I’ve gotten awesome dip manicures and gel pedicures with Crystal and now my friends request her too! My dip manicures last about 3 weeks and often it’s my nails that grow which requires the next appt - not a chip or crack on the manicure itself. The salon is clean and the employees are friendly!!

Had an 11 o’clock appointment with my niece and sister. When books we were told we will all be serviced at the same time. By the time they started my pedicure the water was cold and it was 41 minutes later my pedicure was done in 13 minutes +5 minutes for the polish the woman started my polish while my sisters was finishing up. Upon going to pay I asked to speak with the owner at which point the woman told me she was working so I said again I would like to speak with the owner. Eventually she gets the owner who comes storming down the store starts talking at me about an issue that wasn’t relevant to my service or complaint. I had to tell her to please let me speak because she has no idea what I’m talking about I proceed to tell her the poor service I received and she told me that it wasn’t true and she had surveillance camera that she can look at. I knew how long it took because I was texting with my sister about how cold the water was. I told her to go ahead and look at the camera footage at which point she told me she doesn’t have time to so I need to pay for the service and leave I told her I will not pay $45 for a service that did not happen. I told her to go ahead and look at the video she again told me she didn’t have time to do that. The owner then said the best she can do is give me 50% off. The owner was extremely unprofessional accuse me of lying and overall rude. I do not recommend this business they do not know how to take care of their customers and they accuse customers of lying***edit to add. The cops called me shortly after this review and the woman accused me of not paying for the service. HOWEVER I used my debit card and have proof.DO NOT GO HERE

Fantastic place, clean, professional and very welcoming. Highly recommend Crystal but honestly all the technicians are fantastic as I’ve been to them all.

My sister had a horrible experience here and when she wrote a review about it, they called the police to try to silence her. 🥰🥰🥰Update: they called the police to file a FALSE complaint that my sister left without paying for the terrible service. No worries though- she has a receipt :)

Pedicures were fine, but super expensive for what they were. The woman who did mine dug so hard into my cuticles that i thought for sure i would be bleeding. They also charged my husband $10 more because hes a man. No prices posted anywhere so I cant know if this was just because they felt like it or not, but would have expected some sort of notice about this price difference. Overall, it was fine, but I would rather go somewhere with transparent pricing.

My favorite place to get my nails done. They are always super clean, and very professional. They are ALWAYS my go to place. I am always so happy with my nails, and if I didn’t like something they would not hesitate to fix it! I always leave feeling relaxed and happy. I have never had a negative experience. I would HIGHLY recommend to others :)

Been coming here for years, if you’re a guy and you want some spa work done, the ladies here do a really good job. They are very careful to just do cleanup and not go overboard so you don’t have to worry about the service because they keep in mind your needs depending on the person. Aside from that it’s really clean which is important these days and everyone’s following all protocols above and beyond. Very respectable people and never an issue.

Ive been going to Hahna Nails for more than two years. They are a great addition to Metrowest! All the technicians are fantastic and they have the largest selection of nail polish brands and colors by far.

I’ve been skeptical to get my nails done since nail salons have opened back up during COVID-19. But I desperately needed a pedicure. My usual salon wasn’t open yet so I decided to give Hanha’s a chance. First impression is that they were super accommodating and went over protocol before my visit. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the owner, Lisa. She ensured me that if I wasn’t happy, let her know. The salon was well sanitized, I would watch the employees and Lisa clean the stations, which is a relief during these times. Pedicure was great, conversation with the nail tech, Judy was effortless, and atmosphere had an elegant vibe. Left happy and with a good impression. Would recommend.

Had a manicure( french regular polish) the very NEXT DAY. it started to peel off . doing nothing to much with my hands because I was leaving for weekend to attend a wedding. My nails were disgusting. Chipped, off completely on a few nails, peeling on others.When I returned home on Monday called and spoke to owner. And in no such words said Too bad I spent 150.00 that day and she was not willing to refund a part of it. Terrible business person. Needless to say Will never return and will tell everyone I know about this business and the poor quality.

I have gone there several times. Owner is a snake oil salesmen. Last time I went she said a basic pedicure is $47 but don’t expect much unless I wanted to go to $57 then I would get my moneys worth. I refused to be forced to spend more than $47. She was so right when she said don’t expect much. The owner isn’t professional at all. Young daughter running around. Nothing peaceful about this place and you might leave feeling totally ripped off. Save your money!!!

