I could be happier with this business. Our truck broke down while on vacation and we could not find a car to rent while it was being repaired. Keri came through with a nice vehicle for us to use while we waited. She was friendly and helpful.

If I could give Kerri more than 5 stars I would. We flew in from Chicago for a wedding and there were NO rental cars in the state of NC. Enterprise, hertz NOTHING. After looking for HOURS we found Kerri at destination and she saved our lives. She was so friendly and sweet and even found ways to save us money. I would absolutely recommend Kerri to anyone. This place was awesome, I was very pleased with the offer of 2 types of vehicles. They offer 2021 luxury class at one price and then the older model not as nice cars for a different price. I have never had that opportunity anywhere else. They explained that the older ones are Uber rentals and the newer ones are not. I will definitely be back when I need a rental again.

I had a visit planned for my 94yr old Grampy, and would need a reliable vehicle to drive to Ohio from North Carolina. Got to Enterprise where I reserved, a car ahead of time. The supervisor at Enterprise on Tunnel road would NOT rent me a vehicle be size I dont have a utility bill currently in my name.... she was not very sympathetic even though this visit was very important to us both. After leaving Enterprise very upset, I found this company and was able to rent a very nice car.The price may be a bit more, but the employee Keri was very helpful And even drove me to the transmission shop when my truck was done . Carrie even made special arrangements for our vehicle return to make the rental experience more convenient! Friendly customer service and the new Rouge was a joy to drive! The price was comparable to my home state. Both places have higher rates due to Covid and related issues. I did not find this bothersome. I would absolutely do business with them again.

We were in need of 3 rental cars at the last minute for a group of 10. Nowhere else in the area had rentals cars and we were more than willing to pay an arm and a leg for any rental car we could get. The branch manager, Keri Scott worked with us to not only supply us with the cars we needed for the weekend but also worked to give us the best price possible. We ended up paying less than most other places we had seen. She was so patient and so helpful while also fielding calls from other people in the same boat as us. If there was a rating higher than 5 stars I would give it just for the customer service alone. They also have a great selection of different types of cars that could meet anyone’s needs. Desty-Nation has got it going on. They had my back when I got hit during the gas shortage and were able to rent me a car when there were none to be found in town. They cut me a great price, and when my mechanic had to take longer than expected, they were completely understanding and gave me all the time I needed. My wife and I were in a tough spot with both our cars in need of repair. No rentals available from the normal businesses. These people rented my wife a 2006 Kia Spectra with almost a quarter of a million miles, broken radio, destroyed interior, lots of body damage, clear transmission issues, and marijuana crumbs on the floor mat. Not only was this the worst car Ive ever driven, but they charged an outrageous amount. 456$ for a minimum 3 day rental. The car wouldnt sell for that much! Ill never spend another dime with this company and will be sure to spread the word that they are an unprofessional, unethical, and boarder line criminal organization.

This was the worst rental company ever, I rented a car from them and it was dropped off at the airport. The vehicle had a Uber /Lyft sticker on the back window. I drove the vehicle from the airport to the hotel and it died. I popped the hood and the negative cable had came off, their response was can you fix it? Sry I don’t carry a toolbox on a trip. Then they swapped it out with another vehicle at 12:30 at night, the vehicle they dropped off had a crack in the windshield. Not only did they not compensate me for not being able to use the first vehicle for the first day, they had the nerve to call me to ask for my insurance information to replace a windshield that was cracked when they dropped off the vehicle. I would suggest that you take a Uber before you consider renting a vehicle from them.

BAIT AND SWITCH: Do NOT rent from this company. When I called the DestyNation representative gave me a quote for A TWO DAY rental. I had had a rental with Avis but they had run out of cars. So I was in a really bind.It cost me $300 to hire a car FROM THE AIRPORT to get to the DestiNation rental location. When I arrived, the owner, Steve, informed me that the minimum rental was THREE DAYS which he claimed was consistent with other rental companies...that statement was false...the rental I had with Avis was two days.. He was completely dismissive about the commitment made by his employee over the phone. This is not a company that you want to have to do business with.

