This people are lazy. Extremely... they dont even have energy to call an say you are loaded or unloaded.

Overall experience was great. I had a motor shipped. Had to pick it up there. They were very professional when they called and told me my item had arrived as well as when i got there and they loaded it on my pickup truck. Even the security guard was good. I would definitely use this facility again for my freight shipments

Great place to work or to ship LTL. FXF welcomed me with warm arms and sent me off with well wishes. FedEx Freight is one of the best places I’ve ever worked. The FedEx organization believes in giving back to the community with charity. They celebrate their employees accomplishments. FedEx has awesome benefits and would be an excellent company to retire from. There is real opportunity for people to work their way up from the bottom to reach the top. Management was very supportive. They have been very good to my family and me. I would recommend that anyone who is in need of a job or choosing an LTL provider, choose FXF. I will always have a special place in my heart for my FXF family and friends.

Making a delivery for my company and I was stereotype because of what I had on. A look of disbelief is what I was giving but I work a nine-to-five like everyone else its just sad and do that make no sense

They unload my truck on time not bad at all

1-star only because i couldnt give zero. I have tried to get a pallet of fire rated plywood delivered since 3/7/19, its now 3/15/19 and I was promised a morning delivery today. Still nothing. This is beyond ridiculous. Terrible service.

Everyone was very helpful. You should know this is NOT a FedEx store, its a freight depot for large or heavy freight shipments only.

Set up an appointment with me to be home for delivery and they never showed up didnt call me to let me know that they wasnt coming.i called them and they said they didnt have my package.i had to drive 47 miles to get my package.unorganized people work there.
