Long time customer but the current office manager is rude and disrespectful. Their employees that collect trash are punctual and very friendly but I cannot continue to give them a good review based on the treatment that I received from their office staff and their lack of management for their online payment system. Disappointing to say the least.

We had gotten a dumpster in October. And at first the were dumping it every week. Every now and then they would skip a week but would make it up the next. However, in December they didn’t dump the dumpster for 3 weeks straight. When they finally did we paid our bill cash. They didn’t give us a receipt because they “forgot” their receipt book. The whole month of January they didn’t dump our dumpster and when we called them they said we were behind on our bill. They were billing us for times they weren’t dumping our dumpster. They finally came out again February 9th, and we were going to just go ahead and pay the bill even though we didn’t owe the money. And the boss said no just take the dumpster. So I have had terrible service since we had the dumpster

I have had service in lots of states over the years but none compared to the service from Superior Sanction.You are the best.

Never had a problem with superior sanitation i went from 2 trash cans to a small dumpster because Im a five person house hold and it fits my need better guys are always prompt with pickup and ladies in the office are always helpful with information and advice if they dont know the answer they will find out and call you promptly back i give 5 thumbs up to Superior Samitation LLC

The owner of this business is a top quality individual. I highly recommend this business.
