customers (remember: none of our communications were initiated by Peachtree UNTIL I left this bad review)--especially when they promise a specific, very imminent call back after not responding initially--thats poor enough customer service to warrant a one star review.But what really bothered me was how Ryan kept talking over me and saying he wanted to make it right when my junk is gone now--what exactly can you do for me now? What I think Ryan really meant is that he wanted to find a way for me to edit my review.Well, I did.
