Associate was rude, asked for Mgr - We dont have 1! I got an item from the rack it didnt have a special tag! She M-- states it had a special price on it! Takes off to the back and return with its $9.99 I asked her why? She said it was priced I priced it myself! 1 - Goodwill needs to have these RULES On SPECIAL PRICING DISPLAYED. BE MORE CONSISTENT2-IT DIDNT HAVE A CLEARBAR TAB that reference SPECIAL PRICE! NEXT TO BE ALLOWED TO TELL CUSTOMERS THAT THEY CAN REPORT THE INCIDENT BC NOTHING WILL HAPPEN ANYWAY!Donations are a local community effort as well and if you dont shop you certainly dont donate. People choose to donate and choose to whom. Rudeness doesnt make for a good community relationship.

I tried this Good Will store for the first time. Friendly helpful staff. Good deals on things, but not much to pick from. A bit untidy in some areas of the store, but I imagine it is hard to keep things picked up with folks handling them and kids running round the store. Restrooms clean and available to use. Would go back.

Prices are exceedingly high on many items (notice I didnt say, ALL) and a little on the cluttered side!

It was closed I had just missed them for drop off.. So I left an enormous pile in Athens today. Between this location and Cleveland Good Will has to look like the inside of Macys at this point!! Over 100 bags of designer clothes, purses, shoes and baby clothes, toys and household items at this point. Get it while you can. Check both locations. My way of paying it forward would be a shelter or a church but they are more snobby then Boca Raton out here, very sad. So many women and men could have really benefited rather then having to pay GOODWILL. However its There now. I gave up on these so called charities around here. Caring place is great except if u dont make their hours they ship it out and it doesnt help the locals which imo is rotten. There is bags and bags of matchbox cars sitting outside right now.

Until you stop infringing on my Second Amendment rights, I will not spend a penny in your store.

OMG!!!! great deals on baby clothes. $1.29, baby bibs .49 all great shape and clean!! most clothes were still in date- not always the case. and the staff was super friendly. definitely going back when in the area

Looks like they have all the leftover unsold junk from the better goodwill stores. Kinda dirty and lacking in good clean organization. Didnt find one thing to buy.

I have shopped at goodwill for many years to make rag rugs. I wont make that mistake any more. I realize the money is for a good cause, but when I can go buy new material cheaper than a used shirt..then Im done shopping there. Ridiculous

What a pleasure shopping at this Goodwill store. Very friendly staff. Prices a little high on some items but all for great causes. Worth a visit or two to check out all the treasures they have.
