My wife and I wanted a quiet luxury getaway that was easy on the wallet and we found it, Sashas cabin was just perfect in so many ways. A very peaceful serene setting, lots of privacy, and very comfortable. We loved just chilling in the tub looking at the distant mountains and valleys, and the location was convenient, only about 15 minutes to downtown Asheville (which has some great breweries)…..we will make a point of coming back!

My husband and I and our friends stayed in Suzis Cabin in late October 2017. The cabin was clean, spacious, very homey and comfortable. It is convenient to downtown, restaurants, shopping and the airport. We look forward to staying again in the near future!

My Wife and I stayed here for 5 nights in October 2017. Location was perfect and only a short drive to Biltmore and Downtown. Condition of the home was perfect and clean. I didnt see the home welcome book and when I emailed the host to determine what the WiFi password was, the host responded quickly to my needs. Communication through the whole process was prompt and precise. No regrets staying here and would highly recommend to others .

My wife and 2 kids stayed at Suzies Cabin the last week of March, and found it to be a splendid retreat! I would highly recommend the rental. The rate is very fair, and the owner, Suzie, will work with you to set up your dates and give advice about Asheville and the surrounding sites. We did some day hikes like Catawba Falls and Sams Knob. Our access to the Blue Ridge Parkway was limited, but thats okay . . . the cabin itself is a great place to spend time. Convenient location to downtown Asheville, Biltmore Estate, and the south side of Asheville. This is a fantastic family rental that easily sleeps 4 or 5, is very clean, and has an awesome deck and hot tub. Sincerely, Matt Osborne

I lived in Asheville in the early 2000s. Over the last 10 years I have rented from Suzanne on 6 sperate occcassions. Each cabin is well maintained, service is prompt and locations ideal. Sasha’s is my favorite having stayed their three times. The views are stunning and the location epic. Many mountain bike trips with my buddies and a number of romantic escapes with my wife, Asheville vacation cabins are the place to stay.

During my recent recent stay at Suzie’s cabin, Asheville I contacted the owner with an inquiry and was very surprised at the outcome. I had 2 friends from out of town coming to dine with us and I wanted to know if I would be allowed to have their dog on the deck for a couple of hours. (not in the house). She refused and I did not pursue. She then proceeded to inform me that I was not allowed any guests at the house without permission. We planned on the 2 friends staying for dinner only and NOT sleeping at the house. She ultimately refused to allow us to have the guests which seemed strange as we were 4 adults staying there and the house had sleeping for 5 and we were only asking that there be 6 for dinner. However, it is her right to say no and we accepted that ….my main concern is the email from her when she was refusing .This is what she said:How about we refund you $50 that you can spend on going out for supper and of course write a great 5 star review:)I was very taken aback and did not ask for the $50 as I had no intention of giving her a 5 star review. Reasons for my review were, when we arrived the gas BBQ was out of propane, the frying pan was disgusting and there was no SOS to clean it and while the house was beautiful and overall clean amenities were scarce so these factors would have resulted in a 3 star review, The request for a 5 star review made me wonder whether her reviews were in fact real so beware of the reviews and be warned about dealing with a difficult owner. Interestingly I decided not to review the cabin on VRBO because I didn’t want to start a war of words but she decided to leave a unfair review of me and rated my adherence to house rules as a 1 on VRBO despite having complied with all her rules even what I felt was unreasonable !!!!

We stayed at, Suzies cabin last November, we went to Asheville to tour the breweries (New Belgium is awesome) and to go check out the mountain bike trials in Bent creek.Suzies cabin is in a great spot, 10 mins to get downtown, close to the Blue Ridge Parkway, and easy to get to the Bent Creek biking trails.The hot tub was great after a full day on the bikes, it was brand new and had a great view over the mountains. We will be coming back, hopefully very soon!

Be smart folks-- after my transparent review 5 months ago (which was the very FIRST review for this company...), a NUMBER of glowing reviews began to populate on this. Oddly enough, the manner of the reviews and the fashion in which they are written, folks even within these reviews can tell that they are concocted and manipulated. I showed the reviews to a few friends, they also agreed---the couple is seemingly creating masked reviews and/or manipulating folks to create positive reviews. See Susan Phillips below review, and see for yourself. These folks are super rude and not professional. I cannot surmise if this is a fake business or if they are simply crass and unprofessional, but something is clearly off and I want to have a faith/trust when staying at a rental, not feel threatened or taken advantage of (again, look at Susans review--its a miserable joke how they handled things). If you need a great place to stay, look elsewhere--tons of great local folks that have great property(ies) for you and your family and friends to enjoy!

Can you give 0 stars? awful and time wasting experience, and i didnt even get to the rental stage. Called numerous times. Was hung up on, along with numerous calls not returned. Then, upon reaching someone, I explained I had interest in one of their --only 2-- cabins. It was listed as available--both via their site AND vrbo-- but, they insisted I was wrong! - and that it was already booked! then, after re-checking the next day, I let them know that it was still available, per both sites. They responded and told me I was wrong, and said do not contact us again. What on earth? These folks are from EU, which is great, but they do not treat people correctly. Since this is an honest review to helps folks---frankly, they treat folks poorly, at best. Its very apparent. I would not dare spend my hard earned money nor my rare free time at any of their --only 2-- cabins! sheesh! what a joke
