I’ve had the pleasure of recently working with Joshua Morton on several tasks for our community. He is “johnny on the spot” with communication and gets things done quickly and efficiently. I have to say, I’ve been more than satisfied with the level of service that Josh and Ardent have provided since taking over our Association. I dont usually give reviews but I must say Im really impressed with my experience with Ardent regarding an owner in their HOA. After months of complaining about this to the previous management, Eric was very nice and patient and I honestly thought he was just being sweet to get me off the phone but lo and behold, the NEXT DAY... no more trailer! If you get this Eric know you rock!!

This company is an absolute nightmare. Zero customer support and repeated billing errors leading to billing our whole community with erroneous late fees. The online portal and services are so far beyond confusing that they might as well not offer a website. I called and left several voicemails and have emailed customer support on the its been over a week and no response. I was charged a $25 lease monitoring fee that I did not see until I was charges a $27.50 late fee, how can the late fee be more than the initial fee? If your HOA is looking a management company please look elsewhere. We switched to Ardent this year and it has been an absolute nightmare. I am petitioning to end our contract with Ardent ASAP.

With all of the repairs and fixes our neighborhood has been in need of, my hopes were not very high when Ardent Residential was hired. However, our manager Brad’s tenure has been pleasantly surprising. His ability to handle our community’s long-term projects as well as our day to day needs speaks highly of Ardent’s managerial training. I highly recommend them!

Jennifer Carter was great working with! As a vender she answered and replied to questions immediately and was helpful getting responses fast from her clients. I highly recommend her services.

Responsiveness from our community’s board has been an issue since my husband and I moved in seven years ago. Ardent’s team responds to emails and phone calls promptly.

We have been on the management “merry go round” for years. Ardent came on board and gave us a realistic time frame for improvements to our community instead of promising us the moon and not delivering.

We have needed our buildings pressure washed for years! Amber assisted us with a plan to get the job done and saw it through from beginning to end!
