My company purchased licenses from this company and a couple of weeks ago, they were deleted out of nowhere, we couldn’t get in contact with Andre or any one from his team for that matter, so we had to file a complaint against his company, on top of purchasing licenses directly from Microsoft. We lost lots of money from that, after that, Microsoft sent us an email saying that It Gurus of Atlanta company was under investigation. So I’m glad we decided to go directly with Microsoft to obtain our new licenses. Don’t do business with them. And we never got a refund .

We have used IT Gurus of Atlanta for the last two years, and we are very happy. They helped us set up Office 365 and are extremely responsive when the chips are down. Andre goes above and beyond help keep our technology running. Highly recommended!

Hands down one of the great IT guys I know very knowledgeable and professional about his work. At some places its a job this place its a passion.

Definitely a Fraudulent company, don’t waste your time, or your money!!! Andre will talk a great game to get what he wants, then he’ll disappear with your money. That’s not a good business man to deal with, your company will lose a lot of money deal with this company.

Andre Moulton is a terrible business man!! I purchased 3 Surface laptops back in September that totaled up to be over 9k, Andre kept giving me the run around on my tracking, up until today, I can’t reach him nor any of his employees that were tagged in the original emails. I’ve reported his company to Microsoft, because he won’t give us a refund. We don’t have tracking nor do we have our laptops we bought. He scammed Us and we are all the way in Trinidad. Dont do business with this company.

We ordered a HoloLens2 from the company in early July and provided payment. After almost 2 months of no communication from them we asked for an update and they told us they had processed the order and would have shipment details on the same day. 3 days later and no further word from them, we asked again, and only received an answer after another 3 days promising an update on shipping by the end of the day. Half a month later, we had sent multiple emails with no reply. They finally answered, saying they had confirmed a shipping date and would provide the tracking number momentarily. Three days later and there is still no tracking number. I have no idea how this company became a certified distributor for Microsoft, but it feels like a scam. Even the other Google reviews seem inauthentic and overly positive. They are unprofessional, unreliable, impossible to reach (by phone or email), and have delayed a very time sensitive project by 3 months. We have submitted complaints to Microsoft. If you care about obtaining your product, do NOT use IT Gurus of Atlanta.

Company is a FRAUD!!!. They will take the money and wont reply to your email and phone calls. We had to include our lawyers and still no response.

We are an international provider for artificial intelligence and our standards require that conducting business with vendors for our projects are the best in their category. By contracting with It Gurus of Atlanta, we quickly realized that they specialize in so many different services that we decided to award one project for Office 365 Migrations. We quickly realized them being an asset to the point that we used It Gurus of Atlanta for 10 projects since engaging them earlier this year. Their Architects are some of the most knowledgeable we have met on the Microsoft platform. We recommend them.

I’mConvinced that this company is a scam .ANDRE MOULTON IS A HORRIBLE PERSON TO FO BUSINESS WITH. I ordered volume licenses and never got them! He tried to sweet talk me and assure me that I would get them but I never did . $5,000 down the drain. This man is not to be trusted. I hope I can help anyone from losing money during this hard time. I’m convinced these five star comments are from him. There is no way! This man is really a scammer.

I signed up with Andre a little over a year ago to purchase office 365 business license. Norman helped us move our emails to Microsoft and was supposed to help us setup sharepoint (didnt but not a huge deal). One year later and time to renew license he gave me a couple hrs heads up to pay before licenses went in default and microsoft shuts us out. I thought ok that was weird but I paid anyway. Feb 1 all my company emails go down. I email Andre, he gets my admin login and goes and pays, emails start working again. Feb 2 I get an email from microsoft saying insufficient funds and the credit card was declined. To recap I paid Andre for 2021 in December 2020 and he didnt pay microsoft, and he obviously doesnt have $1000 bc his credit card was declined. Dont use this company its not worth the trouble. Im not sure if he is a scammer or just sloppy business man but its not worth the trouble.

This company provided computers on pure business credit when other companies said no. I didnt have to pay for anything up front, it was delivered within 24-48hrs. I also could choose any computer or brand of computer that I wanted. They help me put my application into the cloud as well, and since my first day of opening, business has been great!

Within hours of sending a request for assistance to IT Gurus of Atlanta, they were on the phone helping. We were given additional steps to take and an appointment for follow up the next day. After that call we were up and running. Without an internal IT department, this church was literally at bay with our problem. Andre at IT Gurus was professional and patient. Five stars is inadequate to express our appreciation.
