Ive worked with TLC Rents for at least 5 or 6 years now and Ive always been happy with my experience. They have a wide selection of event needs from decor, catering needs, lighting, centerpieces, and more. Its a great one-stop-shop rental company. My sales manager is Maryclaire Andres and shes sooo amazing!! Very professional and truly cares about providing exceptional customer service. She has made sure all of my clients are completely satisfied with every design element and brought so many great ideas to the planning sessions. I highly recommend working with her!! You will not regret it!

TLC did a wonderful job for rentals at my wedding! They supplied the tables, stage, up lights, and most importantly BEAUTIFUL draping! I could not find anyone else in town who could do what I was looking for, but TLC made my vision come to life! Would recommend working with their team!

****CAUTION BEFORE YOU RENT *******I rented China, flatware, Trinity candle holder, flutes and all purpose glasses for my daughter’s wedding. Michael Gonzales, manager, was the worst! Customer service was horrible. He quoted me a price and was supposed to take 1/2 up front and balance at pickup. He charged the full amount. He also included delivery of $125. When I told him I would pick up. Michael refunded, but I still had to pay the balance due even when my refund had not posted back to my bank account.I rented gold flatware. It was tarnished. I needed 40 flute glasses, but because the glasses came in stacks of 36 he charged me an extra amount for another stack of 40 when he stated he would not. I paid the bill, but vowed I would share this horrible experience with anyone who dare rent from TLC Rentals on Southland Cir AtlantaGA

Used for an annual neighborhood event that was located outside. I had them drop the tables at my house because the event was on a Sunday, and they dont work that day. Delivery was scheduled on Saturday between 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. It was a rainy day and the poor delivery guy (Kennedy) had to work deliveries on his own, in the rain, which put him terribly behind. So much so that he delivered the tables at 7:52 p.m. (over 7 hours after the end of the delivery window.). Kennedy not only had to work alone, but his truck also broke down and he had to transfer all of his inventory to a new truck. My issue is not with any of this - life happens (and Kennedy had an excellent personality even through all of that)! I was terribly disappointed with the customer service from whomever answers the after-hours line. He never provided his name (which in itself is not good customer service), but he was a good bit rude and full of excuses. Simply apologize and provide a realistic window for delivery, and remember that in no way was any of this my fault. I paid for a service, was told a window, fulfilled my obligation to be present during that window and then got attitude from the owner or manager answering the line. My day would have looked very different if I had felt I was able to leave the house to run errands. My pick-up was scheduled between 3:30 p.m. - 5 p.m., and they showed up at 5:25 p.m. Those guys were very nice too, but some process improvement needs to happpen around the delivery windows and training of folks on how to manage these real-life situations. Honesty and ownership of the situation will get you far - attitude and excuses at the customer will get you 3 stars.

I have had opportunity to work with Mary Claire over the years. She is warm, welcoming, kind and well versed in the industry. She is also well connected and is my go to for referrals and creative opinions. I appreciate that the inventory is always clean, fresh and presentable and they are willing to go out of their way to fill our rental needs, even if it means contracting a sister vendor. Con: The length of time through the rental process could use much improvement

Truly incredible experience! Maryclaire and team helped me plan a very custom event for my client, we needed a very specific look for the lounge and they worked with me to compile the exact items we needed to create the perfect vibe. They also helped us stay in budget and worked with us on a tricky load in and load out time. I highly recommend this company for your rental needs, they have a super library, a very accommodating staff, and really go above and beyond to make it perfect.

Ashley at TLC rentals took care of us last minute and helped us secure our tables, chair rentals and linens just 2 weeks before our wedding. She was very responsive even on the weekend when we were nervous about getting these items locked in for the upcoming wedding. Additionally the pricing was very reasonable and everything was delivered on time as expected and in perfect condition. After having a very poor experience with other potential vendors we were considering for our rentals, Ashley and TLC came in to save our day and I would highly, highly recommend!!

Ive been renting various items through TLC Rents for a few years now and absolutely love using them. They have such a wide variety of items from linens, tables, up-lighting, decor, tents, and much much more. Its nice to be able to get everything in one place. Maryclaire is my sales contact there and shes AWESOME!! She takes care of my clients needs and works hard to deliver exceptional service. I highly recommend working with her. She has a great eye for design too and has put together some really beautiful table centerpieces for my clients. Overall, I give them 2 thumbs up!!

