Slow unload, but not bad at all.

Good people. Especially Carlotta! She was very nice and helped me with directions to get into the warehouse as its close to downtown Atlanta. Unloaded in less than 30 minutes. I only had 3 crates and their cutoff time for deliveries is 4pm. I got there at 345pm. Quitting time so not sure if that had anything to do with quick unload or not. But for my 1st experience there they get 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

We got billed for someone elses stuff, we never got all of our stuff, they refused to help us because they said we owed them money when we did not actually, and its a month after the event and we still havent received our stuff back, because they dont know how to follow their own form. They are now asking for information which either wasnt requested for the event, or information that weve already given them. This is a terrible company and I would never use them if I had a choice.
