Jon and AV Pro Design installed an 11.2 channel speaker setup of my dreams, including in-ceiling Atmos speakers. This took my man cave to a whole new level I will enjoy for years to come. Jon installed home theater system in my basement. Price was good and he was willing to work with us on any budget. Work was awesome and everything was hooked up nicely . All cables were tied and arranged neatly. Very satisfied with his work. Will call him again

Jon and his team are solid and professional. We compared them with other vendors and they came out on top in terms of price and options. They mapped us out giving us the kind of camera/security coverage that we needed, and we never felt like we were being over-sold. We will continue to use them as needed.

We had Jon update our stereo system and install 3 big screen tvs, getting rid of and/or hiding all the extra/exposed cords He got our estimate to us quickly, ordered the things we needed for our updates, scheduled an install date and was on time and did a fantastic job He showed us how to work everything and followed up with us to see if we had any questions with our new equipment

Jon and his team helped us set up a new projector, new internet services and new xfinity TV services. In addition, he added extenders to improve the reach of the internet in our home and also upgraded our whole house music system. He was always on time, polite and helpful. We highly recommend him and his team and will 100% work with them again should similar needs arise in the future.

Jon did a fantastic job with our new house. I wanted wireless music throughout the house at a decent price. He designed and installed a sonos system that combines built-in speakers with sonos one units and it works great. He also installed our TV and integrated it into the sound system. Hes a great guy to work with; smart, friendly, and really knowledgeable. Best of all, he was available to address issues with the system and spent a lot of time with Sonos tech support and on the phone with me while we were working out the inevitable kinks. Everything is working perfectly now and I couldnt be happier. You cant go wrong with Jon. Highly recommended.

I reached out to AV Pro design at the referral of a friend who had worked with them to wire his coffee shop. My job was small and incomplete from another contractor who had abandoned me. Randy and his team picked it up in a major time of need for me and got it completed swiftly and professionally. These are very honest people who do good work. Thats not always an easy combination to find. I would highly recommend them and if I have a future need in this realm, they will be my first phone call.

AV Pro installed a TV and sound bar for me. They did a great job! Jon and Randy were on-time and courteous. They took time to discuss the installation with me before they started the work and offered several suggestions that definitely improved the final product. If I had any other similar needs they would be first people I would call.

Jon and Randy did an excellent job!! Even when they had to switch gears from their original plan, they realized early on what they would need to differently so that they didnt go too far down the wrong path and create problems that they couldnt rectify. The finished product looks and works great, and the cost was exactly what Jon told me it would be!

I called to find out more information and spoke with owner Jon. Not even 15 seconds into the call, and mid-sentence of my very first sentence, the phone line dies. Wanting to give the business the benefit of the doubt, and refusing to believe that an entrepreneur would hang up the phone on anyone, I called back.It was a different voice who said, Who is this? I said, Uh, is this Jon to whom I was speaking earlier? He identified himself as Jons business partner and asks, What do you want? How can I help?What do I want? I would hope for a business that values customer service, as I thought, to answer phones properly. I finally got out my sentence and he said, Were really busy and practically hangs up again.Alright.Update (based on response below):Im intrigued that the personnel of a business dont know the difference between a potential client and a telemarketer. The only sentence I was able to get out between both conversations was I was calling because Id like to have two security cameras installed - I wanted to find out if your company does this. Im not sure how much clearer I could have been. Having gotten your name and info from a professional services platform, I assumed you wanted clients to contact you. Clearly, this was my mistake.

Jon installed our surround sound in our home a few years ago.He did an excellent job, making sure the quality of sound was just what we was looking for. He was professional and courteous.Later we moved to another location and we called him again because wewas pleased with the quality of his work.
