I understand they are trying to “ careful “ with covid, but with people being vaccinated and the barbers wearing a mask. I truly do not see why they can’t do beards at all. The risk is still high being around people. It’s sad to have to change my barber because of one thing they can’t do, yet they can be around someone for 20-30 mins ? Makes no sense.

I booked an appointment at this barber based on the reviews I found when researching barbers in Atlanta. Sadly the service I received was far from what I read online. To say my reception was lukewarm would be an understatement. The lack of energy, enthusiasm or any emotion that he cared remotely about the cut he was giving me was not there. The outcome of my haircut reflected exactly the attitude I received, a bit uneven, some parts were overlooked.. just sloppy and like no pride or professionalism was considered. I would direct my grievance at a particular person and not the shop as a whole but he did not introduce himself with his name.In terms of COVID procedures everything was perfect; temperatures were taken before entering and I was directed to wash my hands upon entering.

Have been getting my haircut here for the past 6 months or so and love everything about it. Easy process for booking an appointment and the barbers dont ever seem to be in a rush to get you in and out. My favorite barber shop in Atlanta without-a-doubt.

Love this place, I usually just get my hair buzzed but wanted something different. I asked the barber to cut it to what he thinks looks good and it was fantastic. $26 for a regular cut, cant beat that!

Ive been going here for a little over a year now every 2-3 weeks and I absolutely love it. All the barbers are very friendly and have great conversations. While Ive had my hair cut by many of them over the past year, and theyve all done a great job each time, my personal favorite is definitely Stephanie. Her attention to detail is spectacular and I always leave feeling confident about my new cut. By far my favorite place in all of Atlanta for a great haircut.

Very disappointed. Ive been a loyal customer with the same barber for over 6 years. I walk in at 7 past 1 today to see my appointment was taken by a walk in. I tried to call on my way but the line was busy, still I was in the building just 7 minutes late and someone was already in the chair mid haircut. This means they didnt wait even 5 minutes. Its Atlanta, there is random traffic all the time. In my 6 years as a customer I have been there on time and had to wait ~10min numerous times, and had my appt cancelled day of several times. I would expect more courtesy for a once loyal customer of over 6 years.

I absolutely love this place. After going to a few various barbers around the area, i finally went here. I have never once looked back. Everyone inside is always very friendly, joking around, and overall providing a great atmosphere. Theyre very accommodating, getting walk ins done as quickly as possible. I do recommend either calling ahead or reserving a time online, as they are always very busy with clients. The haircuts are also always amazing. They will work with you to get it exactly how you want your hair to look, and even offer a straight razor shave on your neck after. This place is absolutely amazing, and i will be back time and time again.

Ive been going here for years and am always pleased with the haircut I get. The barbers all seem to be friends with each other which makes for some entertaining conversation as youre getting your hair cut. Every cut comes with a free neck shave with a razor which is a nice addition,

Truly disappointed. I’m choosing not to mention the name of the barber i saw because I’m hoping he just had an “off” day. I SPECIFICALLY told him not to just buzz the hair all the way up to the part, and he did EXACTLY what I told him not to do. LEARN TO FOLLOW DIRECTION or simply say you can’t do what is being requested.

Great place, great cut, great price. Ive been going to Jim for over a year now. He has always done a great job, listens to any desires, gives great recommendations, and is an all around great guy to converse with while hes getting you lined up. Highly recommend going to this place. Ive dealt with the others and this place is by far the best.

One of my favorite barbershops in Atlanta and basically the only place I go to now. Ive gotten cuts from 3 of the barbers here and they were all amazing so I imagine that everyone there would be great. It really feels like a family when youre in there and they do not let you leave until your hair is perfect. If I had to add one suggestion, and this isnt something that bothers me but it might bother others, is that they leave previous clients hair on the ground and dont sweep up after every cut. Their vibe is so great and modern why not just sweep the hair to keep it looking clean and fresh. Again, maybe all barbershops are like this but since this is the only one I go to I just dont know lol. Also, their online reservation system is super easy to use and if you are driving and need to call and make an appointment that is so easy too- they are so nice!!

You will not get this high level of a haircut for the price anywhere. This hands down is the best haircut in the area and all the guys(and gal) are fantastic. Barry was the first barber I used and contrary to that other guys comment he was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He is definitely a bit reserved so I can see why someone else who judges someone before trying to get to know them would think. I ended up going to mark because Barry was booked up and he changed the game for me and since at the time he had his own massive beard I trust him with my facial hair as well.PB is a 12/10 and your a fool to go anywhere else.

I have been going here for years now and have never had a bad cut. Brad does the tightest fades in my life and I regularly get compliments from strangers on his work. Book ahead if you can because this shop stays busy.

