Buckhead Imports is absolutely fantastic. Ive trusted them for years, and they are experts. They have even solved problems that a BMW dealer didnt solve. They know the cars forward and backward, they are honest about whats most important and what can wait, and they turnaround repairs SO fast. The entire team is fantastic and they provide phenomenal customer service. They explain things clearly and also educate their clients. If I could give them 20 stars, I would. Highly recommend!

Finally, Ive found an automotive shop that I can trust performing work on my Porsche Panamera S. Chuck and Billy were very professional and took the time to explain to me what repairs were needed. They also went above and beyond to coordinate with a body shop to assess the damage to my front bumper. They provided an estimate for the repairs and I was quite relieved. Nothing compared to what the dealership would charge.Thus, I can certainly say that I wont be seeing the dealership anymore to work on my car. Ran code on check engine light, informed me it had nothing to do with needing a new gas cap and suggested tests and repairs that would run hundreds of dollars and insinuated the car would soon stop working. A week later, just a new gas cap fixed everything. Be careful out there.***** 3-19-2020 Review update: Jason Cummins reached out to me repeatedly since my initial review, we played phone tag for a few days, but then connected for a 20 minute phone call. I was able to more fully explain what happened and why i was a little upset, he listened and gave me some excellent feedback and explanations from his perspective, and here we are. I now dont believe there were any dishonest intentions by his staff just to get a lot of money out of me, and I do now believe he runs an honest business. I am changing my review to 5-stars from 2-stars due to Mr. Cummins making sure we talked to clear the air, making sure we were on the same page with what happened that day, and for, quite honestly, being very professional and taking charge of his business as an owner to make sure his staff has clearer direction moving forward in any other situations they may encounter similar to mine. No ill will by me toward his business or him, and if I need help on our vehicle in the future, Id consider dropping by again and giving it another chance. My experience with Buckhead Imports has been stellar! My relationship started with them a few years ago when the dealership was quoting a hefty price tag for service I was not sure I needed. My brother in law suggested I consult them. Their Mercedes mechanic was able to pin point the problem and resolve for a lot less! Jason always answers my service questions til I am satisfied and Billy is very responsive to scheduling my service appointment even getting me in early to accommodate my work schedule. Trust is super important to me and Buckhead Imports has earned mine!

Ive been going to Buchhead Imports for 20 years now and on my 2nd M3. Decision time: Buy a new fun car or modify my existing M3 and do track days. I decided to let Buckhead imports make my E46 M3 track ready. They put long tube headers on it, reinforced sub-frame, dyno-tuned it and installed an MCS system. (Hot new adjustable suspension.) WOW, WHAT A DIFFERENCE, NO STOCK CAR DRIVES LIKE THIS. While I have not yet been on the track, I have 100% confidence to go....the only thing....shes like a work of art to me now. Could not be happier. Kudos to Jason and his HONEST crew for giving me the 2nd best adult toy available to humans.

We have been using Buckhead Imports for almost10 years now. It all started when my sons and I started working on our own BMW. We would work on our car over the weekend, then Id take it to the shop (1 block from my office) for them to make sure wed made repairs correctly. They were patient and thorough - and helped us learn a LOT! Now that my sons are grown, we trust them with all our cars. They are prompt, attentive and very knowledgeable about all BMWs - from vintage to new. Repairs have ranged from simple oil changes to complete engine replacements! They do great work!

First time customer and couldn’t be more impressed. Jason was recommended to me by a friend -- and I handed him a tricky situation partially caused by sloppy work at another repair shop. Buckhead Imports went above and beyond diagnosing and fixing the problem. For now own, Jason and his team will be my first and only stop for my BMW repairs.

My car is 14 years old but “she” is special and family to me (and only has 46000 miles). She was the car I dreamed but never thought I would have. She is the same (or at least the same body style) as the picture of a car that I cut out of a magazine and put on my wall in high school. And then 14 years ago or so, my sweet husband bought her for me. Suffice it to say that she is important to me.Jason and Buckhead Imports understand my attachment and treat her with kid gloves and the respect that she deserves! They are honest and tell me what is worth doing to keep her running and what is optional. One time the dealer recommended a brand new transmission for a problem that cropped up out of nowhere and did not happen all of the time. Jason said, well the battery is low, let’s change it out and see what happens. That was four years ago and (knock on wood) I still have not needed a new transmission.I love those guys and could not recommend them more highly!

