SCA has been our IT company for many years. I called on Tuesday toward the end of the business day and spoke to Melinda, who was very responsive and sent the issue to Jonathan. Since it was so late in the day, I expected a return call on Wednesday, but Jonathan immediately returned my call and listened to my description of the problem a co-worker was having with his iPad and iPhone. Jonathan called my co-worker and was able to walk him through all the steps involved in fixing the issue on both devices.