One of the hardest parts of moving to a new city, is finding a new go-to barber. The last time, I moved to DC and it took me a solid 4 or 5 tries before I found THE ONE. Luckily, with my move to Atlanta, I found this place on Yelp with a perfect 5 stars and its worthy of its praise, this place is great.I get my haircut by Chris who does exactly what youre looking for in a barber. Listens to what you want, takes his time in getting it perfect, and most importantly, does a consistent job every time. No hesitation in recommending this place..so go!Oh, and book online!

Stopped by here out of convenience. Kind of made to feel awkward and an intruder by being a walk in. Eventually told to wait two hours, which was fine, but not before a lot of fussing. Once sat down to get a haircut, got the worst Id ever had. Whole chunk of hair on top of my head undercut which looked worse and worse as it grew out. All that wait and they werent thorough, might as well have gone to Great Clips. I guess dont ever drop in here, they need a lot of time to mentally prepare for you, and check yourself closely at the end because they obviously dont.

Ive been seeing Mark for ages, and have recommended him to several other folks, all of whom have become repeat customers. Online reservations virtually eliminate wait times, and unlike so many other barber shops, this one rolls right along like a well-oiled machine. Banter between barbers keeps things lively; as a customer, you can join in ... Or doze off ... And either option is perfectly okay. Recommended.

I was visiting Atlanta and needed a haircut. Piedmont barbers was in walking distance. When I googled “best barber in Atlanta “, they popped up. Made my appointment on line and Jim was available. I was greeted, waited probably 2 minutes and was in the chair. They know what they are doing. Got a great cut and had great conversation in the process. Thank you Jim! Ive been getting my haircut here for about two years. Ive never had a bad haircut here, and the online reservation system makes it very easy to get in for a cut with your preferred barber. I see Rachel, and shes great.

Was really excited to try this place but left very upset and disappointed. I got my haircut by Barry who was hands down the rudest barber Ive ever had. I greeted him and asked him how his day was and his only response was good. Didnt say another word the whole time. Was very uncomfortable sitting there feeling like you were wasting his time.While cutting my hair he made fun of the different lengths of the hair on top of my head multiple times. Either by saying something or rolling his eyes.Ive had my haircut at some amazing barbershops at a lot of major citys throughout the country and this was hands down the most uneducated and unfriendly barber Ive ever had.Its a shame because while looking around it seemed that all the other barbers were super friendly and all their clients looked very happy.If you do decide to try this barbershop I would urge you to get a cut from ANY other stylist there.

Stephanie is great but CW gave me a really bad haircut. A barber’s role is somewhat advisory and that’s where CW falls short. That I can’t identify the exact guards should not result in my being shaved nearly bald (especially when I have a photo of myself that shows the length & style I’m looking for).

Piedmont Barbers is the only place in Atlanta Ill get my hair cut. After some bad cuts at the budget chains, I went to PB ~2 years ago and never looked back. The shop is always clean and the employees are all knowledgeable and friendly. The only problem is that its sometimes hard to hold still when theyre making you laugh the whole time!

Always willing to accommodate walk-ins but try to call ahead if you can. Really awesome and fun atmosphere

EASILY the best haircut Ive ever had. I got the haircut and beard trim from Tracy yesterday and I went from zero to hero. I went in there like an overgrown mut with long scraggly hair and unkempt beard and he had me in and out in 30 minutes. A before and after photo should have been taken because it looks like a male makeover or something. Ive paid 3 other barbers in the past at salon prices $30+ but this cut was better than all of those and cheaper. I do recommend getting the beard trim and haircut because the way he matches up the length looks really good and blends perfectly on the side burns, plus he does a razor shave outline and that helps all around the neck and beard are outlined. I look so much better. Thanks a million

Piedmont Barbers probably qualifies for both categories — here you can get a men’s haircut you’ll like, NP.Of course I haven’t sat in every chair here, but I’ve had vry good luck so far. I was attached to Devonte, but now he’s gone...change becomes more difficult!

People kill me about getting that perfect haircut. Their are only a handful of barbers that get it right the 1st time they cut your hair. I usually give a barber 3 tries to get my haircut right. 3 times and youre out for me. But seriously, alot of guys act as though their hair wont ever grow back. Stop trippin folks. Communicate with the barber and stop turning yr head looking at the mirror everytime he/she positions yr head. Youre only making a new barber nervous. Peace

I looked all over for a barber and it seemed the reviews were good here .Went in for a fade to have the top trimmed and my beard cleaned up .Other then the top being snipped decent the rest of the cut was awful.He must not have known what a fade is and literally shaved the top hairs off my beard and said ok .I left the shop and went immediately to another shop .

People were really friendly but i wouldnt ever ever ever ever go again. I asked for a fade and i got a buz cut because the lady didnt know how to do a fade and messed up she cutt it all off 😲😲
