DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Very unprofessional and lacks communication. I initially booked with this company as their same day availability grabbed my attention. I initially called to book my appointment as a same day and no one answered so I went online to their website and booked my appointment as same day availability was a option with many time slots. My appointment was booked for 6:30pm and I received a email confirmation. I also received a text from a rep confirming my appointment asking for me to confirm my address. A few hours before the appointment, I randomly received another email for a new appointment time at 10:30pm. I reached out to the rep I had previously communicated with his text to ask for them to confirm my appointment time and was told “Our calendar is off and has a slight glitch. We assumed the appointment in question was for tomorrow”. They asked if I can reschedule for tomorrow, which I did at 10am. My appointment came the following day and they did a No call, no show. I reached out to the company via text twice to see if someone would still be coming and did not get a response back. I called them 3 different times and got the following message “The number you have called has been disconnected”. I do not recommend this company at all!! If you value your time and money, please go with another company.

Very professional! Provided Immaculate Service!! Cleaned up when finished and also took the time to fix wearing hung by another company with no extra fees !! Please look no further hire for all your TV mounting needs/ any hanging needs. You will not be disappointed!! Thank you job well done!

Complete fraud. Booked weeks in advance and sent deposit. Day of appt I get a text saying he’s “double booked” and will be a couple hours late. Many hours go by and apparently he’s on the way but has to stop at Home Depot for a drill bit to use on my stone fireplace because his new “assistant” didn’t tell him I was mounting on stone. Website advertises experience with stone which is a lie. More hours pass and still no show so I cancel because my whole day has been wasted. Apologizes and says he will return my deposit. Still haven’t seen my deposit and I’ve been blocked on all numbers.

Came on time to the appointment, mounted my 65 inch and my pS5, im happy with the job

I booked online received a confirmation both by email and text. Here it is 2 hrs after the appt time and they are a no call / no show. Not even the courtesy to respond to my text msg asking about the status of the appt. I gave them on last opportunity by texting again asking of they wanted to respond before I left a bad review.....no response, I just received an email with them cancelling the appt 2.5 hours after it was scheduled.

I would 100% recommend Atlanta TV Mounting for any mounting needs - they were extremely friendly and professional and completed the job in an efficient manner. They were also very responsive and were available to answer any questions that we had. If we have any needs in the future, well definitely be calling again!

The work was great . The guy that came out wasn’t friendly AT ALL . To book it says “GUARANTEED Clean up work area” he didn’t clean up his work area, small tools over my floor . We had previously discussed a price days before my appointment he came here and was clueless about everything & still wanted me to pay more & also left the parking lot a HOT MESS !!!! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND.