DestyNation saved the day when I failed to secure a rental car from the major car rentals at the Airport. Steven was quick to securing me a vehicle when non others could.He was quick to finding me and brining me a new vehicle when the Prius was not suitable for us...and I was pretty far away!I will be using them again when visiting Ashville!

While on vacation our car broke down, we called every where in Asheville and they was the only rental place with a car, they put us in the 2021 Nissan Rouge, it was a nice SUV to drive for the rest of our vacation, when we are back in Asheville and need a ride we will definitely call them again.

I got stuck in a ditch the night before I needed to return the car and the tow truck wouldn’t come up the mountain at night so I was late returning the car{I called Keri to tell her I’d be late} and she told me don’t worry we’ll be here just be safe and then theywgot me to my flight on time

We were in town for leisure, we tried to find a car to rent (we were camping) and it was difficult because of spring break. Our Lyft driver was about to drive us to the airport for a car rental as it was the only place to find one, when told us to call Steve. Steve didn’t have a car at the time but assured me he would get us a car. Steve did and we couldn’t have been more appreciate!! We will be using this place if we return in the future. Very personal and quick!!

Exceptional Customer Service. However the car was dirty and a handful of accessories didnt work. They were open late and accommodated getting me a car rented while I was in a bind. However I am glad I didnt need to give anyone a ride because of how it looked.

This is a awesome place to rent a vehicle! I absolutely love it. Ive tried to go to other rental places and have yet to be able to rent one. I had a friend that had went to DestyNation and she told me to go there to rent one so I went there and within 10 min I was driving away. the staff there are absolutely amazing you cant beat them the owner is great the vehicle I had had a bad spot on tire he immediately told me to bring it in and he gave me another vehicle and sent it to be serviced. the whole company is amazing Ill never try to rent one anywhere else they gained a new friend and so did I Im so thankful for them they have been a blessing

I rented a car from DestyNation so that I could go pick up my son from Florida. Most car rentals would not let me go that far or were simply too expensive for that distance. We really appreciate DestyNation for allowing us to travel that far. Unfortunately while driving in Florida late at night we hit a deer and wrecked the rental, a brand new Mercedes-Benz. Nonetheless, DestyNation, out of good heart as well as out of pocket financially, sent an experienced long distance driver to rescue my family 8 hours away!!! 16 plus hour round trip!!! Wrecking the brand new Mercedes 16 hrs away on such a great rate was an obvious and extreme inconvenience to the company. I was absolutely amazed and flattered by the good DestyNation was willing and able to do for us. I think any other company would have left us stranded in Florida and charged us for the Benz, we thank you guys!

Destynation is the most reliable hassle free way to go when renting a car! It takes maybe 10 minutes no fees, insurance ready, to the top cars. The one I rented had DVDs players in the back seat.They are mostly all economy friendly vehichles, and very nice. If I have to rent a car again, It will definitely be at destynations.

I desperately needed to see my family for various reasons. I attempted to rent a car from enterprise and my reservation mysteriously disappeared even though I recieved an email confirmation for my rental car. In desperation I called this place and was met with exceptional customer service and a quick easy process to rent a car last minute. Had a wonderful experience renting a late model hybrid from Destynation to use for Rideshare when my car needed repair. They have great cars and answer any questions you may have. They can also help you strategize to earn more driving for Uber, Lyft or AVL Taxi. They give you all the tools for a reasonable price and all you need is a good work ethic. Im wondering also if the money works out...gas today is climbing and Im thinking u have to be a go getter and get a lot of rides daily, then the expense of getting to and from the rental every time u work. Might be more for the hardcore driver than the casual uber/lyft driver but Ive been wrong before. On the plus side I made more money when I did drive for uber than Im making now... Tax time rolled around and oh well.... Would like to hear from more drivers
