Perhaps one of the best part of my 1st and many future visits with Autohaus Social is their communication. Throughout the week my vehicle was there for the extensive work I was having done, we had over 50 communications (via text on their online portal) not only about the current status, but just general banter and jokes. I bought a 2009 VW Tiguan from an independent seller and almost immediately an engine warning light came on. I visited the mechanic the previous owner had used and they told me I was going to have to completely rebuild the engine. I went to Autohaus for a second opinion and they quickly found a simple solution to the problem and fixed it. All the car needed was a sensor replaced. I am so happy to have found mechanics that I trust.

So- I recently brought these guys a disaster of used 997 turbo I had just purchased with a TON of problems. They were able to wade through mess, offer great options for both economy and performance, and get it all coordinated and fixed. I have been following Autohaus Social for 3 years now on social media and have attended their social events that are an essential element of their marketing plan for their business. They are true enthusiasts and walk the talk, which is refreshing in the automotive repair world.I finally had a chance to utilize their services for mounting new tires with center lock wheels on my 911, which require the proper tools and expertise and also completed an alignment. I shipped the tires into their business and received a message they had arrived before I could check.During the booking of the appointment, all of my questions were answered thoroughly, including a full explanation of pricing by Tristan and I also had a chance to speak another time at the business with Joseph, so all hands are on deck to satisfy both new and existing customers with their questions and concerns. Ill also add that the calls pre-appointment and post appointment were answered by a person almost immediately and not by a voice recording.Their communications throughout the entire process of scheduling, confirming details and post service are beyond anything I have experienced locally with auto repair businesses in Atlanta.The actual work on the car was done expertly, as promised within the timeframe discussed. Additionally, after hearing horror stories about damage rims during the installation, I can report that Autohaus Social handled mine, as I would with absolutely no marks or damage, etc.....You can say that is to be expected but unfortunately I have suffered damage to rims more often than not in Atlanta.So, in closing my review, if you are meticulous in the care of your car, this is the business to have full confidence in.

These fellas are extremely professional and take a true sense of pride in their service. Notwithstanding, they’ve also been there when I needed them, going above and beyond for emergency repairs. I originally went to Autohaus for mods, but they’ve earned my business as my go to mechanic for both of my German autos.

Wow!!!! This business has a lot of to good to be true reviews because I CANT be the only one with a really bad experience and review!!! Ive been trying to work things out with the owner Nash Tehrani. Ive tried not to write a negative review hoping that things would work out, but they left me with NO choice!!!! On 11/19/2020 we dropped off our 2011 Porsche Panamera at Autohaus Social for a PDK Fluid Exchange (transmission fluid change), and for left and right wheel balancing because our vehicle was wobbling a little bit over a certain speed. Our vehicle stayed at Autohaus Social for 5 days due to not having enough PDK Fluid in stock, and we also needed a diagnostic test due to check engine light being on. Diagnostic test stated that we need ignition coils, and sparks plugs replaced. We decided to not let them do the work and we would do it ourselves. We arrived at Autohaus Social Tuesday morning 11/24/2020 around 8-8:30am, picked up the vehicle, and left the business. PDK Fluid Exchange and wheel balancing service was paid for prior to picking up the vehicle. We went across the street from Autohaus Social to the Shell Gas Station to get gas. I decided to get out of the car, walked around to see if there was any damage done to the rims. Sure enough there was a very noticeable dent, scrapes and scratches on the front left side of these $594.00 ( for each one) rims. I called Autohaus Social immediately, spoke to Tristan Emmons and told him that they damaged ours rims. Tristan Emmons asked me to send pictures, he also told me that they do walk around videos on every vehicle because of claims like this. So I waited until I got home to do a more thorough examination, and found right front rim had a dime size chip in paint, and left front rim had a dent with severe scrapes and scratches where technician was trying to remove wheel weights. I sent Tristan Emmons the pictures immediately on Tuesday 11/24/2020 around 9-9:30am and waited for a call back, never received one. Checked my emails on Friday 11/27/2020 and seen an email from Joseph Renter manage of Autohaus Social. In the ridiculous email Joseph Renter sent me, he denied all damage that was done to these rims. I watched the 22 second ridiculous video Joseph Renter sent me, that clearly doesnt show existing damage or mention NO other damage, only mentioning curd rash in the 22 second video. Joseph Renter only pointed out curd rash because thats all he seen, NO other damage existed!!!! How could you not see all this damage when you did your walk around video???? Oh yeah, because THE DAMAGE WAS NEVER THERE!!!! Let me be very clear!!!! I never accused them for something I know I did, which was the curd rash on the front right rim!! I only sent pictures of damage they did, which was dent, scrapes, and scratches on left front rim and chipped paint on right front rim, where curb rash is seen. I called on Monday morning 11/30/2020 around 7:40am asking to speak with owner Nash Tehrani or manager Joseph Renter. Spoke to Joseph Renter and he gave me all of these impossible possibilities of someone or something else causing this damage, but not making it a possibility of their negligence, being irresponsible, careless behavior, and not being considerate of other peoples property a factor. Its been almost a month going back and forth with owner and manager through emails. Owner sending me videos of this damage occurring on THEIR video footage. Still havent received a phone call or email on resolving this issue, Autohaus Social is the only business/shop whom weve allowed to do any work on this vehicle. Thats how we know for a FACT this business/shop caused this damage!!! Ive avoided damaging these rims since they were purchased (04/19/2019), and now damage magically appears!!!! We chose this shop only because of the reviews (5 star). What horrible mistake that was!!!! We tried to avoid someone else causing damage to our vehicle, thats why we chose to work on it ourselves. We knew no one was going to take care of our vehicle like we do. Check out video after pictures!!

I am very pleased with the service level from Autohaus Social! Their attention to detail starts with the excellent level of communication: from appointment making to completion. The online system in great for keeping track of all the details of each visit. On my last visit they tackled a tough alignment on my BMW after some suspension upgrades. It was more challenging than they expected but the end result was spot on! The print out of the settings confirms what I see when driving: my car has never handled better! It’s worth the trip.

Wow! Nash, the owner has reimagined what an auto service shop could be. His front office is appreciative to have your business and it shows. They are knowledgeable and very attentive to customer service. The shop is unusually clean, tidy, and high-tech. The service techs are highly trained and great at what they do. Additionally, they are invested in the community, giving local high school kids tours and opportunities to see what the service industry is all about. They also gave several hundreds of dollars worth of gift certificates to a local charity auction. I would recommend this shop to anyone with a European auto.

Unfortunately my wifes car is intent on bankrupting me. However, dealing with the guys over at Autohaus has been excellent. They have laid out exactly what work needs to be done and in what priority all while giving us a little break on some things because weve quickly become regulars. I dont know where to start, Autohaus Social has been the absolute best shop Ive ever been to, hands-down.I started using them back in 2019 when I got a new clutch and stage I APR tune for my Golf R. They priced everything out clearly, gave me dates for parts arrival and installation, and even featured my dirty little monster on their Instagram.They are incredibly good at keeping you in the loop while you wait, with text message updates and a very convenient web interface for viewing and approving estimates as well as recording the work theyre doing. Before the pandemic, the shop lounge was awesome to hang out in, though youd rarely need to as they make the process of drop-off and pickup super convenient, especially if you live in the neighborhood.During the pandemic, I needed an oil change and they were incredibly safe through the process. Everyone was masked up and they did everything contactless over the phone. I got my oil changed conveniently while I worked, and came back to pick up the car at closing with no trouble whatsoever.When you call, Tristain and Joseph, despite how busy they are, are willing to talk things out with you and are incredibly helpful.The technicians here are the peak of professional. When you see what they drive you get a great idea of the enthusiasm and knowledge they have. You can absolutely tell that they know what theyre doing without a word, the people here just demonstrate extreme professionalism and workmanship that speaks for itself.They are incredibly busy these days, scheduling out days in advance, but for good reason. You can put your absolute trust in Autohaus social and obviously many people have taken notice. I recently had an incident where an animal climbed into my engine bay and shredded the drive belt when I started the car. Incredibly excited that Ive found a home for my C300. This was my first big purchase on a car and had debated on whether or not to take it to the Mercedez dealership. After speaking with Tristan from Autohaus and reading all the other great reviews, I was incredibly confident in taking my car to these guys.Process was top notch start to finish. Once you drop off your car, they send you a recording of the vehicle and provide updates via the online messaging. This setup was great as Im in meetings all day and didnt have any phone call interruptions. Found Autohaus Social online and decided to bring my car in for an oil change. They went above and beyond my expectations. During the servicing of my car they provided details of the work being done and also identified an issue with my oil filter. The last place I had the oil changed had installed the wrong Oil filter type in my car! I am now taking both our Mercedes and BMW to this place for service and repairs as opposed to the dealerships I was loyal to beforehand. They have taken great care of my cars at a reasonable price while offering personal service. Living in the Inman Park area, the location in midtown, is a great plus as well. I highly recommend them.

Since buying an early 2000s M-series BMW I have used them to fix the (many) things that need fixing on these cars. I could not be happier with the service they provide and the quality of work that is done. In addition to that, prior to COVID they have a fantastic space to work or hangout while they are working on your car. This is truly a garage fit for any car enthusiast, and given that it is run by car enthusiasts, you can be sure your car is in good hands.

This place is great for your import vehicle. I have taken my BMW to them since I purchased it and every time their prices have been incredibly fair. The shop is brand new, the front desk associates are very friendly and their scheduling system is awesome. I receive a text confirmation of the appointment, reminders and notifications on the status of the repairs.

Lots of positive things to say about this place. First would be customer service. Great first impression, very much a consultative process and they are not out to try to talk you into fixing things that arent immediately required. The process while your car is being fixed is also excellent. You receive regular texts and emails throughout each step in the process until your car is ready. When it is ready, and go over all the details of what was repaired and let you know if theres any additional things to keep an eye out for.The facility itself is beautiful. It has a nice high-end appearance without the high-end prices. Amazing experience having my aftermarket exhaust installed on my 2011 Jetta. Communication was excellent and their covid precautions were top notch. Communication is performed by text messages that direct you to a website where you can message them while they are working on your car. Highly recommend and will be using them for future maintenance.

Everyone I’ve referred has also been very happy with the service. The team there has it down! Easy scheduling, fast work at fair prices (possibly saving you considerable amounts over Euro dealer prices) master technicians and friendly staff. The only drawback is having some of the “social” element put on hold during the pandemic. Even so Nash and team have come up with covid safe options to keep some “social” going. They communicate well and Ive never got whiff of them trying to perform any more work than was necessary. You pay a bit of a premium, but its for premium quality work. Highly recommend.

I’ve heard a lot about Autohaus Social from my serious car pals, so I expected something good. But I was just wow’d. These folks care...and it shows. The work environment is meticulous and the work done is precise. On top of that, it’s really reasonable so the value you get is exceptional. They’ve basically innovated and re-invented the “old garage” into something really special and cool. Super polite and engaging people, latest technology to track service progress, and walk-around videos at the start of every visit so you know all is good. These are car people for car people. They get how much we love our cars, because they do too. Super friendly and interesting conversations with the Manager, and lots of enthusiasm to build an Intown car club / social spot. I’m going on...because it’s hard not to. The absolute real 5-star deal.

Can’t believe such a top quality, European-focused auto shop is right around the corner. This shop has done fantastic work on my car and I highly recommend their services - from basic maintenance to high performance mods and tuning. Once the pandemic subsides, it’ll also be wonderful to enjoy their interior space, which includes a lounge with video games and beer, a space for local car photographers to hang their prints, and a social club setting with music upstairs.

Autohaus Social is awesome. Serviced my 2014 VW Jetta SportWagen TDI there for a year and the vehicle was always returned in excellent shape. Communication with the shop is excellent. They have an online portal that allows you to interact with the staff before and during the repair. I now bring my 1999 Porsche 911 there on a regular basis for work. We all want piece of mind when getting our cars worked on, and I always have it with Autohaus Social.

I love this place. Convenient to my home and very professional staff. Right now utilizing them for regular service but when my tire pressure was low and I had an error message on my display they let me come last minute to clear things up for me. I highly recommend.

These guys are the best around! I’ve been taking my BMW and Range Rover to AutoHaus and they’ve always been timely, honest, and respectful of my vehicles. Plus the prices are widely better than the dealerships. Thankful to have a shop like this one here intown.

Wow! What an amazing business. I was referred to Autohaus by a friend and I am glad about it. I was treated with courtesy, professionalism and an overall friendly group from asking questions, to scheduling an appointment, to dropping my LR3 off to picking it up, it was a smooth process. I liked that I received updates throughout the service and notes on any issues that they may have found in detail. The value was unbelievable compared to the dealership. And on that note Autohaus will be my service provider for my LR3. And lastly, I was invited to come back once the pandemic is over to take a tour of their facility and game room. They do take COVID-19 precautions.I will be back next week for front brake services.

The guys at Autohaus are great. I have a VW 95 Cabrio and. not many experts in the area (country) willing to tackle. They took it all on, accomplished everything from general upkeep to the never ending electrical work that the Cabrio loves to have. Price was fair for the service, and really good for the speciality level of service. I am hooked!

Probably one of the most honest repair shops I’ve been to. They’re very open and keep you updated through a link throughout the whole process of what’s going on with your vehicle. You know exactly what to expect and they make sure to include why they’re suggesting a certain course of action, unlike the dealership where you have to ask a million questions. If you have a VW, Audi, Porsche or even BMW or Mercedes, these are the local guys you want to go to.
