Its tight because they make everyone drop and pull forward. And everyone pulls forward too far. You dont have to come out from under the trailer. If you have to back in between two trucks the lot is just not wide enough. Youre forced to pull up over the curb and all up in the gravel on the bank in front of you. It shows you that they dont care

Guy this place os not bad just make sure ur trailer is dry they will not load u until is dry, turn the heat on b4 u get there

Very friendly people, for some messed up reason my appointment was at 10 am and my dispatcher told me it was at 7 pm. When I arrived she told me that I was 9 hours late, mouth dropped open!! She was very pleasant and gave me a door right away and they loaded me right away. Outstanding place for a pickup. Very nice.

The staff in the shipping department is very friendly.. Wish there was more room for backing the trailers in though..

Driver refuse to load places thdy consume more than 1 hours regardless of the misery of detention they broker said to pay.

Idk why theres negative post but I got here 7 hrs before my scheduled appointment and they started to unload me 15 minutes of being in the dock. And looks like Ill be out onto a new route with 7 hrs remaining for my drive time today.

The reviews are correct. I arrived at 11am didnt finish loading till 11pm. This place has made my nope list.

Update 10-4-21 this place has gotten better… Very Slow!!! I’m sitting here now and been here 7hrs on a live load that I was a hour and a half early for!! Avoid this place if you can.

If you are hungry, before arriving to here buy your food ! Seriously. And !!! learn your pickup time by calling to this company !!! They are not writing time in & out !!! Do a deal whit your dispatch for about it ! You have a to slide your tandem and drop your trailer. And wait for 4 - 6 hours for loading ! Enjoy your day !!!

Was here before my appointment, took less than 45 minutes to unload me. Easy in docks

Very strict on appointments, miss appointments and youll be work in for whole day. Come on time and youll be out in 2-3 hours. Non the less, shipping/receiving clerks are disrespectful for sure.

Got unloaded and reloaded in 4 hours. No parking. Trucks parking on street will be ticketed now. Be aware. Can be tight depending on truck flow. 2 small truck stops that are always full within 5 miles. Petro pay to park just up the road 9 miles is full early since it’s Atlanta but might get lucky.

Very disrespectful Lady at check in window. Terrible attitude. No concern for business operations, or respect for the people who provide the means for them to be in business! The Manager/ Owner needs to see the treatment that is delivered by the check in staff personnel. Suprises me that this place can maintain quality business.

23 hours waiting on a load. Ive never been to a shipper more incompetent than these folks.

Appointment 2PM Tuesday, 10 AM next day driver still waiting for them to get him loaded . Dont waste your time on this location. No staiging area so park on the street on your own risk.

Arrived early for appointment put in dock door asap then 3 hrs later was told they mad a mistake that I needed to move to a different dock door

Took them 4hrs to load a dry load and I see the same for a lot of other drivers that are here. Hope to never be back here again

This place is horrible. Every time that I have been here for pickup my load, I have always had an unpleasant experience. Workers are rude, disrespectful and LAZY. They take 2-4 hours to just process my papers and then take another 6-8 hours to load ONE trailer. Its ridiculous. This happens every time and I am not even exaggerating. Every other place Ive went to take 30 mins and 1-2 hours MAX. But this place? They are no where near professional.

They take you in 1 hour before your appointment, 1& half hour for loading

You stand at the receiving window and theyre inside talking to each other and ignoring you this place needs a broom taken through its list of employees, unbelievable

Worst Place for Pick Up. This was my second time picking up from this place. They took 24 hours to load our Trailer. I dont understand how its possible they make appointments and they dont have the commodity ready.

All I can say is be prepared to sit awhile if you are picking up a load.

Be careful backing in to a doorArriving trucks will block you and employees park their cars where theyre not supposed making it hard to correct yourself

The shipping and recieving terrible arrive on time and sit 6 hrs to get unload. Management states only have one forklift driver that unloads trucks the other 5 loads trucks and the other 4 pick order for next day. Freight companies stay away, also brokers bad place for loads.

Dont arrive late. Had a 12.30 pm appt, couldnt get here any sooner than 3.30 pm, first felt movement in trailer after everyone else had left. Spent well over 10 hrs here

At first i was scared after reading reviews. Arrived at 10am for my 11am appointment. Out at 1pm. Thought i would miss my next pick up

Make sure you get at your( one hour prior max, 15 min after you are late ) appointment time or wait up to 10 hours to get worked it . But for unloading they are slow, Average time for loading and unloading is about 4-5 hours .
