Have tried to gracefully coordinate a dumpster change since we sold our business. I have called our local number every day, have been referred/transferred to other departments, found out it is not locally answered after all, NEVER got a call back from anyone...even after calling AZ headquarters three times...all to find out this morning that our dumpsters are GONE! Look elsewhere!Edit: They give me their email address to discuss further and it comes right back ...twice...undeliverable!!!

Great drivers. Professional courteous and willing to go the extra mile for customers. Managers and supervisors are very responsive to any issues that arise. Billing/accounting is very helpful explaining fees. Sales rep visits at least quarterly to make sure we are satisfied with our services.

Great company with excellent management and drivers. More companies in the waste industry should strive to be more like this company.

Seriously horrible service!! Call someone else. My trash is missed almost every week. I spend Tuesday afternoon calling them to have a missed pick up for the next day. They actually come on to my street and miss my garbage. Last week they missed the missed pick up and I had to call again. I have asked for a supervisor to call me, and have been assured they would - but never receive the call. Call someone local. It isnt worth your time. I miss GDS.

Turns out after 12 years using the service that I was paying $40 more per quarter than my next door neighbor. I didnt realize the price difference was an issue until 2 weeks ago but have had recycling issues over the years - mainly suspicious that they were not really recycling but adding my recycling to the regular, especially watching them split my bags and toss the recycling in the back with the regular trash.

I dont know about all of these 1-star reviews but Republic is great! If I could give them 6 stars, I would!

Rather disappointed! We pay an extra dollar for recycling, which we bag separeately and leave next to the rubbish bin. Only on rare occassion is the recycling taken.If nothing else, its a very poor business model... false promised that cannot be hidden!On a couple of occasions, I watched and filmed the sanitation workers looking around, as if they had no intention to do their normal job. Indeed, the recycling was put in with the other refuse... the gentlemen looked around as if they had just pulled off a major heist!All we ask is that the job is done right... much like every job Ive ever held where doing the best you can was standard!!!lets just hope it gets better... The next step is uploading several videos!

Zero stars. I paid my bill 2 months ago. They gave me credit for $0.02 instead of the amount on the check. I have sent proof and contacted them 4 times, and they still have not resolved it. TERRIBLE customer service!Added: We are now 3 months along, and still no resolution. I have sent copies of cancelled check twice, was then accused of fraud (seriously!) and now have sent a screen shot of my bank statement showing I paid. 5 days later, and NO RESPONSE.

THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. BE AWARE THAT THEY AUTO RENEW THERE CONTRACTS FOR 3 YEARS WITHOUT NOTIFIYING YOU. THE ONLY WAY TO GET OUT OF A CONTRACT IS TO PAY 6 MONTHS. WHEN THEY PICK UP YOUR TRASH IT GETS ALL OVER THE GROUND AND IS STRUNG OUT DOWN THE ROAD FOR A MILE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

You cant get the same story from anyone in customer service. They continuously forget to pick up your trash. When I asked them to make it right after I got 3 different stories, she said theres nothing I can do. She could see why the other rep told me, read it back and stated it was wrong, but still did nothing. I asked for a supervisor and got put on hold for 5 minutes, so I hung up. I think theres a reason why Im the only one on my street that uses them. They cant get their stories straight and have crap customer service.

Professional drivers that are concerned about their customers. They take ownership of their customers trash and ensure that 5 star quality is given every time.

Very, very poor customer service. Tell you one thing to get you to sign a contract then once you are locked in for 3 years everything changes. Read your contract carefully before you sign it, its full of loop holes and options for them and does nothing but cost you extra!

My experience with republic services has been TERRIBLE. Any employee I have ever called to speak with has no idea how to explain anything to me or how they get their ridiculous prices, they just go around and around not actually explaining anything. They are charging my company 60 dollars in fuel every trip they make to pick up our trash. We also have other companies driving similar trucks only charging us a dollar in fuel, so how are they able to charge 60??Their services are horrible. I would not advise ANYONE to ever use them, we have had problems since day one. Ugh. Someone please start a trash business, me and about a thousand other people will leave Republic Services seeing as how they are the only ones you can use, only reason they are still in business. Also I wouldnt give this place one star.

The drivers are always willing to go the extra mile. i keep the trash in my back yard and they always come around the back to service.

Great customer service UNTIL you sign up. The sales reps are friendly and responsive, however there is no customer service once they have you locked in. Drivers do not make scheduled pickups and then claim they did, or have a made up excuse as to why they didnt. It seems as though they would rather not make pickups than to do the job they were contracted for. We have continual problems with drivers not showing up, or refusing to empty the container and calling AFTER they leave to say they didnt pickup because something small was lying on top of the container. Complaint calls are not returned in a timely manner, and it is impossible to actually reach someone at the local office. We had to install a camera facing the dumpster to prove that they miss scheduled pickups. All this for HUNDREDS of dollars per month plus numerous miscellaneous fees, which were conveniently not disclosed during the sales process. Will acquire new trash service vendor once this contract has expired.

NO RECYCLING offered to new customers!!! SAD to hear this !Only a 95 GALLON container will be used,( one time cost $22.00 ) with their trucks. No option to get another size. Price quoted to me was $75.00 per quarter with a pause & credit given for months if needed if you notify them..

Horrible! The raised prices twice in 6 months and when i canceled they said they would tell me what day to pick up the dumpster, but they didnt tell me. Then they just came and got it and left us with no dumpster.

I do not have an account with Republic, but have followed their truck down hwy 191. Trash was spewing out all over the road. I beeped my horn several times, but they kept going for several miles with papers flying out of the container on the back of the truck. I tried to reach them by phone, but I was left on hold for over 10 minutes, so I hung up.

There services is not good ! you can count on them to pick up your trash

Difficult to contact customer service, long waiting times.And they dont give you a quick answer.In short, your business is rubbish
