This is the location I was directed to for my first CORONAVIRUS VACCINE. Just a little disorganized, however..... their hard work is very appreciated. It was a warm day; I am quite sure that air conditioning would have been appreciated with such a large amount of people in this location.

Not a good place to work long term. Most people dont make it out of training and the ones that do dont last long. The pay is decent but the things you go through is not worth the time. You work 9 hours a day, why? IDK! Your schedule may change every 3 months according to your metrics and the key metrics that determine your ranking is setup to make you fail( bascially the customers experinece determines that).You will most likely end up on 2-11 or 3-12am shift after a shift bid! Management is super unorganized and dont communicate well!Dont let theyre initial impression fool you, its fake!

I remember reading the reviews and knowing that I was walking into terrible situation. On my very first day of work and the receptionist was in the lobby cursing and bragging about her weekend of debauchery. She did not know who I was, or what my position in the company, she was just blatantly acting disrespectful regardless of the fact that I was sitting in the lobby for over an hour and a half.The talent acquisition department had a 100% turnover rate within a three month period. Unprofessional, unorganized, unbearable and abusive do not accurately depict this work environment. As soon as I received another job offer I quit. I shared my concerns with HR and her direct words to me were to pack up my stuff into leave the company because she would never advise that anyone work under those conditions. Please do not apply or work for this company especially in the talent acquisition department. The recruiters only last on average about three months before quitting. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY ! My Direct boss Annie Cureton was mad that I quit so she retaliated by not processing my last paycheck. Santiago (which works directly under her) was too scared to even point me in the right direction to get this problem resolved. I even observed Annie flat out telling me that she would not fill positions in the Discover Mortgage department because she didnt like the manager that worked there. Everything from racist jokes to screaming what all a part of her everyday work behavior. DO NOT work as a recruiter here!!

I worked here as part of the Talent Acquisition team for only a month and put in my 2 week notice ASAP. The level of professionalism is disgraceful especially after serving in the military 7 years. Jessica Anghelescu who was supposed to be my boss, would use racist slurs in the work place. It made it very uncomfortable. She didnt know how to treat her employees with respect and I refuse to be in an environment where I dont feel like my hard work is being appreciated.

Do not waste your energy working here . It is slave mentality . It is unprofessional environment. It is not organized. you have to wait a month for pay! Also sometimes paychecks are not available on time. On July 12 2019 nobody got paid that just started because their direct deposit was not activated . Your personal information is sent to payroll in INDIA! Which I feel is a red flag especially now a days . The position they are hiring for is underpaid . Mostly everyone their are family members,lovers,and it’s just messy environment. Find other opportunities that is verifiable and you don’t have to worry about not getting paid on time !!! Also if you claim exempt tbey will go back and change your deductions !! Thank me later !! I personally quit in week 2 of training because of the work environment and my payroll being sent to India and potentially used for foreign exchange or identity theft.

Its a good place to work if you need a job or youre just getting back on your feet

This company is exactly what the negative reviews says it is. You have to wait one month to get your first paycheck. They are disorganized as all get out. I have never worked for anyone in all my years that made me wanna leave after day one. Horrible

Worked on site here fir 6 months. Nice place and food on site. Parking is good and traffic always sucks.

Dnt call you and when you call no one answers very unprofessional atmosphere

Nice job to hold down for a couple of years. It depends on what account you are working on. I recommend the geek squad account if your computer savy. If not but have experience in health career then be my guess and go to UHC they have great incentives. Me myself who did both would rather geeksquad more hours but less pressure.

Horrible horrible horrible. Favoritism, jealous managers, and little to no communication between the company and its employees.

I worked there for 4 months left the company in November and have YET to receive my PTO!! The number on the site and that I have, is not working. The number to HR is USELESS!!!! BEYOND PISSED
