My PCs hard drive went bad. AKEEM replaced it and also upgraded my windows. Good work. Very efficient. Reasonable prices. I recommend him to friends and if i have any other problems, he will be my go to guy.

While traveling my computer crashed. I was able to drop it off same day. Very communicative he let me know every step of the way what I was looking at. He set out to save me money by repairing my hard drive which was excellent customer service. Not often does a business owner try to save you money. That didn’t work he accepted the labtop back and replaced the hard drive and only charged me for the parts ( free labor) also unheard of. He fixed my issue with a limited amount of time . Bonus he brought some screws that were left out to me on his off day to not have me travel back out to his shop which was greatly appreciated. Overall I would recommend especially to anyone with little to no knowledge about hardware. I felt like I got my computer fixed by a family member the way he took care of me.I’ve never had anyone go so much out there way to make sure I didn’t spend unnecessary money; Price VERY reasonable it would’ve cost me 2x what I paid back home. My son had an iPad whereas a piece of the charging cord broke off inside the charging port of the iPad, and I was unable to remove it. I had tried pretty much everything to remove it on my own (hours wasted, lol). He quoted me a very fair price and was able to remove the metal in a very short time frame. I appreciated the same day service, his responsiveness, and the reasonable cost I paid to regain access to the device. I will definitely use him again in the future!

I can’t say anything but GOOD things about Suzu PC and Web. I had a MacBook Pro screen that was working perfectly and then suddenly gave me the black screen of death. He offered me the most reasonable price to repair (and I called 15 stores). When I took it in to him, before he opened my computer, he researched and found out that Apple had a warranty/recall program for the very issue I was experiencing on my computer. I had no idea, and I don’t know how he even figured it out. Because I spent hours trying to research the problem without any solutions in sight. Suzu told me to call Apple and invoke the warranty. This was the 6th time I called with no help from Apple. Because I told them about the program that Suzu told me to reference, they finally relented and fixed my computer. Suzu displayed the highest standard of ethics. He could’ve charged me to fix my computer and not notify me about the recall. But he did was best for me as the customer. He was extremely prompt with responding to all my messages and questions. No doubt in my mind that I will go to Suzu for any computer issue that I have in the future.
