Customer service is great and theyre very knowledgeable about products. They fixed my phone in an hour. It saved me from a lot of trouble with losing valuable information. I will be back for all of my phone and computer repair needs

I visited them today. I told the guy what was going on with my phone he said I know what you need. He looks through a basket and just says I don’t have the part. A Better response would have been I don’t have the part but I would love to fix it!!! Would you like me to order it for you? I can have it in a certain amount of days. His only response was he didn’t have it but it was like he wasn’t trying to earn my business. I left there and went to Fayetteville They didn’t have the part I needed but the lady was very nice and professional she ordered it while I was standing there the part will be in on Friday! What’s sad is I came here on a recommendation. When I Called to tell her about my experience she apologized and now she won’t return either and they have done lots of work for her.

I been going to Tigger since 2009 and I refuse to go anywhere else

I went to Tigard to fix my iPhone X screen and received great service and a very affordable price. Hopefully I don’t crack my screen again but if I do I will be coming here. I highly recommend if you cracked your screen and are looking for an affordable place to get it done.

Fast great reliable service at a great price

I came in today after being screwed by another phone repair shop in Union City. I typically go to the location on Old National but, today I came to the one in Hampton because I was out this way. I came in and the service was FAST AND FRIENDLY! This is the ONLY cellphone shop that I have been dealing with for 5+ years! The one time I went somewhere else, I got screwed.. NEVER DOING THAT AGAIN! If you want fast, friendly and good service come; this is the place you need to be

I have been to this place at least 4 times and have had 4 different items fixed in a timely manner. The place is no longer called Tiggars Computers, they are now called Gadget Zone.On April 23, 2020. I had a laptop for the past 6 years still in EXCELLENT conditions and still works properly. The problem I had was my charger port had been broken for the past 3 years out of the 6 I had it.Most of the local places I had called around and asked for were charging way to much to get something fixed even if I ordered the part myself and just needed them to fix it for me. I paid $30 for a diagnosis for my Lenovo Laptop. Then paid a $75 difference to get the laptop repaired.Due to covid-19 it took 2 weeks to get the part sent to the store but they got it fixed in a decent amount of time. I do recommend them highly to give them a try and have good prices to fix some of your needs. Just call them in and ask. I came back myself 3 more times and satisfied with my ending results.

I went into this establishment on 1/16/2020 and was greeted by a young lady named Shaun she was pleasant to speak with. I just moved here from rhode island with 5 family members who all use cell phones and we will never go anywhere else. I was in and out and my phone works like new. I’ve been here for 4 months and the people here are not that friendly, they are not in Rhode Island either. So it was a nice change Thank you Shaun I appreciate you 🤗

I dropped off my son’s (almost new) PlayStation 4 slim for service of the hdmi port last year april and they were changing employees and management like crazy and lost the tag to my sons PlayStation i paid 30 deposit and when the lady called me to pick it up it was old and not his so i hv been calling going up there everything they keep saying when they get one i will get one no refund of my deposit or nothing so i feel like they robbed me of my sons game and deposit and act like its my fault that its been so long but they are the ones responsible for losing the tag of my game and the manager dont care he left it up to another associate bentley to take care of and i havent heard anything from him nobody checks on it for me i just keep being passed around in circles

She took my phone gave me a time limit and call if you step away to let me you if they detect any further damage before working on the phone and charging anonymous price. The lady that answers the phone is no help she cant answer any questions and the person who can is never there! This business would be great if they hired a computer person so you would know in advance whether to bring it in to them or not. They could use a price list so I dont get the feeling they trying to see how much Id be willing to pay for service.

Atmosphere is great. All the representatives have a great attitude and excellent customer service. I had an issue with my 6s+. My phone would not turn back on for whatever reason. I took it to the apple store and an employee there said that it was an issue wit my computer and that I would never be able to get into my phone again. They then went on to say that there’s nothing I can do and prompted me to purchase another 6s+ from them. A few days later I took my phone to Tiggars and he ran a diagnostic for me, I was told it was an issue with my computer. They further assessed my problem. I let them keep my phone for the next few days to figure out what’s wrong with it. I received a text saying my phone was fixed! They definitely know what they are doing, so it’s worth the price!

Jay was great! They fixed my phone in a timely manner, and they were so nice. Plenty of cases and speakers etc. in this store! jay informed me of the prices of everything and made sure my phone was working how it should be when it was finished! 2nd time here and their prices are reasonable and service is exceptional, thank you!

