PRGX likes to extort small businesses for services that it cant even perform. Our business had to pay them a fee such that they could verify our business for a customer. While we responded to all of their inquiries and requests within one business day, they failed to perform their duties and we lost the sale because the customer chose another vendor due to the delays.They then refused to refund the fee even though they failed to perform the service in a reasonable time. According to them the file is still in review - even though the customer notified us that they already purchased elsewhere.
