Trisha has a pleasing and friendly personality, which makes my job very easy.In addition, Kim has the same attributes as Trisha. Well, she should. After all Trisha trained here.The entire office had recently changed and it has been for the better.

Second time here for delivery...! First time was fast . Less than an hour unloading. This time I had appointment 9:00 AM . Got here at 8:00 AM . Checked in 8:10 AM . Got door at 8:15. Docked at 8:20. They started to work unloading at 8:22. Got a call for getting paperwork at 8:39....!Not bad at all...!

My company has been fortunate to have the opportunity to haul freight in and out of this facility for over a year now. The staff has always been very professional, efficient, and helpful each time. Checked in at 8am. Had a 11am appointment. She says oh your not due till 11am. I said well I can always come back at 11am. Oh no take door 14. Ok. 2hrs go by. Ok just checking. Well your not due till 11am. Well thats why I said Ill come back. Well its 10am . If you leave you will be considered a work in.How would I be considered a work in if Im back before 11am?? . Just go sit in your truck.. HOW BOUT YOU GO SIT ON YOUR BROOM!

Whoever designed their parking lot did not take into account that trucks will be there. Trees and curbs in the place where trucks are backing.

Very limited staging parking. No overnight parking but theres trucks parked on street. Very limited space to back into doors but there is plenty of space between doors (can open doors between spaces). Office personnel are nice. Only 11 pallets. My appointment is 1100 and they started unloading at 1145. 5 stars if they had more available places to park. They have a bathroom but i didnt use it. Better than what I expected.

Picking up rolls of paper. Obviously these people are in NO Hurry to load you. RUDE, and THEY DON’T CARE, or understand how important a drivers time is. The evening shipping clerk needs some people skills! TRUCKERS deserve more respect! These employees wouldn’t have a job without us! The wait time is ridiculous! Poor attitude of receiving lady behind window. No concern for Drivers time or profession. Appointments are of no concern from the Drivers perspective only receivers! I sat 12.5hrs because the customer said I was delivering 2 days late. Although I picked up the load a day and half prior to my arrival. Even after showing my Rate Con with the pickup and delivery times I was a Work In. No respect.

Smooth process getting loaded (1775 bldg). Ladies in shipping were a pleasure to deal with, loaded & gone in under 2 hrs. Ill agree the lot is a little tight if youre unfortunate to get a door with a decorative curb in front of it. All those places in Westgate were built back in the days of shorter trucks and trailers, so not a surprise. Looks like Westgate is now posted no parking everywhere, so no more completing a break out on the street.

I have never seen a place like this. They are unorganized and either don’t understand how important a drivers time is or simply don’t care. I’ve never gotten out of here in under four hours. I’ve once waited 12 hours. I don’t understand. I don’t give a rats a** about this place. I would advise you to get here the nigh before if you can.

Took 4 hrs to load after appointment time. Not good place for pickup. Avoid this place. I have seen some drivers polishing their trucks while waiting for getting loaded.

This is the place you want to never return, is bad place to load and unload.
