Terrible service do not make the mistake of obtaining this insurance, they tell you that they will cover everything and when using it, it does not even cover 20% of what you need, it only covers the consultation, you call for a pre-authorization and it takes time up to 3 hours on the line without answering the call, you leave your phone number so that they call you back and they dont either ... Then you pay monthly fees and you cant use anything, you cant even cancel the services because you cant they answer the call

This insurance company is a scam. I have paid over $600 per month for my premiums for over 3 years. The first procedure I had besides a doctors visit - the claim was denied. Classic bait and switch DO NOT FALL FOR IT.
