5hrs to unload. Full truck with floor to top loaded boxes. It takes time. Overnight parking avaliable

Always good people to deal with. It is LTL freight so it takes a few hours to unload but they get right on it and work efficiently.. parking on sight for drivers.

Good prices, poor service, I had to call to schedule my delivery 3 times and I have not received my package yet; after a week of the original scheduled date. I have spoken with tree different persons and all of them have said that unfortunately they delivery hours do not math my business hours. What!!! They’ve even told me that I should have used UPS!

They take forever to load. I got there at 4:30 PM first a 6:30 PM appointment. They woke me up at 1:30 am to sign paperwork. The place pallets inside with a forklift as well as place loose boxes around the empty spaces. These Chinese people use every inch of the van, except for 3 inches in front of the door. Unloading us just as slow. Bring a lunch and take a nap.

GREAT SERVICE AND CHEAPEST PRICE IN THE US. FOR ALL THE NEGATIVE PEOPLE LEAVING BAD REVIEWS.YOU ARE PAYING CHEAP FREIGHT FOR DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE NOT TO BREAK THE PLT AND BRING IT INSIDE YOUR STORE. DUH....IF YOU DONT HAVE A LOADING DOCK THEN DONT EXPECT IT TO BE AN INSIDE DELIVERY. IF YOU WANT THAT KIND OF SERVICE SEND IT UPS WITH LOOSE BOXES AND PAY MORE. DONT BE COMPLAINING WHILE PAYING HALF OF WHAT UPS CHARGES. I HAVE NO ISSUES WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE I HAVE A 4 FT HIGH LOADING DOCK. OHHH AND ALSO THEY ARE NOT UPS SO THEY DO NOT DELIVER TO RESIDENTIAL HOMES OR APARTMENTS. USE UPS AND DONT COMPLAIN.SO MUCH IGNORANT PEOPLE OUT HERE TRYING TO PAY CHEAP AND GET EVERYTHING THEY WANT.
