I take my friend here every week and she checks in and pays on her fines but its not right that one man should be allowed to profit from ALL misdemeanor cases in 3 (maybe more) counties. They take their$45 first then apply any left over to your fine. Just seems a little high to me. Plus they hold your fate on their hands, done have the money... Back To Jail for you
