They cant get anything straight. They lose applications and everything else. We gave up our food stamps in the past because theyd lose our 6 month review and then wed go get grocerys and have nothing on the card. We were blind sided with no money for grocerys and we decided it was easier to have things like red beans and rice all the time. We had to go back and apply again amd weve been waiting a month on our card.

This place is as crooked as it gets. not for keeping families together. only for taking the kids of poor people.

The case workers, atleast in my case for food stamps are not the most polite nor pleasant people to deal with (worker no. 206)they don’t try very hard to help you or really seem to care too much about your situation. they give you the facts but other than that, they aren’t very helpful whatsoever.