Is there any way to give negative stars? This place felt so toxic and I had terrible service. I admit, interior wise it was beautiful and looked very neat, but the employees were not professional at all.I came in with an appointment I had made a few days prior and was told that Id have to wait a bit. I was fine with that seeing as how it looked a little busy, but I was waiting over half an hour and started to get a little frustrated.While I was waiting, the owner came over and complained about I how I had come early and it was an inconvenience even though I was right on time for my appointment. When I finally was sat down for my manicure, the girl doing my nails made no attempt at talking to me and was talking with the other nail technicians, making it increasingly difficult to explain how Id like my nails done. She did my nails, but never once tried to chat or even stop to ask if I was happy with the nails and the owner was screaming at another employee about using their phone and making me and clearly some other customers uncomfortable.I was charged $50 for a basic manicure (which didnt include any massage or cuticle cutting) and when I asked about it the owner said I was being troublesome and disrespectful and was yelling at me to pay even though I was already going to.Not to mention, my nails chipped only a day after.I most definitely do NOT recommend ever going here, I know I never will again.

THE FIRST TIME I WAS IMPRESSED BY THE SALON. i MET VERY GOOD, PROFESSIONAL, PLEASANT TECHNICIAN. After several times I found out that this girl was not working any more. I was upset. After I came 3 or 4 times service was not good : UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY RUDE, VERY OVERPRICED. The technicians not working long time at this place, because I think of owner. No price list. Owner invent prices what she wants. The owner with great conceit constantly screaming or speaking loudly. Not well educated. Little barking dog to old age puppy. No culture, all fake: salon, employee, service. STAY OUT FROM THIS NEGATIVE PLACE.

Use to love this place as I was a regular customer. However, I started requesting the two girls I felt did the best job only to get there and be told they weren’t available. Happened three times! The last time was told my preferred tech wasn’t available only to find out that another customer (presumably appeared to be the owners friend) came in after me and got the tech I requested. I’m extremely upset because this place was the cleanest I’ve found although pricey I was willing to pay because the techs I requested always did a great job. I also didn’t mind the owners daughter running around as she’s a cutie, but it can be disrupting when you’re there to relax.

Worse experience ever!Will never be coming back to this place. Overpriced, I ended up paying two times what I pay in the centre of Boston for waxing. $189 dollar for full arms ($80), full legs($90) and a small amount of hair removal for the face ($19).Additional charges we added, for no apparent reason. Also there was no formal price list hence they charge what they want! Clearly it is easier this way for them to rip you off!Waxing was performed in a nice room, however whilst having my waxing done, people kept coming in without knocking and at one point a lady just entered with a child behind, no explanation was given to who she was. At the end, the technician asked me to leave very quickly as clearly she had over run.We I questioned the pricing, the staff were unhelpful and rude and just continued to make up the prices whilst speaking in Vietnamese

So very satisfied with their services and nail products. Clean, salon is decorated well, talented employees, very happy atmosphere and they did an awesome job on my nails as well as explaining each thing they were going to do to them and how it benefits my nail health. Definitely recommend the A and C gel. Never been so happy with a nail salon! Take my word, Ive been everywhere, they are awesome!

Pretty disgusted with this place. I went per recommendation of a friend. When I went the first time the owner said before I could open my mouth “oh I’m sure you’ve heard about us we are great.” At this point I felt uncomfortable but it wasn’t a big deal. I had a great tech on the first time and my nails came out so great I went back a second time and this is where everything went south. I had two nails chip a week after and I had dip done. I paid $55 for the dip. Additionally, the nail tech made me bleed on four different nails and on the most severe I had to ask her to put something on it to stop the bleeding.I called the salon to try and get my nails fixed and the owner grabbed the phone from the pleasant younger girl and said “you can either come now or tomorrow at 12.” I had an event at 1 the next day and was at work. I explained this and she said “sorry I can’t close my salon to fix your two nails.” She then hung the phone up on me. Never in my life have I had such horrible service of a place. I wouldn’t give them any stars if I could and I believe this place looks nice on the outside but underneath that it’s not as nice as it seems.

Very clean and great service. Got a hot stone pedicure. They did wonderful job. Will definitely be back.

Love, love, love the employees. They do a wonderful job. Before my last 2 visits would have given it 5 stars. The last 2 times the employees were less interactive with the customers and I was charged extra this last time because of the length of my nails.

While grateful for being able to walk in on a Friday afternoon, this turned out to be the laziest pedicure/manicure I have ever had. No other experiences come close to this one. What is routine everywhere else was haphazard here: little to no scrubbing of callous, little attempt to push down cuticles, one hot towel placed haphazardly across both lower legs instead of each wrapped in a towel, little to no massaging, fingers dipped into bowl of remover instead of small amount wrapped in foil to remove gel. The technician was constantly talking in his language with others in the shop, often with his entire body turned away from mine while thinking he was filing my nails. Need I go on? I have learned my lesson on checking reviews when traveling. Really poor service!

