Took several emails and phone call to get in contact with them to straighten out a billing address and direct payment. They never returned calls or emails. I finally got a hold of them, payed our overdue bill and gave them the new billing address. Two months later, bill still goes to original address. I called again, gave the new billing address and paid overdue amount. She said she would email receipt of payment received. That was Monday. Called again today, still no email. I would have replaced them a long time ago, but our contractor talked us out of it. We are old school and expect people to do what they said they would. I am replacing them this week. Will also save a little money by going with a company that is closer to where we are building.

As a business manager in Hendersonville, NC, we used this companys services for two years. We felt we had a loyal relationship. Recently an incident occurred which resulted in damage to our property. This company has provided no customer service whatsoever in trying to discuss or rectify the matter. Therefore, we will never use their services again.

Able Rent A Jon has serviced our park for many years. George has always been very accommodating and has responded promptly to all of our needs.

Their service is very poor. I rented a portable toilet from this company and these people dont do anything that they say they will. Also they are not the only Portable service provider in buncombe. I will not be going back to this business again.
