Was with them for over a year. Was promised multiple interviews and they always fell through/never heard back from the recruiter. When I finally did land a six figure job on my own (without their help), one of their reps found me on LinkedIn and reached out trying to get contacts in my new company. Ugh. I refused to help and let them know how disrespected I felt during the whole process. Dont waste your time here.

I have applied for numerous positions here at Creative Circle and over the course of 6 months I have never heard back, not once. I had to call them 4 times just for me to be told that my job experience wasn’t enough which is completely false. So inattentive, unreliable, complacent, unorganized, and disconcerting. I’ve been unemployed ever since the COVID-19 outbreak and their excuse for not contacting me back was that they are understaffed and have had a surplus of applications since the virus outbreak. Well that is EXACTLY why you should be actively hiring. They have thousands if not maybe hundreds of thousands of applicants and they either don’t respond or turn so many people in need of work away. What a joke of a company!

Everything went will with the company and they were very responsive with their email replies and call back but after a few weeks they ghost me and dont call or reply back with 5 emails with any job prospective. If they dont want to work with someone then let them know by an email instead ghosting. This is not a dating site. Its a job placement in a specific industry. I can read by other reviews its a comment thing.

I have had a long job hunt over the course of several years. Throughout this time, Creative Circle has been the most consistent recruitment firm Ive worked with. Additionally, they have been the most responsive and kind team Ive worked with during my job hunt. I am beyond excited to be off the job market now and I could not have done it without the CC team.

Its unfortunate to see low reviews for Creative Circle. They did an amazing job contacting me with opportunities that might suit me, and when we found the one that did, Creative Circle stepped up to make sure my financial requirements would be met in the job offer. I have no complaints!

I was discriminated and harassed during the onboarding process with this company. The company contacted me to complete my I-9 documents. I informed Creative Circle that I had recently renewed my drivers license and I only had a temporary copy on hand. The receptionist yelled at me and stated that temporary IDs are not a valid form of Identification and that I would not be eligible to submit my documents. However, according to the US Department of Citzenship and Immigrantion, Temporary drivers license are on the list of acceptable identification.Creative Circle did not apologize or take responsibility in their neglect.

Absolutely terrible! I contacted them back in December looking for help getting a temporary position in my field of study, no problem, I was contacted for an interview a few days later. The interviewer gave me quick notes on how to improve my resume, which I did, and she said the job offers would start coming in. I didnt hear from her for 4 months!!!!! I finally had to contact them and a whole new person said she was taking over my case. Well that was also a flop! After I stated how disappointed I was with their service, the new case worker sent me an email with a job offer that I was completely unskilled for, but when I asked for more information she just said Oh Im not sure, actually the job has already been taken. I havent heard anything from her or my other rep since then! Awful! Awful! Awful! Save yourself the time and find another company. They should be ashamed.

Creative Staffing Office. The representative I interviewed with was nice but the administration assistant provided above par service in helping me when i arrived for my interview.

Worst company in the creative industry. Everything they do is nefarious, and I have never met anyone, or even heard of anyone who had a good experience with them. You wont get a job. You will only get a huge headache, and a lot of pointless emails.

I tried to be patient with this recruitment firm, but it is all a waste of time. Emails go unanswered and no follow-through/follow-up. One of the reps (Morgan) found a position for me and wanted to chat with me about the details of the role the following day. Sadly, nearly three days later Im still waiting for that call.
