Josh came out upon a late evening spur of moment call and did above and beyond for us trying to clean up. He was not trying to rush and do a half way job. He went extra mile! Josh was very timely and professional. He took all of our junk away and even took an extra chandelier for us. We had a pile of brush that he took away and after moving it through our yard to his truck he cleaned up any leftover branches. He even swept up debris and used a leaf blower afterwards. Turns out Joshs bussines had Christmas tree removal promo in month of January that I missed by a week. I filled out contact us form on his website asking how I could get rid of it and Josh replied to my email INSTANTLY! I was not expecting to get INSTANT reply ON SUNDAY, AT 9AM!!!He wrote he would honor the promo I missed and my tree was gone within 15 minutes!Again, ON SUNDAY MORNING!!!I was speachless!Josh,I will remember this next time I need something hauled off!