We’ve used TLC rents a couple of times for small wares and catering equipment. The first experience with the company wasn’t very welcoming, it almost felt as if I was bothering Sharla. The second; I was told the delivery fee was $85 dollars if I placed the order before the end of day, upon placing the order before the end of the day, the delivery was priced at $150. When I questioned about the pricing, it was reluctantly adjusted. I was also asked if there were any stairs or elevators (not sure how many locations wouldn’t have some short of stairs or elevators in Atlanta), however there was no mention of an extra fee. I told her there maybe be a couple, mind you this is being delivered to a converted house, again, no mention of an additional fee. The plates and small wares were delivered and requested to be placed on the patio by the event space manager (set of 10 stairs). I was informed the next day I was going to be charged an extra $100 dollars for each pickup and delivery, for labor ($200 total). I tried to meet the delivery to make sure there wasn’t any issues or steps, 5 minutes too late ended up costing an extra $100 dollars. A phone call informing me of these 10 steps would’ve been nice. Needless to say, we will not be back.

I called in the day prior to my arrival and was told that I didnt need an appointment just to be there by 3pm. I arrived with my bride and mother of the bride. We were greeted by a very nice receptionist but that were the customer service ended. The one consultant there yelled that she could not help us because she had to finish something else. The nice receptionist then told us the other consultant would arrive soon to speak with us and take us in the warehouse. While we waited we browsed the show room. Once the other consultant arrived she didnt greet us the nice receptionist told us we could go to her desk. She quickly asked us what we needed a quote on and never once asked us to have a seat. She barely made eye contact and when I asked her about looking in the back she just said she did have any examples and things were in bags, she clearly was not trying to spend any time with us or see if we might want to rent anything else. She gave us our qoute and we left. While preparing our quote she pleasantly greeted another customer and said Ill be right with you. She never asked what our budget was for the event. I generally felt she was not interested in our business and it was not a priority. We will not use them and I dont recommend them based upon customer service.

Pick up and drop off was easy, customer service was good, the only thing I was not happy about was how dirty and scratched up the white resin chairs were. They completely threw off the event.

My experience with TLC rents was very professional and I was very pleased with products I rented. Mike Gonzales was very helpful with planning and always available to answer any concerns. My event was absolutely fabulous and I received so many compliments from guests. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the dance could use some updating. After a not great first experience with TLC Rents - they took my complaints seriously and reacted pretty quickly and gave me excellent customer service. The pricing was fair and competitive, the rental items were of good quality, the delivery was on time, the crews were polite and professional and fast. As an event space owner, I have worked with Maryclaire Andres at TLC on numerous occasions and she has taken care of my clients from beginning to end. She fusses (thats a good thing) over set-ups, is clear and prompt with all of her deliveries, and all of my clients always have glowing reviews of their products and her service. As I am now planning my own wedding, I am again reminded of how sweet, helpful and considerate she is. Im sure that everyone in the company is great, but Maryclaire takes care of you from beginning to end! TLC is our preferred vendor at Paris on Ponce and the Maison Rouge and will always be!

TLC got us pretty good when we wanted to simply use a different credit card at the time of pick up. We proceeded with the transaction as planned, but then they stuck us with a 50% restocking fee on the original card. 🤔Ended up being quite an expensive rental, but I guess they taught us a lesson.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! This was my first time working with TLC. Maryclarie helped me feel very comfortable during preplanning. They also sent me a text the night before my event so that I knew when they would be delivering. The setup team showed up right on time (I also received a text again upon arrival!) and they were extremely quick, efficient, and supportive. They had a diagram, but still checked with me to make sure everything looked good before they left. TLCs customer service is amazing and I cant recommend them enough!

I have never experienced poor customer service ever in over 10 years of being in media and event planning. I literally just ended a call with this companys office manager LOLA who was extremely rude, over-talked me when I expressed my concern, and hung up on a call between myself and my banks investigator due to I did not receive products ordered. Instead of rectifying the situation, I was accused of lying and informed I should have known my items were not going to be delivered due to my amount. I plan MANY events and have recommended MANY of my clients, some being celebrity, to this venue due to my first experience was better compared to this. I am trying to avoid my legal department from getting involved as I am a business owner and know how it goes when dealing with customers. I feel as if I was mistreated over a simple misunderstanding their staff will not admit to.

