Great service! The owner (Flor) was very helpful! She is very upfront and honest about everything. She makes great recommendations and has a great attitude! She is on top of everything and takes care of your needs! She is very professional and shows she knows what she is doing! Great place to do your taxes etc etc. She will get the job done well!

English and Spanish for all to understand.I did not have a good meeting with these people. The lady with whom I spoke on the phone was very kind (Mari) but when another lady arrived she wanted to charge me double what they told me on the phone. Apart from that the attitude of that lady was very despotic as if she was the only one who knew the procedures and what had to be done. The business is not made only between one person, it is done together with at least two parties and the two have to understand each other and not take advantage of the people. I did not give them my business, nor will I return. Think about it before spending your money here. I did not have a very good encounter with these people. The lady that answered the phone (Mari) was really sweet and called me back and gave me pricing. However the lady that was there, Im assuming the owner of the place tried to charge me twice what had been quoted on the phone. Let alone the pricing issue, her attitude was just one that she was the only smart one in the room and only she knew the process. Business is done by at least 2 parties and both of them have to be in agreement and not try to take advantage of the other to be successful. They did not get my business and they will not be returning either. Think before you waste your money here.
