Showed-up at 3:45pm on Friday, understanding that my car would most likely not be assessed since it was Friday after all. When I asked if there was a chance for this I was answered with a brusque Theres no way in hell Im gonna look at this today! What you think? Its a Friday afternoon. Unprofessional, rude.