Two years ago I had a difficult time ordering materials for an event that was spread over numerous locations all at once. David seemed to try to be helpful to my needs, but was unable to provide the consistency in color and quality in materials for each location. We had to go back and forth over many days and phone calls to get materials that we were happy with. And were talking about simple things like chairs, linens, and tables - all black no less. It was a struggle! I decided to give them another chance last year with the same exact order. Our quote was incorrect so I asked for it to be corrected as they charged us for 1 too many days of use but, the materials couldnt even be delivered when we needed them because of this error. We had to send someone up to their location to pick all the materials up for us - who reported back that the people at TLC were telling him how difficult we are to work with. Im telling you, this takes the cake.Happy ending, we chose a new rental company thats close to us and who said we could keep the rental materials for an extra day and they wouldnt even charge. We are happy!

I worked with Maryclaire and TLC last weekend to produce a large outdoor event. I found Maryclaire to be extremely valuable to my planning process. I’m not sure I could’ve pulled off the event without her. She went far beyond just renting us tents and equipment. She lended us her time and expertise throughout the process. Dont rent from them! Terrible customer service! I placed a order for 9 high boys on Wednesday for pickup on Friday and called to cancel the order the next day because the venue provided they tables and I was told I had to pay a 50 per cent restocking fee! They tables are even pulled yet! I was told they have a 7 day canceling fee of 50% for restock! I have heard of 20% but 50% is Ridiculous!!!! Beware they are many other companies out there to rent from my suggestion is to rent from them!

My daughter talked me with sourcing event planners and companies for her event. I talked with a fre companies around the Atlanta area, pretty much all the same. Then I called TLC rents and talked with a woman by the name of Maryclaire. WOW! Night and Day! She was so incredibly helpful! She knew exactly what I needed, lots of options, did not try to oversell me, understood my budget, I cant say enough good things. My daughter chose them on my recommendation. The event was fantastic, the company really delivered. I would recommend them to anyone doing an event, but talk to Maryclaire, she really knows her stuff! And answered all my and my daughters questions every step of the way.

I received very bad customer service when I picked up my order, and they refused to return the copy they made of my Drivers License even after I had returned the merchandise that had been rented. When I explained to the manager why I did not want to leave a copy of my personally identifiable information sitting around their exceedingly disorganized office, he was very rude. I told him that he has lost the business of all of the different companies that I contract with, and I meant it. His response was to wave his hand in dismissal and tell me to get out of his office. I will be sure that none of the productions I work on in the future do any business with this company, and I will certainly be recommending against them to anybody in the future.

Hi TLC rents started out to be okay however as time went by they stared to become very unprofessional. The guy that works there is very unprofessional hes rude and treat customers like their criminals thats not going to bring back the merchandise. The lady that works there in the very front I think she a receptionist she has black hair, shes very rude and dont smile, she doesnt have a welcoming attitude at all. The lady that works along side the guy she tries to act as if your not a current customer, she will always make you feel as if shes never seen you before. Their attitudes are horrible. The guys that does the hard labor in the back in the warehouse section are awesome, nice, sweet and welcoming.

Ok, so I kinda wanna take a star away for their hours (M-F 9-5/Sat 10-1) and theyre also in a very busy area, near Howell Mill. But overall I was pretty satisfied. I placed my order on a Tuesday for a Friday pickup, but couldnt leave work in time so they pushed me back to Saturday. The entire process was quick and easy, albeit i only ordered 10 chairs, but for less than $15 i got the 10 chairs for 3 days and they were insured. Everyone was so sweet and the set up inside is beautiful. Definitely my go to place from now on.

I needed an event provider to support my company holiday party in Buckhead and was referred by others to use TLC Rents. Before the event, Reuben, ownter/president made a personal appearance to my location to take measurements, provided me with recommendations, and walked me through the process so I knew what to expect. From start to finish, the entire process was fantastic, his delivery drivers were very personable, professional, and on-time- I also appreciated having a lead on-hand to show my staff how to operate the equipment. Afterwards, his staff coordinated with me to make a pick up that was efficient and convenient. I highly recommend TLC Rents and their services to anyone in or outside the Atlanta area.

The worst experience ever..extremely inconvenient the young lady Sharla did not tell me I aa the cardholder needed to be present to pick up my rentals completely ruined my event and my day to have to stop and go show my credit card..they should really update their technology and staff
