After struggling to find an IT service that works with PC/Mac (we use both in our office) I stumbled upon Business Technical Services, and called them explaining our issues. Johnny was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He came our to our office (about an hour drive) the next business day (he offered to come out on Saturday for no additional cost!!) and had our issue fixed in less than 30 minutes. We have had SEVERAL network specialists and ITs out here to look at our problem and none of them could help us. Not only did BTS fix our problem quickly, the cost for service was phenomenal! We will continue to use this company for any further networking/computer issues that come up.