I think these guys are great! I had to take my phone up here 4 times and it seems like every time I went there his main concern was to make sure I was completely satisfied. Not only do they take care of their customers they greet you with a smile every time. Very friendly and respectful. I will always come to these guys for everything that I have electronic.

Came here to get my iPhone 7 Plus screen repaired. They repaired it but soon as I dropped my phone with a phone case attached screen cracked, cheap quality I wouldn’t go here ever again please don’t go here for a screen repair.

Replaced my phone screen in 20 minutes with no issues

They are very professional and direct. They gave an estimate over the phone for my iPhone SE rear camera replacement, and fixed it in about 40 minutes at an affordable and fair price! Apple wouldnt give me an estimate and usually the cost is as high as replacing a phone.

Horrible customer service! Guy was rude! And the sad part I did them a favor! I will never suggest anyone go here. Please go to a professional with better customer service!

I dropped my PS4 off to be fixed and I was quoted a week. Two weeks later I has to reach out to them to find out that my system was ready to be picked up and that they just forgot to notify me. Store hours online says the places opens at 10 but when I went to pick up my system the store was locked and closed. I even waited 20 mins and still no one showed up. I have now driven to this shop a 2nd time and once again NO ONE IS HERE! Sadly I will not be a return customer.

I have to say these youngsters got it together, does my heart proud to see young men making it happen. I brought my lovely Red HP laptop in after having spilled liquid on it. Although they were not able to repair it, it was the manner in which they responded to me that I was impressed with. No arrogance, no making me feel inept over how they would retrieve my data and they delivered on their commitment; all in a professional and attentive manner. I did a walk in and needed it done fast because my screen wouldn’t even show. They said an hour and I walk in early and it was already done. Fast and no hassle I definitely recommend them.

I BROKE MY PHONE SCREEN AND TOOK IT TO THIS STORE TO GET IT REPAIRED.... THEY REPAIRED IT BUT I BELIEVE THAT THEY DELIBERATELY SABOTAGE MY PHONE INTO MESSING UP BECAUSE TWO HOURS AFTER I PICKED UP MY PHONE IT WENT ALL BLACK AND WOULD NOT COME ON AT ALL!!! These guys are the best. They have fixed all my daughters iPhones. She has cracked 3 of them. She payed for the last one yesterday with her own money.

Im not one to complain. But I have went to this repair shop 5 times in the last 4 months. And within the last week I have been there 3 times! Its ridiculous, my phone has not dropped but the screen cracks? Cracked with a screen protector, which by the way did not crack. They tell me that I have to keep paying my money because its my phone not their repair screens and because I need my phone for business purposes I pay thinking this time will be different. The associates assured me they are using A-1 materials and its my phone. They must be using cheap materials to replace the glass because when the screen cracks I can no longer get into my phone to unlock it or use it at all. It is really frustrating that I have pretty much given them a down-payment on a new iPhone and the fact that the results are the same even after leaving their repair shop 2 hours my phone was cracked again. And their 30 day warranty is BULL they say its a 30 day warranty on ALL repairs on the website clear as day, they did not specify on specific things...so again I have had to come out of my pocket, they negotiated a lower price on the repair but it should have been covered under the warranty which it was NOT. And then they tried to throw in a free glass screen protector, which didnt protect my screen because like I mentioned it still cracked without even dropping the phone...SMHLike seriously....I would NEVER recommend any one to go to this shop to get their phone repaired EVER, a waste of money and time.

Quoted me 250.00 to fix the fron glass on my Samsung s8. Had another shop do it for 35. She also said the screen and digitizer is one piece. But only the glass was cracked not the LCD screen or digitizer.

Price was accurate two gentlemen were professional. However the young lady working there is very unprofessional and hood she did not greet customers talked loudly about her stylist and getting the wrong color in her hair clubbing and who is and is not. Over all experience was ok maybe wait until she is on a lunch break to come in (hopefully she wont be back upset over her messed-up order again).

I dropped my iPhone 6 on Oct 16, 2015 and it cracked so bad that I was determined to get it fixed the next morning. I walked in about 10:00, dropped my phone off and less than a hour later my phone was back to its normal state. The cost of the repair was affordable at $117 and the fact I didnt have to wait all day was even better!

They did an excellent job with repairing my Samsung screen. This was the second time Ive had to have my Samsung screen replaced. The first time was with this little cell phone repair shop at a mall. They did a decent job, however, my phones screen broke after dropping it. Took it in to have Tiggars Computer & Cell phone repair it and although Ive dropped the phone a couple of times since the repair, the screen hasnt cracked, become damaged nor have I experienced any other problems with it. Definitely recommend.