The only regret I have about this shop is not coming here sooner. I saw this place years ago and even saved their website in my favorites, but never came when I was having car issues. Finally after being failed by all the BMW dealerships and dealing with subpar customer service I decided to come here to Buckhead Imports. These guys took me with no appointment and took their time figuring out what going on with my car. My car had been driving horribly forever and they were the first to get to drive almost like new since I’ve had it.Jason was amazing with his communication during the repairs and even after to make sure everything was going smoothly. I promise I’ll never take my car anywhere else as long as I’m here in ATL. I would recommend these guys to anyone in a heartbeat.

Stay away from this place!!! I have a strong suspicion that most of the reviews are BOGUS!!!! This place is extremely expensive!!!! And, both MARK and one other service writer are clowns!! By no means these guys are friendly - they are more like typical two-faced Southerners that makes you want to puke in your stomach!!! They are also bothered by any repairs that costs less than a thousand dollars.They wanted to put a brand new catalytic converter on my 12 year-old Mercedes for $2,000 for the crack in the converter. Instead I took it to Mercedes of Buckhead, and they recommended that I take it to any muffler shop and have the crack welded instead. It cost me $200 at a muffler shop on Piedmont Road for what these clowns wanted to do at $2,000!!!These guys are also very GREEDY!!! They put VALVOLINE in my Mercedes and charged me $125 (before tax). On my next oil change, I took my car to Mercedes of Buckhead and they put Mobile 1 for $99 (before tax) while I waited in a very nice lounge drinking complimentary coffee and eating European pastry in a very nice state-of-the art multi-million dollar building.These guys have a very low overhead with the shop which is about to fall apart, and charges the same or actually more than some Mercedes dealers - for example, get your oil changed at Mercedes Buckhead for a lot less instead of this hole-in-the-wall shop.Always call and get an estimate. At one occasion, they wanted to charge me $650 for the same work they quoted at $500 when no extra work was done.I hope this review helps and good luck with your cars!!

I originally brought my car in for a simple oil change. This usually costs me $140-$165 everywhere I’ve ever been. After getting no communication the bill came to be $293. Nothing short of a complete rip of and scam. The owner made excuse after excuse about why it costs that much. After correcting him on his pricing and him agreeing to refund me $140 (which still hasn’t happened) he told me the main reason was to do an “oil inspection” on the car.1st - I didn’t ask for an “oil inspection”2nd - Every shop does FREE inspections.So he says he is going to make it up to me by using my warranty for rod bearings. Which the car needs.Come to find out he charges $150 an hour. Of course when I question him I get no communication again. It’s honest incredible he is still open. For the same price as a BMW dealership with certified technicians. I made him write me a quote and the price difference is insane compared to 2 other shops I got quoted from including global BMW. I could go to Gobal and get it fully certified by there professional for cheaper than what this shop/owner wrote up. This shop is nothing short of a rip off. The owner is full of it and is only out to rip you off. You can tell online because half the reviews on there channels are as fake as the owner himself!

Billy did a great job in evaluating my GL 550 and recommended the needed services without any fluff. My car was washed and ready for pickup in one business day. He also arranged Lyft services to and from MARTA.

I used to rely on Lexus Service Facilities to perform the necessary/required service and special service needs. I opted for Buckhead Imports after having read through countless posts on forums, Facebook recommendations, and other reviews and I can say without a doubt that Craig and Jason are highly skilled in their craft. I took a Mercedes S63 to them for a Pre-Purchase Inspection and within a couple hours they had combed through the car and created a sheet with everything that was checked, everything that was missing or needed to be replaced, and quotes of what they could do the work for. (This vehicle was also from a dealer who gave the car their seal of approval and had stated the car was in pristine condition - Make sure you PPI any used/certified vehicle before you buy!).Thankfully, with the help of this PPI, I was able to additionally negotiate off the amount of the repair from the vehicle. Their PPI instantly saved me money in another area so if youre looking for another reason to PPI, there you go. I researched their pricing and found that they were competitive, so I went there to get the ABC system repaired. The ABC system was repaired in a timely manner and was completed within their estimated timeline they gave me.Another plus with Buckhead Imports is that they are good friends with Tony Lawshee who happens to be a very highly respected tuner for Mercedes. Rather than having to set up another appointment to get my vehicle tuned, Craig went out of his way to make it so that I could get my vehicle tuned the same day as my ABC fix which made this extremely convenient for me.Other than some of those mom and pop shops in the south, you dont really see employees who seem as open and honest as I have seen with Buckhead Imports. You can tell what they do is more than just their job to them and how passionate they are about what they do. I will be going back for any further maintenance and other PPIs in the future and I highly recommend to anyone who has any doubt or question to visit Buckhead Imports.
