The lead tech and his team were excellent. Because there was almost no AC on the top level, I needed my ducts sealed. They cleaned and sealed the ducts before showing me another issue. I discovered that the damper can be opened or closed based on the season. There were two handles for this, but they were both hidden behind drywall. They cut through the drywall to expose them and marked the locations where they should be placed for each season. It makes a huge difference and is well worth the money. I made a call to the company for a vent cleaning. They worked me in on a day they dont normally work to accommodate me better. Am glad Ben did a phenomenal job. I purchased a home which the previous occupants were chain smokers so the entire house reeked of cigarettes.
