I loved this salon! Kylie was my stylist, and she did an incredible job on my hair! I have attached fabulous photos of the hair during the process and after! Kylie was so meticulous with how she placed the color. It was amazing to see her artistry at work. I loved having friendly conversation with her and getting to know the other stylists! Kylie was soooooo patient with me deciding on a color. I used to only do vivid colors. Bright pinks and blues. But recently went back to natural blonde. It eventually just got old and muddy. And my hair was pretty damaged. She found the PERFECT color solution for me without melting my hair. It was my first time there and we truly took a solid hour talking about my hair type, what I wanted and what was truly do-able.We went through pictures and swatches and finally decided on a color recipe. And its gorgeous. Im beyond happy and she was fun to chat with.Also, (and this is big deal to me) she recommended products that she used but they were very affordable!!!!!Overall it was refreshing and outstanding to have true personal attention, loved the outcome, loved the prices. First time here, looking for a more affordable salon and it was a success! I really would like to compliment the stylist, Anaiyah. She was very lovely and informative on different hair treatments. I asked for a simple trim and layers and she elevated it!

Amelia was amazing. I showed her some pictures and we talked about what would fit my hair texture. She nailed it. I love my haircut and feel so much more confident. I asked her a couple of questions about dyeing it and ended up scheduling a second appointment that I’m super excited for!

Bishops is a great place, It was easy to book an appointment online. The salon is well maintained, neat and clean. They also spend the right time needed for my hair cut. Rebecca was my hair stylist at Bishops, I did long hair cut with few layers. I took Rebeccas help to decide the length that would work best for me. It turned out to be one of the awesome hair cut.

I had my hair done here over a week ago and it went terribly. The stylist did nothing I asked for. I asked for a cool toned partial balayage and a short cut, straight all around. She turned most of my hair YELLOW and cute me really short layers. I knew I could not leave the salon with yellow haor so I reluctantly asked her to just dye it light brown to best match my actual hair color. I knew she was not competent enough to actually fix it so this was the best option. As for the cut, there is now no way to fix it because many of the layers she cut are VERY short and uneven. I was able to get in touch with one of the managers through the chat function. She kept saying she was going to call me to sort this out, but she never did. I was even willing to take them up on store credit but now I just want a refund. I asked for one thing and the stylist did none of it. I should not have to pay one penny for something I specifically did not ask for. I am so done waiting around to see if the manager will actually call to talk this out. Please just send me my refund.

Tracy and Amelia are absolute angels! They are so fair in pricing, unlike a lot of salons in the area. Mind you, it wont be cheap (hair painting and plex treatment, as well as styling is $165), but its more than fair. Relaxed setting, very comfortable, and totally judgement free!

Amelia is a great hairstylist! She is very personable and really makes sure the client is getting exactly what they want. She has worked with me to get my short hair to a place where I liked it and is now helping me with keeping it shaped up while I grow it out. She is good at what she does and even when I move in May, I will continue to come down to Atlanta for her to cut my hair!

She does amazing exotic color work too if youre interested in rainbow hair (she did my daughters and it is out of this world!) I definitely recommend her!

I decided to try out a new hair salon because of COVID-19 and I got a haircut with Amelia! The place was VERY clean and they took the pandemic seriously. I felt really comfortable being in there and everyone was really nice. I really liked my haircut when Amelia was done but once I got home and was able to see if with my mask off I LOVED it! Amelia was really sweet and made sure I got exactly what I wanted! I’ll definitely be back!

I booked on class pass and they did not have a good system set up for making sure that folks who booked on class pass had their appointment set up correctly. This resulted in me being told to come 15 minutes later then my original appointment, and upon arrival being told that there was not enough time for both the shampoo and haircut. It seems like they need to integrate their systems better. Not a pleasant experience

Had a consultation and booked a hairpainting/balayage appointment with multiple colors (approximately 4) for dimension with a quote. However, I was very disappointed and rushed out with a frizzy and stripy balayage. It had no additional colors in it at all and therefore had a harsh, unblended yellow-blonde gradient that doesn’t complement my dark brown hair. It is frustrating because the cut itself was great, but my hair integrity and color was ruined after the treatment. Since I’m new to coloring my hair I brought pictures and I wish the stylist talked more with me more on expectations or what the plan was to obtain the outcome I wanted if there was a communication issue. If I knew that color result would look nothing like the pictures I would not have proceeded with the appointment.

This was my first time at Bishops, and Rebecca made my experience perfect. She not only is an expert of her art form, but she was so personable and kind-hearted. She genuinely wants to make her clients leave with a smile. I will definitely make this my regular spot to get my haircuts thanks to Rebecca!

Stephanie welcomed me and helped me pick the correct color tone for my hair. She blended two together to get the perfect mix. She was friendly, courteous, and engaging. Ill be back...

