Just called to ask a couple of questions about renting and was meet with the RUDEST customer service. I would not recommend this establishment. The woman is brash, rude and doesnt even try to be nice in any way, shape or form.

Had what I needed and staff right there to help.

This lady was super rude right from the moment she looked at me. As she came out of the back, she was shaking her head in disgust. I asked if she had anything for this weekend. She asked what size and I said one of the little ones. She says, we dont have little ones, we have trucks. I was blown away by the rudeness of such an old lady. I told her, you know what, I dont want to bother you. She says, do you want a 10 foot truck. I repeated that i wasnt going to bother her, said a few choice words and left. I will NEVER go back to this place and I will NEVER recommend it.

When it comes time to move, you think of U-haul. and i have a story of moving twice in 1 month. so i meet a woman from Maine flew out there to get to know better and the area. we flew back to Ohio and get to know everybody and around here. then we had just a few days to pack up everything including my car on the trailer drive 957 miles into the night and then unload the truck/car the next day by 8pm. then i was told to leave ( guess i did not live up to her high standards as a personal butler as it turned out to be) then having to drove back to Ohio and to my same place again. oh and we used the NY turnpike via 90 to save on time. that was about 200$ both ways because of the number of axles i had. then about that in gas. soooo yea thanks U-haul you where there for me when i needed you in one of my darkest hours of despair. but hey i got to see steven kings house while i was up there!

I dropped off the truck and forgot to fill it up with gas, the agent called me as a courtesy and I was able to put gas in and not get charged the full price. Very helpful and polite.

I walked in and automatically she was very rude. Like I wasnt suppose to be there. When I asked about renting a uhaul with the snotiest rudest tone in her voice and look on her face she said ummm when? I said this weekend and still same tone and look she said well I only have one and its rented. Okay well you maybe shouldnt call yourself a uhaul rental if you only have one available (: and also be nice to your customers I will never be going there nor will I ever recommend that place.
