Infinity Discs is a company that is very easy to work with. Chris specifically has top-notch communication skills; when I sent an email, he always responded in the same day, usually within an hour. When I had to alter the artwork to be printed on my DVDs, and push my delivery time, they were very accommodating. And the quality of their work is without question. I will continue to use Infinity Discs, and cannot recommend them highly enough.

First of all the place is so unorganized I didnt know it was a business. When i walked in the place looked messy with papers and boxes all over the floor. I waited 3 minutes then I had to yell for someone to help me. The guy that responded didnt even introduce himself and asked what did I want? Ummm is this where I can get cd duplication? He said yes and then started written prices down on a piece of paper with a pink marker? How am I going to spend money here with this type of service? I had to walk out it was ridiculous...Also the sign in front is so small it took me 20 minutes to find it. I was looking for great quality and this first impression made me walk out the door.

I used Chris for my last CD production. I had previously used DiscMakers but wanted a more personal experience this time. I was delighted with how Chris worked with me. I gave him a PDF for my liner notes that needed significant changes that he made at no extra charge.