Me and my wife made appointment to get our hair colored with multi colors which her dreads was done but the colors didn’t start at the roots of head it looks terrible 😞 for mine I didn’t get what I wanted at all I wanted the hidden rainbow 🌈 and she was a wear of that at the time of consultation and she said she could do it I’m very disappointed I showed her what I wanted on my phone it was never done I have a red patch on the top of my head that’s the only color that showed I paid 100 dollars for a cut color to me I was over charged for not being satisfied but anyway thanks Rebecca and Amelia

I was super happy with my haircut that Beth did for me! She cut a ton of hair off and made me feel great. As a physician I can say I was very pleased with their covid-19 precautions and felt comfortable in the salon. Great value and very professional.

Beware. Came in for a plex treatment and a cut, a long cut, I HAD beautiful long hair. I needed a trim. I asked the stylist for a V shape cut and to keep the length long. I needed a trim but ended up with my hair chopped off.

My 1st visit was a huge disappointment...the color was all wrong and the cut was too short!When they called me to check on how I liked my hair and I told them..they invited me to come back in ASAP so they could correct..Rebecca is a Rock Star in my book.!!!..She did an actual color consultation and we decided on doing a baliage and its amazing!!!!She tightened up the cut and I left there very happy.!!.Beth was there, too and was super cool and glad that Rebecca was able to correct my situation .. So..Rebecca gets all the praise and thanks !!

Devon was wonderful. I came in for a trim and she worked quickly, and I was happy with the results! I didnt have to wait for a second. Was also pleased with the precautionary measures they used: taking temperature, wearing masks, etc.

I went to Bishops for the first time today for highlights and a cut with Morgan and I was absolutely blown away! Morgan was phenomenal. She was wonderful to talk to and seemed to be a mind reader when it came to knowing what I wanted my hair to look like. Michael Joseph is a wonderful stylist. Ive recently started going to him and I love his work. Im happier with my hairstyle than I have been in several years. He recently worked on my teen daughters hair color for close to 4 hours and when she wasnt happy with the end result, he patiently reworked it to her further specifications until she loved it. Which meant he stayed at his station for an hour and a half past his normal working hours. I was so grateful for his professional, patient, and kind demeanor. He could have been defensive or dismissive of her tentative efforts to explain what she did not like about her finished hair, yet instead he encouraged her to explain her objections and clarify the directions she had provided initially. He made her feel comfortable speaking up. Not only did my teen get a gorgeous head of perfectly highlighted hair, she also got a lesson on how to interact with others to advocate for herself.

Took my 11- year old niece in for her first pixie cut and Kristin did great! She was so good about checking in with my niece and when my very shy niece wasnt talking very much, she asked nieces mom and I, then confirmed with my niece. She asked my niece what she wanted most and what she did not want at all. She checked in lots and made sure Dani was comfortable!

Such a great first time. Never did anything with my hair before and went in to see Kristin for a cut and color and she was fantastic. Helpful, attentive, knew exactly what she was doing, and such a sweet person. I have never been more happy about my hair before, it really is perfect. Definitely will be back and would recommend to anyone.

Beth was awesome! I have very long hair and she was gentle and patient as she cut and styled. My layers are exactly what I wanted! (Truly - no fake smile in the mirror here.) The staff is all very friendly and in a cool space, making it an all-around great experience.

Eureka is amazing! Make sure to ask for her...she gives the best haircuts especially men’s barbering. Not to mention she’s fun to talk to! They offer you cold beverages, heated towels, all the frills, and it’s more affordable than any high quality place I’ve been to.

He gave me some great advice on how to take care of my hair. I have hearing loss, and he was very patient and kind with me. His attention to detail was immaculate - he had amazing intuition and knew how to cut my hair just by taking one look at it. Great haircut, I highly recommend him and am looking forward to the next one!

Service was all performed very well. Violet knew what she was doing and her skills shined throughout the service. Taking 1 star off because she asked if I wanted a blow dry before she started cutting my hair and I didnt realize this counts as a Styling Service and an additional $15. It would have been cool to get a heads up on that. Otherwise very happy.

Ive been living in Atlanta for two years and have looked for a place that can cut hair without breaking my bank AND give a decent haircut! Finally I found one! Rebecca cut my hair and didnt do it the way I wanted acted like she was not experienced at all I even showed her a pic and that didnt help. I asked for a refund the next day and they refused. So do yourself a favor and do not go there

Signed up for an 11:45 appointment online. All stylists were open, but I opted for “first available” to be quicker. After I waited a half hour for them to service multiple people in the waiting area when I arrived, the stylist took a new customer (who arrived after me) straight back to the chair. When I asked why, I was told that since I didn’t select a specific stylist, I was considered a walk in, despite my appointment. Why am I making an appointment?!Also, I was told that the stylist keeps her own appointments and shown a physical calendar. Why would there be two calendar systems? This is just set up to waste someone’s time. Definitely not going back.

I have had cuts their several times and my first cut & colour experience was at the Bishops Tocco Hill’s location.And I love it.The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and actually cares not just about the clients, but about doing their best.I’m not saying I would recommend them, I’m saying I HAVE, DO, and WILL!
