Everything about our visit to this AT&T store was amazing. We were greeted the moment we walked in. The friendly associates and the manager went above and beyond to resolve our issues. They fixed things on our account and helped to lower our overall bill as well. This is the only AT&T store I will shop at from now on.

Great associates that work there, helped me out to the max and got me in a iPhone 12 Pro Max. Wonderful experience. All of the staff was very helpful and remembered me because I came there weeks prior. Will be trying to work there on Sundays for 30 minutes just to get a shirt 😂😂😂😂.

Mike helped me get a new phone and answered all my questions with ease. The only down side was having an app crash multiple times before being able to have my phone. The wifi speed is also quite slow, other than that the experience was good.

I had been on the phone with about a dozen different at&t reps (mostly in India) before I gave up and went to this particular at&t store. I was helped by Nicole and Patrick to prevail against the weird problem I was facing and the cyclical nature of being transferred to different departments within at&t. At one point Nicole went so far as to verbally put the representative on the phone in their place, on my behalf. Unfortunately that didnt exactly help but today Patrick helped me finalize the process quickly and easily making me a satisfied customer.

Austin literally saved my life with his service. I was ready to end it all, I went to the rope store and the rickety stool store my note was written. I just get harrassed daily by telemarketers and scams, at work at home listening to music even while sleeping there was no end to it. But Austin showed me how to set up my do not disturb settings so I will never be harrassed again. I owe my life to this lad. Thank you AT&T for your love and support.

I have spent a lot of time around phone sells and personally work in the industry myself the store is not pushy is coustmer oriented and will do anything they can to save a coustmer a buck and Im sure that any coustmer that has had an experience with the manager knows they are like family and any issues they have they can come back and be helped. The crew has a lot of new blood but they are being properly taught how to take care of coustmers and that sells is more about the coustmer and the more that that is priority the bigger the paycheck will be.

The people in the store were not at all like the people that were here last year. They were rude and inconsiderate and the girl and boy here talked while I waited at entrance hoping to see Josh Paul or Terrance after not seeing them or getting help i left we are going to Verizon next week hopefully they will be more helpful and considerate.

If you go to this store make sure you are served by Paul. A nicer more helpful guy you couldn’t find. He put on a screen protector for me that was a replacement from Bodyguardz. Unfortunately dropped it so it became dusty. He replaced it with one from the store after checking with the manager by phone. Helped me with my old contract. Tookthe time to look through it and work out the charges. Have been served by Terrance in the past. He just said he couldn’t help with the contract, I would have to call customer service. Same bad attitude today. So make sure you avoid him.

I spent over three hours in the store a month and a half ago, joining the AT&T family. I was given a step by step quote of what my monthly bill would look like and I accepted that. However, when my bill came in I had a significantly higher charge showing. Luckily I kept my sheet that the sales rep wrote on as evidence of what I was quoted. The store manager Magic was not quite happy with the fact that his rep wrote down the quote information because it provided “evidence” for my case.They refused to adjust the bill to what I was told, so they lost a customer completely. I had more issues with how the rep and manager presented themselves rather than the incorrect pricing. Your physical attitude is just as important as the one you demonstrate through voice. Will never return to the company.

Absolutely the worst upgraded in August and was in the store for almost 2 hours. Asked to cancel a line 2 months later still there. 2 months later still have not received my refund for 2 phones that I never got. And promised 2 memory cards didnt get . Then 2 cases and didnt get. And 200.00 in credit that I still havent seen. Not one person can give the same reason for anything. Better off leaving and going to sprint or somewhere else.

Magic the att store manager will lie to you and then conveniently forget. DO NOT do anything that involves Direct tv the price will continue to rise. we were told $15 per month for Direct tv less than a month later the monthly payment is not $15, its now $120 per month because what we were told my the store manager (Magic) and his employees was a lie to make a sale. Buyer beware with these employee that this store hires. not all of att is bad, so just go to another one.

Associate Hagen and store manager Magic were incredibly enthusiastic about making us feel welcomed and getting my phone fixed. after being told by both phone repair stores in the mall that my phone was unrepairable i was super relieved when Hagen got my phone working again with a simple factory reset.

I usually dislike cell phone company stores but my experiences at this location (in the mall) have been very positive! The only real downside is that theres hardly any cell service when youre in the store, but thats no fault of the employees (its just because theyre stuck in a mall dead-ish zone...)