Good pedicure but sneaky about adding more services that are more expensive. I wanted a $35 regular pedicure and the first thing she said was that removing calluses is not included. According to me that is standard. Then she tells me to pick a color and shoes me the more expensive ones but doesn’t say it’s $5 more. Oh, but there is a small sign conveniently put some where. So by the time I was done my $35 pedicure was $50. I don’t mind paying the price, but the way they go about it is not right.

I keep coming back. This place is a gem!! The owner is very knowledgeable and works with her staff to teach them as well. Definitely becoming a regular!!

I went there once and will never go back. She was putting the things between my toes and hadn’t cleaned under my nails. I commented on it and th owner who was sitting next to me that different technicians do it differently and I made the technician uncomfortable. I wanted to walk outright then but I didn’t. They don’t post there prices and I was supposed to get a deluxe, that was a joke. I am not young and I know what salons do And this wasn’t it. How dare the owner talk to me like that, horrible

Ive been going to this salon for a couple years now and was very satisfied with the service until lately. It is definitely going down the hill in terms of service/cost relationships. I came over there yesterday and asked for gel mani. I was assigned to a new technician who did not removed my powder properly and tried to clean up some left overs with cutting pieces off my nail with the nail itself. When I asked for another technician, the one I trust, i was told that she is having an appointment soon. I was quite surprised to see that the requested technician was simply doing many to another salon worker and had no other customers- what a great respect to a true customer who comes every 2 weeks for a full set of services.I was able to get another girl who finished my mani, but outcome was way below expected- edges are not accurate and nails did not looked clean. Not mentioning the fact that I noticed someones nails on the table when I sat down for my mani - brrrr. The reason I was coming to this salon is because it was clean - looks like not any more.Finally I was charged extra $7 for having my powder taken off - first time ever! I always have my nails done there and never had an extra charge for powder bring removed.As a result -$47 for gel mani and very poor experience.I guess it is time to start looking for a new place to go

Im going to have to go with 0 stars on this one... Im very disgusted on how immature and unprofessional the owner is. Not too long ago my friend tried to quit her job at this business in a professional manner and the owner completely lost her mind on her. Long story short it has been 2 months now and Lisa, the owner is refusing to give my friend her last check. I dont think this women is capable of owning her own business because she clearly is an unfair person.

Ive been driving right past three other nail salons closer to my home just to go to Hahna. Ive been a customer for more than a year and have always had excellent service. I particularly like the ANC nail service that they offer and I cant seem to find anywhere else. So much stronger than gel.

Extremely unprofessional and awful treatment towards workers.Today was my first time in Hahnas Nails, just wanted to try it out. First off, the workers were extremely rushed and spoke foreign languages to each other, practically putting no attention towards me or my nails. A lot of them were on their phones, goofing off, and just in general not being productive at all. Not to mention, the owners daughter was running around, screaming and bumping into everyone and messing up the nails. Even worse I witnessed a worker come in, guessing it was probably her first day and I saw she answered the phone a little nervously but got everything done right. As soon as she she hung up the owner, Lisa started yelling at her about how unprofessional she is and that was immediately fired. Like what the hell? The poor girl was trying so hard to hold back tears and was obviously humiliated. This place is a horrible, horrible environment and Im never coming back. I hope that girl is alright.

Terrible. Employees spoke foreign language to each other and completely ignored me. The owners child kept running around and touching customers things. I got a gel manicure, (extremely overpriced one at that) which started chipping barely even three hours after I left the salon. I called them to see if I could get a repaint and the owner was extremely rude and hung up on me mid-sentence. Never going back.

Great esthetic and business idea. However, it is extremely poorly executed. Prices are much higher than similar competitors. Owner has poor mannerism and awful customer service. I understand the concept of upselling but it is definitely taken to another level at this location as it feels that they try to upcharge for things that are standard at other locations. I’d expect the service to match the cost. Not even a standard hand massage is included in a $50 manicure. I’ve had better manicures for less in nicer places.

My first visit was very satisfying! Very nice interior, polite stuff, my nails looked fantastic and manicure lasted over two weeks. However, my second visit was an absolute disaster. Technician from my first visit was on vacation and I got the lady who completely destroyed my toes. She was in a hurry and as a result I got painful scratches, one of which was bleeding, from her scrubing too hard. The owner didnt even apologize! She called the lady, yelled at her in foreign language in front of everybody, notified me that she will not get paid for this appointment, but did not offer any refund (I was asked to pay upfront). I was looking for a good salon in Ashland, thought I finally found one, apparently, this might not be it.

I called asking for a last minute appointment for a mani pedi and brow waxing for a wedding I had to go to that evening, Hahna squeezed me in her busy day even though I was a new client she knew how I was desperate to be ready for my wedding, her staff did such an amazing job and fairly priced services. I will definitely be coming back, really amazing customer service (:
